Parentships in a PLC at Work® : A Conversation with Kyle Palmer

Author and education leader Kyle Palmer uses the mashup word "parentship" to bring clarity to the important work of creating partnerships with parents or adults who care for students. In this podcast, we go in depth with Kyle to uncover what this word really means to him, as well as his personal investment in leading Lewis and Clark Elementary in Liberty, Missouri, to become a Model PLC at Work school.

He is a passionate believer in the power of PLCs and uses his expertise to help schools build collaborative cultures to improve student learning. He is currently the executive director of human resources in the Center School District in Kansas City, Missouri.
