What visuals would you use to evoke that serene feeling of deep seeded peace? Think about it for a minute, picturing the scene in your mind's eye, or imagination. In this scene is where today's podcast is taking place. Here in your personal serenity, your imagined peaceful place. This is your inner journey’s destination.
During this peaceful inner journey, we use deep relaxation, breathwork, visualization and surrendering to serenity techniques. Follow along with the music and my voice as we complete the journey together. As we proceed, listen for any messages of guidance that might float in now or arrive through silence, signs and symbols in the next few days. Know that you can travel to this place of inner peace as often as you like...and that it is always here for you as you drop down into your heart space and tune in... call it into existence.
