(00:23):
Hi Kitty. Hello listeners are.
You don't know this about Eric but I know this because I've
been recording with him for overwhat?
Like 100 episodes two hundred episodes.
Now every time we started the podcast air goes through this
like odd sequence of Jesus beingdisgusting what and it's very

(00:44):
adorable discuss is like cough abunch and then burp a And then
wiggle around in his chair. Bunch.
And then take a drink and then burps, it's really funny every
time just this onslaught of weirdness because when I press
record my brains like, all right, do all the things that
you not going to do during a podcast you know like is your

(01:04):
last chance. It's okay.
Last chance to pee before there's no rest.
Stop for a billions trillions. My get it, it's like and that's
why I find it to be so adorable and humanizing because it's just
I watch you be like okay I gottaget it all out now, like it's
really funny and then I also need The room, sounds the cylons
to, to cut out. So it's like that.
And then and then I have to likedecide like when are you done

(01:24):
making your gross noises and want to return room sounds like
it's great. Well, that's what I usually.
I usually hold up a finger for room sounds and then I start
with by Katie. Yeah, except I've noticed that.
Oftentimes, the H sound in. Hi, Katie gets is Beneath The
Noise Gate because it's just a sound.
It sounds like, well, I always sounds like, hi Katie.
Like at the beginning of episodesound like Dick.

(01:46):
Van Dyke is why really leaned into the Eh there.
Hello Katie. Hello, it was good.
How's it going? Pretty good.
You excited to pick up Billy theat the groomers?
Yeah, I keep checking my text messages to see if she's ready
up but they haven't texted me. I'm glad we got her.
I think deciding what haircut toget Bailey was, I think I want

(02:07):
to speak. I mean, I'm proud of us.
I'm proud of us, because So Bailey is a Goldendoodle.
Yeah, she's a rescue. Don't fucking add us.
She was returned to the shelter like a bunch of times because
people who want goldendoodles wanted, like, you know, a trophy
and not like a pet and they realized like, oh dogs are work,
it's more complicated than that, but at least one until one time

(02:27):
that happened. So anyways she's a rescue but
he's a Pisces going to go score on the world but she's gold
little. She has like curly hair and so
and long hair. So like she can have like that
long floofy, you know, dog show coat thing.
Brody on Tick-Tock like Brody and Tick-Tock their dog named
Brody on. Take my God, you receive
anything. Go to golden doodle?

(02:48):
I don't think so. Okay, I know that this is a
podcast recording but I am goingto pull up a birdie that, okay,
pull up pause now. Dear listener, and look up gold,
Brody the golden doodle, on yourphone to follow friends, Brody
golden doodle. Okay, look at this fucking dog.
Like this fucking, dog, let me see this.
And let me see this animal, let's let me see this.

(03:08):
Good one is mammal. Very good, very good.
This dog. Oh my gosh buddy.
That is a fluffy boy is a fluffyboy as a baby.
That's a giant like yeah. It's like they don't like size
classification. Yeah, giant-sized.
Yeah. Look at this out, it looks like
a the Cowardly Lion. Yeah, yeah, little guy is the

(03:29):
best dog. He is really bad.
It going down escalators but apparently, like all, dogs are
bad at escalators. I wouldn't let Bailey stand on.
I would always pick up Bailey just cause you know, like I'm
surprised dogs can even do stairs.
And then look at this dog there's a big fluffy guy.
Yeah please look up Brody the lab that golden doodle on Tick,
Tock Brody that's dude. Spelled d00d.

(03:51):
Cool but we are so even think about like, you know, it'd be
cool if Bailey had like a big fluffy coat like that, you know.
Yeah. Just because it'd be cool but
those take a lot of fucking maintenance and like Bailey
doesn't really like getting brushed and so it's really hard
for us to like, really do thorough brushing.
I mean, we brush her like yeah, you know, idly all the time but
like doing really thorough brushing aside.

(04:12):
Ins is really hard when you're an amateur and the dog doesn't
like it. And so when we were deciding
what haircut together, I thoughtI was considering and I think
you were too and I'm proud of usfor it like considering
Realistically. What can we manage?
Because I always want a pie in the sky, like, oh well don't
worry. We'll just groomer every fucking
day or whatever. But it's like we have 21 first

(04:32):
and foremost you wrote. So I do right by Bailey.
Yeah. You know, and like a big coat
like that is only comfortable for a dog if it's really well
groomed. Yeah.
And so it was one of those things where it's like, all
right, what realistically, you know, it was like it was one of
those like sort of settling moments from sobering moments,
when I was like, I have to acknowledge like not just like
what do I want to do? Like ideally in the worldly life
but what am I actually? King of all capable of and I was

(04:56):
like honestly we are not capableof well not not currently, I
mean I'm sure we do but like yeah this moment we're not and
also we had to like go to class to like learn how to brush her
because there's like a whole special and get are used to it.
You know, getting her used to ithas been challenging but she's
getting better. She sells yeah.
Hates getting her face brush, but the rest of it, chilly
settle down for ya. Actually, if you bribery out of

(05:18):
the handbag the handbag would you like to explain ma'am back
to him back Lynn back. So Possibly the highest value.
Like reward, not the highest butlike the highest value reward.
That's like so casual. It's not like a piece of steak
from your dinner, that's like cool.
Yeah. But like the highest value
reward for dog is kind of aroundhis lunch meats it's really good
for dog training. Launch me that's like fucking

(05:40):
prime rib to, they'll do anything for lunch.
Me and so I've been training Bailey aliping like going harder
and Bailey training lately because you were gone at Chad.
And I was like fuck. I'm just gonna try to shut up.
Bailey this whole time and anyways, so I started carrying
her Around a bag of ham on me. I like lunch.
Meat ham, just all the time justso I can.
If I ever really needed to do something I can use the handbag

(06:03):
but it works great. You know, Bailey will do
anything for the handbag. But the thing is, if she knows
you don't have it on you, then she doesn't give a shit.
Yeah. She like doesn't care.
So Katie, you know what I do? You know what to do?
Katie. You probably have in your
pockets. Yeah.
All right. I do.

(06:23):
That was your joke. Yes.
Wasn't it, your kids are with your own hand.
When you rub him on you in the pockets of the coat that I wear
II, just put ham like just loosein the pockets.
Just look at that. Just loose ham, like Psych.

(06:51):
That's mine cart to no no not your coat.
Plaid one the fiber and also once your coat.
Yeah. But accidentally type, I thought
I put a piece of ham back in thehandbag but I just put it in the
pocket and it was there overnight.
But now the jacket always smellslike ham.
So she always thinks I have the ham and then I also will, I like

(07:12):
the first time I did it work glove.
Just because, I don't know, whenever it's like gross, but
then I stopped wearing gloves because they my hands smell like
ham the rest of the day. And Bailey's more likely to do
what I want but it's a day it's dangerous game because like now
if my hands smell like ham, thena lot of time she'll smell the
him. Go off my hand and there's
nothing in it. So I'm worried that she's
associating the smell of ham with like maybe he has ham.

(07:36):
Not like that's the guy with ham.
You want to be the ham guy want to be the head.
That's what you want to be with a guy.
You wanna be the hammer? Beating him guy?
Who's got the ham? I've hey, if you're a dog
trainer, Joel would absolutely should be like Wyatt.
Joel is in the podcast. Joel is Joel is the person who
like looks after our dog, when there's nobody else and he's

(07:57):
done some training sessions withher, very good as drop, that
jolts want to tick tock as scooband is co o be a ND.
I yes, Siri, good dogs. Are teacher.
Good dog trainer. Yeah, we had a handbag dude.
Can bag it gets Bailey to, you know, I'm trying to like Eric if
you were, I'm sorry I just Thought of this, if you were

(08:19):
going to have a handbag like forme, what would your handbag have
it? Like what is the thing where
it's like, oh fuck. Okay, I'll do it for that.
Yeah, because I feel like this is going to be my cool pivot
into talking about neurodivergent.
See, I was kind of jealous. Yeah.
Okay well I don't know because it's different.
So like sometimes it would be like ice cream for sure.

(08:41):
Because there are sometimes whenlike I fucking want some goddamn
ice cream, sometimes it would beSushi.
Okay. I think like I would do, I
fucking love sushi so much. If it was like, Eric if you do
the thing, I'll give you use it on a zero g.
And I'm like, oh, Maybe a back rub definitely like a really
committed back rub for sure, andthen canceling plans casing

(09:05):
plans as him back. Yeah.
If it's like, yeah, Eric. If you do this, then you don't
have to go to the sink or you don't have to.
That's very, you know, not all things like something I want to
do but you know if it's like I don't know.
A dumb thing then. Yeah.
Why do you ask Katie or Soros? Well, because hey good.
We never got together. It's fun.

(09:27):
It's because I was thinking about external motivation.
Yeah. For people with ADHD because I
feel like in this is I'm gonna, I'm gonna be really honest.
I'm gonna I'm gonna say a thing for really long time.
I had some very like, I'll call it what it is.
I had some really ableist takes on stuff like external
motivation or like external rewards for stuff and I don't

(09:50):
know why. Like I don't know why I think a
lot of it was just like sort of internalized ableism and Like a
lot of like judgment that I likehad put on myself and like not
realized that it was, you know, like being like why why would I
judge myself? You know, but I do that a lot.
And so then recently I started was thinking about the handbag,
I mean, just conceptually the conceptual idea, they have a cam

(10:13):
back but I was thinking about like, how like I watch You know,
like, I like, I like, I watch a lot of tic, tacs know, I watch a
lot of stuff about, you know, people struggling to get stuff
done or struggling to start stuff and that idea of like, oh
well, get sushi afterwards, we'll get chocolate afterwards
or like, you know, I'll give myself a piece of candy, or I'll
put a star on the calendar, or whatever.

(10:33):
And I used to think that stuff was so silly.
And then, at some point, I was like, well, why am I describing
this idea of it being silly. If it's something that works,
you know. Like if it's something that is
like helpful and whatever like who am I to judge somebody for
Like, you know, having a piece of candy after they clean their
room or going to get sushi to like celebrate, you know,
finishing the email or whatever. And so then I started wondering

(10:54):
like, how many other people do that?
Like how many people deny themselves that external
motivation? Because there's this idea that
it's like, oh well I should justbe able to get it done.
I should just be able to do it without the reward or I should
just do it for the sake of doingit.
And now I'm kind of like very much on the opposite side where
I'm just like treat yourself 2022 every day.

(11:16):
All the time you deserve it, youknow, and I think the longer
that the world is what it is andlike the political climate is
what it is. And Twitter is what it is and
like everything. It's like climate change,
climate change, you know, but really like I sort of look at
stuff and I'm like, we are like we have a society have been
collectively living through likea trauma response for the past

(11:38):
like four years with, like, frankly, no end in sight.
And so it's like, you know what?If you fucking need some sushi
to like, On to the email or to put a star on the calendar
because you did the dishes fucking good for you, good for
you for finding a reason to like, you know, do the thing.
But I just I don't know. Like I spend a lot of time

(11:58):
thinking about how long I just didn't.
I did that to myself because I was like embarrassed to need it
or I was embarrassed to want it and then you know, Bailey just
got a handbag and doesn't care. You know, she's like yeah I mean
I know there's a difference between like a neurodivergent
person and a dog. I want to be very clear about
that but like they've done studies.

(12:19):
But like you know what I mean? It's just, it's just that idea
of like Just denying yourself something because it quote
unquote should be another way orsuggest be easy or something
like that. And I feel like we do that or
like at least I feel like I do that a lot to myself where I
will purposely be like I could reward myself but instead I'm
going to like weirdly like reverse punish myself for like

(12:41):
not doing it. Yeah, I know what you mean.
Yeah, you're shooting yourself. Yeah.
Like oh I should be able to keepmy office clean.
So then when I clean it, I don'tgive myself a reward because
it's like, oh well I should havejust done that to begin with and
it's like now. Do you still accomplished
cleaning the office? You know.
I don't know where I was going with that but notice you but
like motivation. Yeah, well I thought of a dumb
thing in the middle of that, that I think is kind of silly

(13:04):
why I have a hard time with that, just because self-control
like from like pretty early in my life.
I realized like oh the things that I'm not allowed to do.
It's not that I'm not allowed todo them.
It's just that I have to be willing to pay the consequences.
This is like I am like it's not a matter of can and can't it's a
matter of cost like like I am allowed to sneak out of my house

(13:24):
whenever the hell I want. So long as I'm willing to then
be grounded, like it's costs being grounded for a week to
sneak out of your house at nightlike murder is not illegal.
If you are willing to pay the price of whatever the
consequences of that in the being.
Okay, this is why I'm sorry. Is that a stable?
Don't murder people. But I was there's this new show
that just came out called InsideMan and it has David Tennant and

(13:47):
call. I can't remember Stanley Tucci.
I want to say one of those. Yeah, Stanley Tucci but there's
wine in it that just says, everybody is a murderer.
You just haven't met the right person yet.
I thought that was really funny.Anyway.
Sorry. Well, that's funny.
Well, I just everything's bettercost so when I'm like oh I you
know I can eat sushi after I clean my room or my officer,

(14:11):
whatever you like, or I could have sushi right now.
If I'm willing to pay the cost of not having the clean room,
you know, like peace. You know, you're writing the
rules up in this piece, you know.
Like you can you don't actually have to wait until you're done
to eat the chocolate or whateverand that's the part.
I always had a problem with I was so aware that it's like, I
am artificially. I think Yang it.

(14:31):
Yeah, that's why I've liked. Come up with Contraptions and
shit for like not not physical, but just like in my head of like
a safe that only opens once every so long I think was when I
was quitting smoking, I was like, okay, I'll build a safe
that dispenses exactly one cigarette a day and that's it.
And so like, Artists like we could just go buy more like, you
know, there's always a way around it.

(14:52):
I think that's the hardest part.So there's always a way around
so it was also linked in terms of training Bailey.
Hmm. So like in dog training, not
that, I'm a dog trainer but likeyou know I watch videos and shit
because yeah great and dogs are the best.
But so there's a there's a big part of it is the value of
reward so like a piece of kibbleis a very low value reward

(15:15):
better than nothing, but it's very low compared to like a
piece of ham. Am so, like, with Bailey, it's
sort of like, kibble, a treat, like, like a bag treat piece of
ham, and then like, something from the fridge, like a piece of
chicken or something like that. And so, when I was reading her
to like, drop the ball after shewould fetch.
Like so she would fetch the ballbut then she would run back and

(15:36):
then she wouldn't let go of it. You have to like Paul and she
would play tug-of-war and you'd have to like do the snout thing
together to drop it which one isobnoxious.
But also with your hands in the way that they are like that
limits, the amount It would be better if she dropped it and you
wouldn't have to fucking pry it out of her mouth.
Okay, so I was working on getting her to drop the ball
after that. And so I started with just all

(15:57):
highly by value rewards. Every time she does, she gets a
piece of turkey and shield. You fucking anything for a piece
of turkey or ham depends. I think it's become the eve,
whether it's turkey or ham. It's still the handbag still
Hammond, still a handbag, so she'll do anything.
And then I started and the firsttime I did it, like the very
first time when I was like, I have he and then she got a thing

(16:19):
and I brought back, I gave her afuck ton.
I give her like, too big so I like just jackpot at her like,
yes. And then I would give her like a
rag, like just a little piece, alittle peaceful piece and then I
give her another like fucking jackpot.
It's so cute. Kissy knowing our dogs you know
ended up. Yeah no most definitely and so
now I have mixed in so it's either turkey a piece of kibble,

(16:40):
a treat or nothing, it's rare. I just randomly choose or as
much as close as I can to randomly.
I just like reaching I can just grab one and so For her.
It's like, you know, it could benothing, but it also could be.
And so now even the idea is so that when I give her nothing,
she's not like the whole point is that show that she doesn't
come like that cover anything, like that's the other.
So if you see Erica packs, you please ask him for a piece of

(17:03):
ham from his pocket. I will have am in my pocket but
yeah, no, I'm Casino where because of the ultimately I
wanted to do it whether or not Ihave trade.
Yeah. But if I just go from giving her
treats to not giving her treats that you what the fuck where
were the turkey go? But if you like Slide the scale,
Dale. And like even if I'm if I do
like like if it was like a wholeday we're fetching and I don't
give her anything once during the day, I'll just give her a

(17:26):
big fucking thing a turkey. Well she does.
So she always knows there's a chance.
Anyways I'm like trying to mind fuck myself in the same way.
Like how do I do that to myself?Yeah, you know Drive make I
could make a slot machine and like every time I finish a
thing, I get to pull the slot machine and it could be a thing.
Or it could be like a I don't know, little doodad punishing,

(17:47):
that's fun. That's kind of fun.
Yeah, also babe Hmm this podcastis about to take a weird hard
left. I think they make safes like
that. Eric they make safes then open
once a day that open at a predetermined set of time.
Well they do that. They make those.
It's for a sex thing but they domake those Super King thing.

(18:08):
What's the king for? It's in the state haven't heard
of this. What?
It's okay, some people Eric enjoy, certain, I'm trying to
figure out how to say this without like, getting it will
just put it in closer reading. Yeah, it's right.
So over episode of this, for sure, it's for like dick cage
stuff in the safe. Oh, yeah.

(18:31):
Or for like, yeah, for like, predicament bondage or stuff
like that. But we did that well.
Now with it. Well, we did with a collar.
I think once it was worried, I had to call it.
We do. There's a while ago, this was
like, I don't even remember a year and a half ago, I think it
was because I was I think it waswhen you're in California with
me and then you were leaving andI was like sad and so I was like

(18:52):
you know you I put the collar onto like remind me of you and
that's how you know whatever butthen you were like, it was the
one with like the lock on and you were like you can't.
You're like it's unethical for me to like actually lock you in
a second like take like obviously I can't do that.
She's like however what if I hide the key?
I know those really smart. I do I bet you, I don't know if

(19:12):
you like five on the spot but you're like a hide the key and
that way when I need to get out of it when you're like I'm going
to shower or whatever you can but you have to call me like so
then I'll know if you took it off.
You know Kink is a weird life. Everybody, if you're living this
podcast, you're probably okay with it.
Anyways, I thought that was cool.
Yeah safes. Yeah, I think that'd be cool

(19:33):
like a little, it's like a slot machine.
Yeah, that some conditions have to be met to be able to like
pull it. And those conditions are like
task-based. Yeah, the like it's a way of
gamifying. Tasks.
But if it was just a certain time, it's like half to do the
thing before you put, like, how do you proud of the machine know
that the kitchen is clean? Like you could have somebody

(19:53):
else like the Arbiter, like, youknow, if it was me like you
could, well I think that's it orsomething.
When I mean, that's that's like the real problem with being
self-aware and needing external motivation like when you
struggle with like just doing itfor the sake, of doing it,
because it's like, there's always a fuck it out.
Yeah. There's no you know I mean and

(20:14):
it's Honestly, not to make this like a king episode because I
know we explicitly like let's not talk about cake.
But like yeah. Here we are.
But it's like I but it's the same thing for like a lot of
like relationship Dynamics. It's like I know that I don't
have to so like why you know, like why why would I fucking
bother? You know, what do you have to

(20:35):
what look like, you know in likein like a like, you know,
submissive position. It's like I don't have to.
Oh yeah. And I'm not like a make me
person. I'm not like I brought in that
way and not like a make me brat because I'm like, okay, you know
what I mean? Yeah.
And there's always that s like it's the eye watching.
I watching I watching I yeah because it just like it just

(20:57):
like but that's like what it like motivation has always been
like for me, it's like they're like oh you can have a piece of
candy. Well, I can't, yeah, but I could
just I'm an adult. I could just go walk and take
the piece of candy and so it's like figuring out how to like
Not overthink that like middle part of.
I'm just really just do it just talking, you know, clean the
room or whatever and get the basic handy but instead I'm like

(21:18):
well I could just go buy candy. Yeah, I could fly to Paris right
now and get a piece of candy, like I could literally do
whatever, you know what I mean? Like.
And so it's just, I don't know. I get I, that's one of my
biggest things is just motivation because it's like, I
have to be motivated, but I talked myself out of being
motivated because I think it's embarrassing to need to be
motivated to do stuff. Huh.

(21:43):
There's sorry I'm going to Crossroads here.
I'm like, I could either just bring up what I was going to
bring up? Where I couldn't.
I'm sorry, I keep like, tell them every oh no sweetie.
No, of course not. Yes, good.
Yeah, I think something I have aconstantly wrestle with for
reasons that I could like probably talk to my fucking
therapist about its really How do I say this?

(22:08):
I used to take great pride in thinking about stuff.
I still do but I used to take great pride in it.
Like in a, I'm better than you weigh, you know?
Like when I was like a teenager and so I always thought thinking
about something, it's always better to think about something
more because I was, you know, was an arrogant
fourteen-year-old. It's like wanted to feel like I
was better than nobody else but as I've like gotten older, I've

(22:32):
realized more and more that sometimes The answer is to think
about something less it's or notat all.
Sometimes, just don't think about it.
Like it's not, it's not useful to think about it and I think
sometimes like wolf an example is like, alright, I get the
piece of chocolate after I cleanthe room.
Well, I know that there's nothing stopping me from just

(22:54):
grabbing the chocolate like, andif I, the more, I think about
it. I could easily think myself into
just taking the fucking chocolate.
Anybody could, if you just sit there and think about it and go
like, oh well, I actually I think be more motivated.
If I had a little piece of chocolate now and then I
introduced you need to see the whole it whatever.
Like you can think yourself intoany sort of behavior and so

(23:14):
sometimes the answer is thinkingabout it.
Last deciding what you're going to do, like, I'm gonna need to
talk about everything the room and then stop thinking about it
like that is resolved. Like that's what it is.
I'm not saying that. I don't want to say that from
like a position of I'm great at that.
I'm not but I think it feels impossible to me like I'm such
an over-thinker and like, I justconstantly Self analysis of the

(23:36):
analysis of the analysis. The like, you know, so like for
me what I've actually found is like especially for like tasks
is less about the reward and more about like gamification in
the moment so it'll be like Oh I'm going to put on music and
I'll just unload the dishwasher for as long as the song and then

(23:56):
I can be done you know, and mostof the time it's like if I get
going and I'm like, okay, I've 3minutes and 30 seconds to
unload, the dishwasher will be half done and I'm like, well, I
might as well. See the rest of it, you know
what I mean? Like, that kind of thing but
that for me works better than like, oh, but at the end, I get
a piece of chocolate. And so, I think that's one of
the ways that I've sort of like,Discovered that like because I

(24:19):
tend to overthink and I like what like think myself out of
being motivated, that just deciding like on a thing like
that, or I'm going to set the timer for 15 minutes or like
whatever is you can't cheat that.
Like it's just like, you know, Imean and you can talk yourself
out of that like oh well I did you know, 10 minutes and that's
good enough for, you know, like stuff like that.
But even that is still like that's still 10 minutes of

(24:40):
cleaning that you wouldn't have done before.
But so like that to me, helps a lot is just Like gamification or
like, how many things can I pickup in this room right now?
And like, you know, just like little mini sort of games that
like you just play with yourself?
Like, you know, find all the garbage on the floor before the
song ends or whatever. Like the only way to answer that
question of can I pick up all the garbage on the floor before

(25:02):
the song ends? The only way to answer that
question is to try. Yeah and to do that like you
can't eat the chocolate book just before it cleanly.
You know you can't go around that the only way to get the
satisfaction of answering the question of, can I do this
before the song ends is to try? Yeah.
Yeah, that works for me, too. I've also noticed when I was a
kid, I used to walk home from sixth grade and I would listen

(25:24):
to music because iPads were likejust coming out.
I think I don't even know if they were, I don't cares.
But and I was like sometimes I would like to walk home.
Sometimes I would read it and some to try to like on the days
when I was dreading it and like fuck.
I have to walk all the way home to make the trip feel shorter.

(25:46):
I would pick a song that I didn't know if it would finish
before I got home. You know?
I mean so like it's all pick a song that's like a such
adoration such that. Like I'm not quite sure if I can
get home before the song ends oryeah.
Before the song ends. So then I'm like oh shit I'm
short on time like it forced my brain to think of there's a

(26:10):
longer thing happening. This is the shorter thing or the
thing that we're trying to make sure, you know.
Yeah so it forced myself to think we're like on a car When
you say like we don't have enough time to watch The Lord of
the Rings, like that makes it feel shorter.
So like a lot, anytime I can do that type of thing with a task
is great. So like how you know can I do is
before the song, it's then it's like then it becomes like God if

(26:31):
you do this for five whole minutes, it's like I only have
five minutes, you know, turn it,just flips it in my head, which
is funny, which reminds me of, like, how simple our brains can
be. I mean, they're obviously really
complicated, but for all like the over thinking, like, oh, I
can just like be like, hey, EricI bet you?
Can't do this five minutes? No.
Would you do kid? No no man.
Like oh wow. It was that simple.
Like okay, that's I'm an ape chance.

(26:54):
Righteous were bored. Exactly.
I like I want to make like a YouTube series that's just like
a series of like weird time incremental like cleaning
challenges like put on like Hallof the Mountain King and then be
like find all the trash in your room go.
That's it. That's the whole video.
That's pretty cool. Yeah, it's like are going great,

(27:15):
TM TM, TM TM TM TM fine fine look I know it's a good one.
I think that's why that like thethe timer thing where it's like
I what's the smallest amount of time you can force yourself to
do a thing for That really works.
I feel like in the opposite way. We're like, I'm trying to see
how long it can be, you know. Like I bet I could, I bet I

(27:37):
could do two minutes, you know, or whatever, but by making it
deliberately easy, you know, being like 30 seconds, you know,
then you crush it, then you get,you get a win immediately.
Like, fuck it. I did it for 30 seconds and then
you get another, and then, then you've eaten the ham, then
you're like, ooh, hams good. And then you're like, all right,
I'll do another 30 seconds and then you do and you're like,
fuck. Yeah.
I fucking got a piece of ham, you know?
And you're just so rather than abunch of time, it's just stacks

(27:59):
of 30 seconds at the end of eachone.
One, you can. And at the end of each one at
the end of which you could stop you.
Yeah. Is that this, the why you would
say that? Yeah, I mean I'm I know what
you're trying to say. Yeah.
Yeah, yeah. That also helps tends to tends
to work for me and it's like, yeah, game ball game advisor.
Yeah. I also like the playlist idea.

(28:20):
Yeah, that's a really good one. I just thinking of like what?
Like now I want to like put together a playlist and it will
wake. What kind of what kind of songs
do you think? Well, because that's, the thing
is, like, because I want it to be like, you know, I'm thinking
is like a content creator because I would like, put like I
would put like hyper specific music on it, you know, but then
it's like, I don't know if people would be like, ah, fuck,

(28:42):
yeah. Else's processional to the
chapel like, hmm. Let's go.
You know, like I feel like you need to just On some like Taylor
Swift and call it a day. Well, hang in restaurant
Benchmark that I was working in is really small restaurant.
Really small crows, like, usually just like three people
in the kitchen, the time and arelike, all right, it's like an

(29:02):
hour and a half before service. We're all like, making sure
we're fucking good. We have like our height playlist
which was full of music that I never thought I would listen to
and much less. A never thought I would enjoy,
but it was just like all I do iswin, win win, no matter what, it
was just the most like high-energy.
I'm the Shit, like I'm the fucking bat.
It just all the songs that are about like, how awesome you are.

(29:23):
Just play those and fucking work, dude.
Like it's just it's really hard to like I don't know.
Not be like going when it's likewhen we went and in that song
they go everybody's hands go up.And when we would do that, no
matter what we were doing, we all put our hands up and it was
really funny to watch like my chef who was kind of like a
quiet guy, could be kind of emergency, sometimes like you
would be hunched over like, you know, breaking down a fish or

(29:47):
something and all of a sudden hewould just Let's go over here.
Put his hands up and it's like, well, that is nice.
The conference playlist confidence.
I like that. Yeah, maybe that maybe.
That's what I'll do. I'll make a Spotify playlist and
well, yeah, we make it public. Yeah, we frankly.
Don't cool time. Oh, yeah, playlist.
What's a, how do we have a status on this dog's hair cut

(30:08):
situation? I figured she's probably so
excited to see her face. No, she's gonna have such weeks.
We told him to cut. Oh I've heard you really never
know. So we ended up deciding to get
Bailey A shorter haircut. Yeah.
Is what that's the what I meant to say in the beginning because
it'd be more comfortable for hergiven.
What? You know she likes to just rub
her face in the ground all the time and so I think it'd be more

(30:30):
comfortable for her but she, we're gonna be able to see so
many more little facial expressions.
She's got a little facial eyebrows.
Yeah, dogs have eyebrows bad. But no, they have not yet text
us, we don't have a 1. So 1 to 2, 2, to 3, 3 to 4.
So we should probably get it andlike 10, 15 minutes or so
usually takes about three hours chandan.
That sounds great. How do you add?
Hey, very cold dude, it's the holiday season did.

(30:53):
Oh, yeah. And you know what the holiday
season is dead. Nope, it's the season of giving
bro. Oh yeah, yeah.
What do we? How do we open this package?
No, I've been, that was one of those births where I was like, I
couldn't say any more words. It was could have powered throws
