Have you ever wondered if your past lives could hold the key to healing your present? This episode of the Calm CEO podcast promises to unlock those mysteries. We kick things off by exploring various methods to access past life memories, from the scientific studies of Dr. Ian Stevenson to the vivid personal recollections during hypnotherapy and ayahuasca. Listen as we recount the astonishing case of James Leininger, a child who remembered his life as a World War II pilot, and ponder how these revelations can bring clarity to current life issues like phobias and relationship struggles.

I dive deep into my own wild past life stories, where I relived the traumatic death of a past life during a bombing. This memory not only connected me to past energetic wounds but also helped explain my present birthmarks. Through this intense journey, I highlight how our physical symptoms and emotional scars are often rooted in past life traumas. Drawing on insights from Brian Weiss's "Many Lives, Many Masters," I emphasize the importance of healing these memories to avoid re-traumatization and achieve profound self-awareness.

Our exploration doesn’t stop there. We venture into the concept of life between lives, as illustrated in Dr. Michael Newton's "Journey of Souls." Be captivated by stories of resisting reincarnation and the surprising past life as a bald eagle, shedding light on my current fear of heights. Discover how past lives, whether human or animal, illuminate recurring patterns and relationships in our present lives. I share personal revelations, like discovering my mother was my child in a previous life, which redefined my understanding of unconditional love. This episode is a compelling invitation to understand past life connections and embrace the transformative power of healing through past life regression.

dive into today's episode.
Yo yo yo.
What's up everyone?
I have this really cool episodetoday that has been actually
highly requested and I finallyhave gathered my thoughts, made
a couple notes for this episode, which is going to be all about

(01:19):
past life stuff.
I actually really had to gathermy thoughts because there's
been so many experiencespersonal experiences with this
work, and also I wanted to makesure I deliver this episode in a
way that is going to make youmaybe curious in the work itself
, but also understand why it isactually important to know what

(01:40):
your past lives are, whether youbelieve in it or not, because I
truly believe that it can beone of the most healing things
you can do, but also bring abouta better world.
So I'm going to be sharing someof my own stories of what has
actually unfolded in my pastlives.

(02:01):
I want to share some specificstories with you today some
crazy, wild facts about pastlife.
There's some research on it,some science behind it, some
really interesting things, including, like your birthmark
and how that can resemble yourpast life, death and really just

(02:22):
yeah, dive into all the thejuicy stuff with you all today.
So past life regression therapyis one of many ways of how you
can access a memory of a pastlife.
I have also accessed the memoryof past lives through an
ayahuasca experience.
If you haven't through anayahuasca experience, if you

(02:42):
haven't listened to that episodeor those two episodes yet, go
back.
They are just a few behind thisone where I share some
experiences with that.
I have also had clairvoyantstell me about my past life.
I have also experienced itduring a spinal energetic

(03:06):
session too, so there's manyways to do it, but I would say
past life regression therapythrough hypnotherapy is probably
one of the best ways to learnit, to peel back what actually
happened in some past lives, andso it's really worth exploring
so you can know more aboutyourself and other lives that

(03:29):
you may have lived, and it canreally help you better
understand yourself, your habits, your desires, maybe even
conquer some phobias andnightmares, process some grief,
create forgiveness and evenresolve some of your own life
mysteries.
But you know, if you feel likeyou've tried literally

(03:49):
everything in the world toovercome xyz, then maybe it's
time for some past liferegression.
So it can be really incrediblyhealing if you go down this road
.
And that's because it canreally help resolve some current
relationship problems, maybeunravel those phobias or those

(04:11):
compulsions or addictions.
It can heal physical symptomsas well.
And this is all from justexperiencing or should I say
re-experiencing and processingpast memory.
And you know it's going to belike walking through a portal to
other worlds in which you havelived before.

(04:32):
And so I am going to dive firstinto some research background by
Dr Ian Stevenson, who isactually a former psychiatrist
who devoted over 40 years ofresearching reincarnation among
children.
I think we've kind of all heardlike if you've experienced this

(04:56):
yourself as a child, maybe yourkids, or maybe you've heard
about another child who sharedkind of these weird stories as a
young one, that makes you golike wait, what did you just say
?
And we can't help but wonderwhere that's coming from, right.
And so Dr Ian Stevenson hasactually done a lot of

(05:18):
groundbreaking research andscience on this work, through
numerous thousands of casestudies, working with children
and the children rememberingtheir past lives and also having
the physical peculiarities thatmatch those previous lives.
And so a lot of the cases thathe has done has been confirmed

(05:44):
from death reports.
And so he worked with childrenbetween the ages of about two to
five, um, and working withtheir memories that surface then
, uh, I would say that he hasshared that usually those
memories begin to start to fadeaway for us around the age of

(06:04):
six.
But he has verified the factsand the claims in more than 1500
cases, which is so fascinating.
So definitely look him up ifyou're curious about any of this
.
But I will share one story thathe shares with us, which is the
story of James Leninger, whostarted having nightmares at

(06:27):
about the age of two years old,of a plane crash that was shot
down in war I think it was a warbetween the American, the
Americans and the Japanese andhe would tell his parents what
was going on with thesenightmares and that, how he was
one of the pilots in that planeand he would even draw pictures

(06:52):
of planes burning and crashing.
And this kid even knew, likehis name from that past life,
his friend's name, his co-pilot,the name of the plane and like
so many other details.
It was so interesting, and sothey were able to dive into this

(07:14):
case study and find the historyof of these, these men that had
died in a plane crash.
And they actually found it, andthey were able to find the
story and the sister of thatperson who had passed, and she
was able to confirm all thedetails, like even um, I forget

(07:37):
her name, but like she wouldonly go by a specific name, and
this kid like confirmed, like no, I used to call you this, and
so, yeah, it's pretty, prettyfascinating story.
Um, so, so, dr Ian Stevenson, definitely check him out if you
want to get some paperwork onthe work itself.

(07:57):
So so there was a story.
I'll dive into this first, soreally quick.
If you didn't hear me earlier, birthmarks actually can link to
how you died in a past life.
So I want to share one of thefirst past life stories that

(08:18):
came up for me and it kind ofunraveled in separate times
throughout my life.
So growing up I used toactually have nightmares of my
house being invaded, like I waswith it was me and my siblings
and or these children around me,and some of them I didn't even

(08:38):
know where where it felt like myhome was being invaded, like
all of a sudden, all these armypeople came down and they just
started like firing and shootingand there were bombs going off
and planes around like it was inthe midst of war and I kind of
thought it was just because ofthe chaos in my life growing up,

(09:03):
because it was.
There's a lot of siblingsgrowing up and things were a
little bit chaotic in thehousehold and it could have
resembled that maybe a littlebit, but always felt like
there's something deeper hereand so flash forward.
Many years later I had my firstayahuasca experience and what

(09:23):
came up almost at the beginningof my ayahuasca journey was, all
of a sudden I startedremembering the last moments of
how I died in a past life andthat was me as a mother running
for my life with a baby in myarms and there were children and

(09:47):
other moms around me and wewere in this broken down
building which felt very similarto home and all of a sudden we
could hear the planes coming andthis invasion happening on us
and there were bullets flyingeverywhere and bombs going off.

(10:07):
And the next thing I know it inthis ayahuasca experience the
bomb hits me while, and then thepeople around me, everyone just
basically blows up, everyonedies and I'm like alive for a
brief moment longer, but I justremember holding my baby in my

(10:28):
arms and just wailing and and Iwas in this ayahuasca experience
, literally reliving it.
It was super, super intense, but I just remember reliving it
and looking down at this childand the child had died in my
arms and then, shortly after Idied and so now in this life, it

(10:49):
almost feels like I had the um.
I was given the opportunity toheal what had happened in that,
because I died in so much stress, stress and and panic and just
the wailing and everything that,um, yeah, basically I needed to
to go into that to kind of healthat wound because that energy,

(11:12):
uh, I was wounded energeticallyand that energy never dies and
it carried over into thislifetime.
That's how I was able toremember it and, um, so, which
was pretty wild.
So I do remember bringing thisup, actually, with one of my
dear friends who is an energyreader and can tap into your

(11:34):
past life and stuff, and she,she brought up the same story.
I was like, oh yeah, that, that's, that's what happened.
And she was like, by the way, amanda, do you have birth marks
on your body?
And, by the way, when the bombwent off, it felt like it kind
of hit like right around my hiparea and the top of my legs and

(11:58):
my lower belly.
So my entire life I've alwayshad a bunch of moles and
birthmarks down in that space.
So she was like, yeah, like doyou have birthmarks or something
down in that space?
I'm like, yeah, they're kind oflike all over the place.
And she says, yeah, that's asign of how you died.
And it makes sense, becausewhen I died in that past life,

(12:22):
there are a bunch of bulletsgoing off and the bomb and so
it's just like shattered allover.
Um, so yeah, it's reallyinteresting.
So birthmarks can link to deathin a previous life.
So I'll share a couple ofexamples.
And if you want to check outyour body or maybe you know
what's on your body right nowthe reddish brown spot which is

(12:46):
usually found on like a forehead, that could be a sign that you
died from a poisoned arrow.
The dark brown, by the way, thereddish brown spot I've noticed
a lot of babies sometimes havethat, so it could have been a
sign that they died from apoisoned arrow, perhaps in past
life.
Right, um a doubt, a dark brown, uh birthmark could be

(13:09):
resembling the gunshot, uhpattern moles, right.
So, like for me, where I havekind of patterns all around my
hips, I sprayed short, um,sprayed shots or bullets.
If you have like a chain, likemark, and maybe it's a little
bit bigger, it could be a signof a slave chain that was

(13:32):
wrapped around your body.
Back in the day.
They use like these hotmetallic objects to mark their
criminals or their slaves, andso if you have something like
that on you, it could be a signof you being a criminal or a
slave.
If you have like a curved, likemole or birthmark, you know it

(13:56):
could be from a stab it's and ifit's, depending on where the
location is of the actual moleor birthmark, could also also
indicate like where it was, where it happened.
So, for example, if it was, ifyou have like a mole around your

(14:16):
eye, could indicate that youwere stabbed, maybe in your
sleep right.
So if you have more of like ared color on your skin or red
mole, it could resemble that youwere burned.
Or I've even heard that if youwere born with no limbs, you
maybe lost those limbs in a pastlife.

(14:37):
So it's so interesting to kindof dive into that a little bit,
but I want to share.
So there's a book may have readthis already or heard of it and
if you haven't, highly recommendreading it, and if you haven't,
I highly recommend reading it.
It's called Many Lives, manyMasters, by Brian Wise, who was

(15:02):
actually skeptical about pastlife reincarnation.
He really didn't believe it.
But he's a hypnotherapist andhe started working with clients
and the book itself actually hasprobably over a dozen case
studies of like literally whatthe clients are saying during
the session.
But there is one specificclient I want to say it was one

(15:24):
of his first clients that madehim change his belief about this
who came to him with severephobias since childhood.
So he started working with herand she actually had this
intense fear of drowning andwhen she started doing hypnosis
and a few sessions in, she endedup discovering that she was in

(15:49):
this big flood that devastatedher village and then died
drowning with her baby in herarms and her symptoms.
After a couple more sessions ofhealing, that path ended up
completely disappearing after awhole life of struggling with
this, for you know, 30, 40 years, I think.

(16:11):
Uh, she, yeah, her symptomswere gone after.
After doing that, and I justwant to quickly, not like I've
I've done a couple past liferegression therapies, not just
for myself but for others.
I don't do it now, but I willsay that there's, um, it's
really important not to justremember the memory, right, we

(16:32):
don't want to, like,re-traumatize ourselves.
The whole point of past liferegression therapy is to heal,
to heal that story, and so whileyou're in that, sometimes we
have to process it, andeverybody's gonna be different
how they process it.
It could be, you know, aphysical response where you do
start shaking during thatremembrance, or or maybe you

(16:56):
just start crying, um, or maybeyou uh have to change the story
and change the story of whathappened and create a different
reality of what happened.
So you're not attached to thatpast and what happened.
So those are different ways andhow you can heal that.
But as an energy healer, Ihighly recommend if you're heal
that.
But as an energy healer, Ihighly recommend if you're going

(17:20):
to work with a past life, regression therapist, work with
somebody who does the energyhealing too, so that they can
transmute that energy.
I mean honestly, like anybodycan do this.
You could do this too during asession where whatever energy
you're feeling during that, taking that energy and
alchemizing it into somethingmore beautiful, like basically
taking that lesson and takingthe um, the lessons from it.

(17:42):
So so, yeah, I her journeyactually kind of reminds me of
um a couple different of my pastlife remembrances.
So I think I might haveactually shared this in a
previous episode, but I'lldiscuss it again.
But so my last business as abusiness coach ended up shutting

(18:05):
down and after that I went intomajor, major fight or flight
response.
Now I was already in a chronicdysregulated state running that
last business, just alwaysanxious, on edge and fearing
failure and all these differentthings Right.
So when that shut down.
It's like all of my fears cametrue and I spiraled.

(18:30):
I had so much fear around lossand money and it not coming back
, like I was losing sleep overthis, like I was a hot mess
express y when my that businessshut down and I was brought

(19:00):
attention to this past lifewhere I was a farmer, a farmer
and it and I was 36 years oldand it was super successful,
just like I was in this lifetimesuper successful with the
business, and then all of asudden, it just completely like
ended.
So what happened in this pastlife?
As a farmer, a successfulbusiness farmer, I was actually

(19:24):
a man, and a man of 10 kids, which is so interesting because
I have 10 brothers and sistersin this lifetime.
We'll get into that soon howoftentimes you're reincarnated
with the same people too, andthere's a reason for that.
But yeah, I was a farmer, I hadlike 10 kids and I'm pretty

(19:48):
sure Mike was my wife in thatperiod.
I never actually confirmed thator dove into it, but I have
actually been with my husbandnow, mike in previous lifetimes.
Like I have literally seen whathe looked like in past
lifetimes and I'm always like,damn, he's hot.

(20:08):
Um, but anyways, I, where was I?
Okay, yeah, so I, a plague,came in.
A plague came in out of nowhereand all of my crops died and it

(20:29):
ended up causing so much stressfor me.
So while I was like in thishypno, um, past life regression
hypnotherapy session, all of asudden my heart just started
pounding like crazy, like I feltlike my heart was going to come
out of my chest and I was like, okay, breathe, breathe.
And what was going on?

(20:50):
Like all of a sudden I saw animage of me at my deathbed and I
ended up having a heart attackat the age of 36 because I was
under so much stress and theheart beating was basically
obviously signaling like whatwas going on during that time
and I you as a father of 10 kidsand then all of a sudden have

(21:15):
nothing the amount of stress andtrying to take care of my
family and then leaving themwith nothing, I mean it just
ended up killing me quiteliterally.
That's how I died and I neededto remember that because the
same thing was starting tohappen, even though I don't have
10 kids in this lifetime.
But there was this pressurewith my team and taking care of

(21:38):
my team.
My team was my family and then, you know, taking care of my
home and like we had all ofthese, um, expensive things, and
I just felt like that burden, that pressure to uh keep up with
everything, and I was startingto almost have another heart
attack in this lifetime.
And so it was so beautifulmessed up, but beautiful to

(22:04):
remember this lifetime becauseit taught me that I actually had
an opportunity in this lifetimeto shift that reality.
And now I'm 37.
Yay, and I still haven't had aheart attack.
So, but had I kept going downthat rabbit hole, you know, when

(22:25):
my business shut down, then Iprobably would my my health
would have declined very quicklyand who knows what have what
would have happened next?
And so seeing that past lifeallowed me the opportunity to
change in the moment how Iwanted to perceive what was
going on in my life.

(22:46):
Right, and sometimes, when itfeels like it's the end of the
world, we all still have thechoice to change that and get
better.
And that's when I reallystarted down my healing journey.
And you know we're calm CEOpodcast was really born because

(23:07):
coming from a dysregulated stateand now a much more regulated,
calm CEO state and now a muchmore regulated, calm CEO.
It has definitely changed myperspective on business and how
I run things and how I operateand how to regulate my nervous
system and what's truly inalignment for me.
So pretty wild story there.

(23:29):
There's one more book calledJourney of Souls Journey of
Souls by Dr Michael Newton, who's also a hypnotherapist.
Now I find this one quitefascinating because he ends up
exploring the concept of lifebetween lives on Earth.
So he also gathered multiplecases where random patients,

(23:54):
memories kept collaborating witheach other.
Now I'm not going to go intointerlife regression therapy
here, but if that is somethingyou're interested in, it's such
interesting work.
I actually personally haven'tdone uh, experience to.
Um, maybe I have.
I should rephrase that there'sbeen a lot of experiences where

(24:14):
I remember almost having like atemper tantrum before coming
back to earth Cause I was like Idon't want to be a human, it's
too hard, and um, yeah, justlike kind of remembering that.
But um, yeah, maybe I willactually just share.
Um, I'll do it in anotherepisode because I feel like it's

(24:34):
such a profound, big topic totalk about interlife Basically,
like when you pass and then yougo into, you know the other life
, the life between being a human, who you get to meet and all
these different things.
And I have I've had a neardeath experience where I

(24:57):
overdose and I think I'll sharethat that journey in a different
podcast, cause we got it.
We got some stuff to covertoday and you guys know me, I
like to trail off sometimes.
But, um yeah, journey of thesouls by Dr Michael Newton Go
check that out if that'ssomething you're interested.
But I do want to share too thatsometimes you may not have been

(25:21):
human in a past life, which isreally interesting and I
realized this through my ownexperience.
So my spirit animal is a baldeagle and I was actually a bald
eagle in a past life.
I am in this life so afraid ofheights.

(25:43):
I'm so afraid of heights Like Ihave major vertigo, even just
like watching a reel or TikTokvideo on like somebody skydiving
, I freak out.
I mean I've gone skydivingbefore to like try to overcome
that fear, but it was alwaysthere.
But I had this memory come upduring I can't remember if it

(26:05):
was a hypno session or ayahuascaexperience, but where I was the
ego and I ended up dying.
I remember literally feelingmyself falling down from the sky
to my death.
Now I don't know if I was shotor what, or maybe it was just
the end of my life and that'show I died and I just died.

(26:27):
So, yeah, and now I, I I'mreally not afraid of heights
anymore, like it doesn't botherme nearly as much, but I do have
a little bit of fear of heightsstill, what I've noticed.
So, even though it's better, there might still be another

(26:49):
past life or something that Ineed to heal to help me with my
fear of heights, but anyways, Ihad to to share that.
That too, that you may not havebeen a human, so keep that in
mind.
And I know a lot of people likewhen their past loved ones die,
sometimes they get a butterflyor a hummingbird, and sometimes

(27:12):
our past loved ones will show upthat way for us momentarily to
remind us, like we're, thatthey're still there.
So, yeah, but I do want toshare you know I'm sorry, but
your mom or somebody that youcan't stand in this life not
saying that you can't stand yourmom, but they may have been

(27:34):
your child in a past life, whichis so crazy, and I will share
this story again how that wasthe case for me.
So, growing up, I have alwaysfelt like I was my mom, um, or I
was more of that mom to my mom, right and taking care of her

(27:58):
more.
And so what was interesting, going back to that story in the
war, when the bomb went off andthere was a child in my arms.
That child, come to find out, ended up being my mom, and I
just remember, I don't know, itwas just such a huge aha moment

(28:18):
for me, because there are a fewpeople in your life that will
always reincarnate with you andanother that just show up quite
a quite a lot.
There's quite a few that willshow up a lot in your life.
You may already know a fewpeople as I'm talking, and some

(28:40):
may be those that you reallydon't like or get along with,
and they may even play the samerole in some of those lives many
times, whether we like it ornot.
And so this happened to me, um,not only with my mom, which was

(29:03):
interesting it my perspectiveum, with my mom, because we've
always had like this up and downrelationship our entire life,
where seeing her as my own childhelped me kind of shift what
love meant for me, unconditionallove meant for me, for my mom,
even though there's a lot ofthings where we don't believe or

(29:24):
get along with.
I still love her in a way as ifshe were my child and yeah, it
was just a crazy realization.
Um, and I'll share anotherexample, another past life.
So this life I've I've oftenattracted a lot of toxic friends

(29:44):
, um, narcissistic friends, orpeople who were very
manipulative, um, just not goodfor me.
I just kind of always knew fromthe beginning of the
relationship that something feltoff.
Yet, for whatever reason, Ifelt this yearning to be loved
by them, and so then I wouldkind of go into my people
pleasing symptoms and keep themaround, and which ended up

(30:10):
obviously not being good.
So, yeah, and I would.
This happened a few times whereI would, you know, become best
friends with them for a coupleyears and then all of a sudden
it's a hard break from therelationship, and so I remember
sitting with this and thinkinglike, okay, why do I keep

(30:32):
attracting these type of friendsinto my life?
And this isn't every single oneof my friends, there's every
once in a while.
I just this friend startscoming in and all of a sudden
they're attached to me, and thenI'm attached to them and I
think it's a healthyrelationship, but it really
wasn't.
And it was quite interesting tolearn.

(30:54):
Once I finally kind of went deepinto that and faced that
pattern that kept happening inmy life, I realized that these
people were in my life, and pastlives too.
In fact, the story that washappening was they were nuns and

(31:23):
I was a student and I wasabused by the priest, and then
the nuns these friends were thefriends from this life.
They were nuns and they used toyeah, they were more worried
about how they looked and notbeing rejected by their peers or

(31:45):
elders and stuff, and theywould know of, like, what would
happen, what happened to me.
Yet they would still minimizeme, demean me and just be super
abusive to me.
And it was so interesting so Ihad to go back to that past life
to change the story.

(32:07):
Like, quite literally, I had tothink of these people, these
nuns who were also my friends,ex-friends in this life, and go
back and change the story ofwhat happened with them and
create that different reality.
So I wasn't attached to thatawful story of not having

(32:32):
friends who backed me up whenthings went wrong.
And, yeah, so super fascinating, super, super fascinating.
So now can everybody regress, can everybody tap into a past
life?
I think there's really no wayto know for sure, but I can say

(32:54):
that, in order to have successwith it, it's about your soul's
readiness, your openness, yourwillingness to change and being
prepared for any unknowns thatmay be on your session.
Right, you'll be pretty blownaway.

(33:16):
I mean, I can't make this shitup, guys.
Like the stuff that I haveunfolded in my past lives.
I would never even have thoughtof those things without going
into a deep hypnotherapy sessionor doing ayahuasca, or
sometimes spinal energetics Um.
But know that, like eachperson's is is a little bit

(33:36):
different and so every sessionis going to be different.
But I will say you do have tobe willing and able to surrender
to it completely right.
So if you're struggling tomeditate and kind of get into
that deep, deep theta, deltabrainwave right now, then maybe

(33:59):
focus on some mind and bodyconnection first before you
really get into this work, because you do have to have a
deep connection to your body andto your soul, or at least from
my experience, you know don'tquote me there Everybody is
different as far as how they'reable to access that.
Or you know, if you can justget a reading um from somebody

(34:20):
to discover what your past lifeis.
But, yeah, I'm trying to thinkof any other.
So I shared how I was a farmerand how that was related to
current life situations with mybusiness, toxic friends, and why
I kept attracting them.
Um, how you can?
You know, oftentimes you, yeah, like, could be your mom, like

(34:48):
you were your mom, uh, in a pastlife, which is so crazy to
think about.
Um, war, I think, is a big one.
You know, war, there's a lot ofbig wars that happened in the
last century, so that's a bigone that could come up.
Oh, I will share, so you know,my story about losing everything
to a wildfire here in this lifeabout four gosh, four or five

(35:13):
years ago now gosh, I don't evenknow anymore.
Um, so a lot of past lives thatcame up were connected to fire,
and one that came up was howthe uh, uh, uh, my village was
burned down and my whole familytoo was there, and it's

(35:34):
interesting that that happenedin that life and now it didn't
happen again in this life, but Isurvived the fire.
I barely made it out alive.
But also the fact that I'mmarried to a firefighter too.
Yeah, it's just, it'sinteresting the coincidences and
I don't believe in coincidences, I believe it's all connected

(35:56):
somehow but yeah it that I hadto share that one really quick
too.
Um, suicide was another one thatI did unpack too.
That one was a really hard onebecause there was a period in my
life where I was very, verydepressed.
Um, I didn't think I was goingto make it out alive.
I had really bad thoughts andyeah.

(36:21):
So I did have a past liferegression therapy session where
I felt this rope around my necklike I had committed suicide
and yeah.
So I had to heal that timelineas well, and it's been very

(36:42):
healing for me.
I mean, I don't think aboutthat stuff at all anymore today
and a lot of the past life stuff.
So I used to have really, really bad anxiety as a very
young kid and would have a lotof nightmares very young kid and

(37:03):
would have a lot of nightmares, and I believe that a lot of
that anxiety and thosenightmares were linked to that
time in war, that war story thatI shared with you at the
beginning.
So, yeah, a lot of the pastlife stories can be linked to
phobias, to patterns in yourlife, to physical symptoms in

(37:25):
your life, and so it can be very, very healing if you go down
this road to help resolve someof those and even current
relationships too.
Maybe you attract the same typeof man in your life or woman in
your life and it's over and overand over again.
Or maybe you are went throughthis wicked divorce and but if

(37:49):
you think about the divorce, that you were able to walk away
from that abuse or whatever thereason was in this life, because
maybe you were able to do thatin a past life, things were very
different back then when itcame to marriage and for women
and our roles and for men andtheir roles, and so, yeah, quite

(38:12):
, quite interesting how they'reall connected.
So why a belief inreincarnation can bring about a
better world.
I believe that if a majority ofus were to really accept a
belief in reincarnation, asopposed to that belief of you
only live once, I feel like thestate of our world can be

(38:35):
remarkably better.
I really believe that, and ifwe all realize that we may
return to this world as a personof the opposite sex, maybe
belonging to another religion, another country, another race,
you know, we could reallyrealize we are all one and not

(38:56):
persecute one another are allone and not persecute one
another.
Many problems in the worldtoday, like racism, gender
discrimination and the countlessconflicts and the wars and the
name of religion, would cease tomake sense in such a scenario.

(39:16):
Right?
So it can really help us todevelop greater empathy for each
other, for our fellow beings, and and for many, it can
diminish the fear of death too.
Um, I was so afraid of death forso long.
Now it doesn't.
I don't really think about itbecause I know it's yeah, I'm

(39:39):
just going to probablyreincarnated, or maybe not, I
don't know.
Maybe we go go into a differentdimension, different portal,
and, um, maybe I will beChewbacca, who knows?
Um, but yeah, yeah, I thinkthat reincarnation can, can, is
a beautiful thing.
I think there's a lot of goodin it and a lot of people who

(40:03):
you know.
If you believe in karma, youknow like not saying this for
everybody, but you know like, maybe, if you had slaves back in
the day and then you were aslave in this lifetime in some
way, shape or form, you knowthere's just, there's just so

(40:23):
many ways and how we're learningand growing as humans, and it's
just yeah, it's just sofascinating to me.
So, anyways, I hope thisepisode it helped you in some
way.
Maybe if you want to do a pastlife regression session, let me
know.
I can send you some people thatI think would be great for you

(40:50):
to go down that rabbit hole.
But yeah, it's amazing work and, I think, also just important.
I mean there's just so manydifferent healing modalities out
there and past life regressiontherapy is a healing modality,
so go check it out and if youcould do me a huge favor, please
drop me five stars.

(41:11):
