Hello from the Amplifying newsroom. I'm Kate Rice. The ACT
has recorded its ninth road fatality for the year, following
the death of a twenty six year old man after
a single vehicle collision in Curtain yesterday morning. ACT Police
say they found a Toyota Highlux that had left the
roadway at the Yarraglen Roundabout and collided with a tree

around one thirty am on Sunday. Emergency services treated the
twenty six year old at the scene before he was
taken to the Canberra Hospital where he sadly died. Investigations
are underway and police are asking you any witnesses or
anyone with dashcam footage to call Crime Stoppers. Can Barons
are being encouraged to take a minute of silence today

to mark Remembrance Day. The Australian War Memorial will be
hosting a national ceremony this morning.

number of new cars sold was down seven point six
percent in the September quarter, which included a twenty five
percent drop in the number of new electtions vehicles hitting
the road. And it turns out a broken heart can

thirty five billion dollars annually. Those surveyed admitting their breakup
impacted their ability to work, which then had a ripple
