Aren't we all sick of politics now? I am, and in this episode I talk about the steps I'm taking to get politics out of my studio and life. I describe how to set hard boundaries about political content on your facebook account, and how good this will be for your mental health.
We all know social media is an addictive trap. When social media combines with politics it becomes brain mulching. You don't need it for daily life and neither do I.
I close with some news from the garden. It's Spring! Get out into the air and put your hands in the soil. It is doing me a lot of good.
