Dr. Orscheln joined the pod to share her experience advising schools returning to in-person learning, collaborating with the Missouri government, and coming up with the Modified Quarantine initiative. Dr. Orscheln was an unsung hero during the COVID-19 pandemic and despite not being a researcher, helped to develop, implement, and influence state and federal protocols with regards to modifying quarantine for exposed students.
