more of who they truly are.
Anne's life journey has beenthat of the lotus, with plenty
of mud as she found her groundand stability.
From the depths of life'schallenges, she stood up to meet
(00:21):
and accept her path.
Anne's life purpose is helpingand supporting others to become
more of who they truly are, toraise their consciousness and to
remind them that they are abeing of light and love.
Welcome, anne.
Ann (00:38):
Yay, thank you, Rose.
Thank you for the opportunity.
I love this concept of chat offthe mat.
You know, the idea is that somuch of the work, like the work
of life, is to attempt toachieve balance, right?
But here I'm.
I'm actually was in aconversation this morning where
(01:01):
it's about harmony and synergyin nature.
There's no balance, there's notit for tat, right.
Everybody's doing that, theplants, the animals, they're all
doing and being what's naturalfor their system.
So I'm introducing myself, byway of speaking, into the
(01:21):
collective energies because, inessence, that's so much of what
I'm honoring as the lovemessenger.
What I desire most is that allbeings know love and that love
is truly that inherent sense ofbeing the self, the higher self
and in relationship with thedivine, which then brings us
(01:43):
back to that harmony and synergywhen we recognize that we're
part of the collective and thistime, that we're in this
powerful astrologicalevolutionary experience.
I love this stuff.
I live for the deconstruct, Ilive for the metamorphosis.
(02:07):
I get so excited about what Icall the big 'T' transformation.
I love movies that bringtransformation and usually
they're really cheesy, becausethat concept of being outside
the box in our way of breathing, living and witnessing.
(02:29):
That's my greatest joy to honorthe now moment.
I love saying this when we'rehere now we've won, and then
we're one O-N-E with everything,and that's such an important
(02:52):
part of this time.
Whether we're here in thismonth or this year, the idea is
that we are here to rememberthat we're one with everything,
and that is a huge aspect ofwhat I am, what I be, what I
(03:14):
offer, what my work is, and I'vealigned with God in the realm
of not the Judeo-Christian God,the God of love.
The title to my chapter in thebook that I produced and curated
Sacred Connection, pointing atit back there with six other
(03:36):
beautiful co-authors is Love isEverything.
We're talking about, the lovethat's inherent in our breath,
in our existence, and, honestly,we can't experience love with
(03:58):
another human being, or even ananimal, if we're not
experiencing it within ourselves.
And that's where this idea ofremembering remembering that we
are love, we exist as love.
It's our choice to see that, and that's a huge piece of this
(04:24):
evolution that we are in themidst of.
As things are and they've beentopsy-turvy I'm a Gen Xer.
I've been on the planet for 55years and you know, I think the
Gen Xers have seen the mostgrowth in the realm of
technology.
I mean, we didn't.
We didn't have an answeringmachine Like that was an
(04:45):
answering machine with a littlephone in the house and one phone
in the house that had like a 50foot cord right.
That's the whole experience ofincarnation.
Rose (05:18):
So how do you help people
to grow and love and to return
to that love of self, being thelove messenger or with the work
that you do?
Ann (05:30):
As transformational
guidance that is a title I've
given myself and the containerof Sacred Connection, which is a
.
The book became a result ofwhat was started out as a
nine-week webinar, and that iswhere we dance in this concept
of sacred connection, which isconnection to self and the
(05:52):
divine.
What I offer, in whateverplatform, whether it be my
writing, my portal, energyperspective, guidance, my
intuitive work, my channeling,is listening for what feels like
(06:15):
it's missing.
Remove the layers of what weknow and we get curious and we
feel.
Our human culture, especiallyin our modern civilized Western
(06:37):
world, wherever on the planet,is about learning and education
and what we know.
We don't know anything.
All we're doing is taking ininformation and then somehow
taking ownership of it and thenwearing it as a reflection.
(07:05):
When we allow ourselves to notknow anything and to be again in
the now moment to witness howwe are moving, how we are
responding, we actually take thepressure off.
Actually take the pressure off.
We take the pressure off andthen we get to feel what feels
(07:31):
aligned, what feels out ofalignment, what feels harmonious
, what feels uncomfortable, asthe lotus path I know there is
no lotus without mud there isn'tAllowing ourselves to be in the
mud.
So when we fight the mud, we'rein quicksand right Fighting the
(07:55):
mud, it drops us.
Yeah, but the other piece ofthis is to trust the mud, love
the mud, Don't judge the mud.
The mud is a consequence, and Isay that word in a neutral way,
(08:17):
because consequence is only thereaction to an experience.
Reaction to an experience.
There are consequences.
We can say that a beautifulconsequence.
We don't need to say that it'sa consequence without judgment.
It's neutral.
Everything we do has a response.
(08:37):
I love this concept and I firstheard it from Jack Canfield.
E plus R equals O?
Rose (08:47):
Have you heard that before
, rose?
No, can you elaborate on that?
Ann (08:50):
I definitely will.
So here's the thing E what's E?
E are the events and theexperiences in our an equal sign
O the outcome.
So, when we look at thisequation, the event, the
(09:18):
experience, it's gone, it's nothere anymore, it's in the past.
It could be yesterday, it couldbe last year, it could be when
you were a child.
How you feel about it, howyou've navigated with it, how
you've been with it, right, that's your response, it's your
(09:39):
reaction to it.
There are two basic choicesVictor, victim, victim,
empowered, disempowered.
Those, then, are stories.
That's the outcome.
It doesn't matter what happened.
What matters is how you feelabout it, how you've moved
(10:00):
through it, how you've allowedit, how you have chosen to have
it inform your life.
And that essentially brings usto another aspect of the
spiritual journey.
You chose this life, you choseyour parents, you chose where
(10:24):
you wanted to be born, you chosewere you tapping into poverty
or wealth and everything else?
You know color the wholebusiness?
Right, those choices were madeby your higher self, your soul,
your consciousness, your spirit, whatever word you'd like to use
(10:44):
as a reflection of theexperience of the divine.
Again, the word isn't important.
It can be God, goddess, mystery, universe, energy, love all of
it.
We are in a co-collaborative,co-creative universe universe.
(11:16):
Therefore, every choice youmake has these repercussions.
Ripples, if you will, and you,we, all of us are rippled right.
We are like rolled around byeverybody else's choices.
Rose (11:26):
Yeah, very vibrational.
Ann (11:28):
Exactly, it's all vibration
, it's all vibration, it's all
vibration, it's all vibration,it's all frequency, it's all
energy.
It's what we plug into, it'swhat we tap into.
I mean, literally, we have abazillion ways to get and I'm
going to air, quote news, whatis news and who is offering it
(11:51):
and what is their perspective.
So what are you tapping into?
Where are you getting yourenergetic, vibrational frequency
of information right?
It's all information you knowfrom the aspect of computers,
(12:12):
for computer people, you knowones and zeros.
They say ones and zeros, it'sall that it is.
It's all sacred geometry.
It's all sacred geometry.
It's frequency, the, the Hertz, the self-feggio scale, all of
this Human resonance.
Exactly, it's universalconsciousness that we have full
(12:36):
access to.
It's a matter of what are welooking at?
You know, we have this concept.
We say out of sight, out ofmind.
That's what we say.
If you don't see it, you're notgoing to think about it.
What if we shifted it to out ofmind, out of sight?
(12:57):
So if we can't conceive of it,we won't even see it.
If it doesn't make sense to us,we're not going to see it in
the world.
And that's where our viewpoints, that's where a lot of conflict
happens.
That's where our viewpointsbecome centered on how we are
(13:25):
understanding the world that weknow Again understanding know
like we are tapped into what themind has allowed us to accept
and understand.
Rose (13:40):
Right, and there's a lot
of information and it's really
about it.
Well, it's about attaching to.
What we attach to is whatreally is highlighted, right?
So Buddha talks aboutattachment as the yogic
philosophy.
We don't want to attach tosomething because that's what
pulls us in that direction.
We need to be more neutral andto be discerning.
(14:01):
So, all that information thatis out there, there's a lot, and
you need to kind of, like yousaid, step back.
Ann (14:10):
And feel, and feel, and
feel.
I mean this is In the bodyExactly.
I mean our bodies are socapable of absorbing what's in
the field without ourconsciousness, without our
(14:32):
consciousness, we don't reallywant to think about, like, how
we breathe and how our heartbeats and how we digest and how
we move muscles.
We don't want to think aboutthat.
That's what our brain isdesigned for.
Our brain is then witnessWitness.
(14:53):
How do you feel?
And for many of us, ourfeelings have been cut off right
.
Our feelings aren't valid.
Don't sweat the small stuff.
Yes, sweat it all.
Sweat it all.
You know that story of theprincess and the pea.
What is it?
25 mattresses and she feels apea.
(15:14):
Okay, we're putting little peasall over our body.
Rose (15:19):
I sweat the small stuff
and my husband always says don't
sweat the small stuff.
I know, but the small stuff.
So somebody's got to sweat thesmall stuff.
Ann (15:27):
Well, if we don't sweat the
small stuff, all the small
stuff gathers together and itbecomes bigger in the realm of
dis ease, and I and I say thatword very specifically dis with
a dash ease.
Okay, Dis ease is out ofharmony, it's out of ease.
And dis-ease is the body's wayof finding its own resonance.
(15:54):
I mean the concept of cancer.
Cells are there alone.
They want friends, Theyaryexperience of our evolutionary
bodies.
Now, we're all going to die, sothat you know how we die is is.
(16:21):
You don't know that, but that'sthat place to life and death.
Right, they're really.
They're one in the same aswe're talking about.
So being willing to look atthrough what we are allowing in
(16:41):
is how we find more clarity.
Rose (16:46):
And one of the things I
see here that you talk about is
the concept of 3D and 5D.
Ann (16:56):
For those of you that have
no concept 3D, 5d what are we
talking about?
We're talking about movies here.
We're talking about, you know,geometry.
The third dimension is ourplanet Earth.
We are in the third dimension.
One dimensional things areessentially flat, and then you
(17:16):
have two dimensional things thathave height and width.
The third dimension is all ofthis experience.
It's our planet's vibrationalenergy.
It's about how much of ouruniversal light is held in these
(17:41):
containers of humanness, aswell as the plants and the
animals and the earth herself.
We are all contained in thethird dimension.
It references, then, ourperspective, and that keeps us
(18:05):
in a container of this earthschool.
Essentially, this is a containerof this earth school.
Essentially, this is acontainer we already spoke to
choosing our family, choosingour tribe, choosing the human
form that we desire to be in onthis planet.
What we're looking at here isthat there are multi-dimensional
(18:28):
levels, layers, timelines inthis universe, the two that we
work with, for simplicity's sake.
Third dimensional, fifthdimensional.
Well, where's the four?
The four is a bridge.
The four, the four is a bridge.
(18:54):
The fourth dimension is theacknowledgement, the awareness,
that there is something morethan what we consider to be
matter.
Earth is based in matter.
It's based in this concreteability to exist.
When we move beyond the 3D, weare essentially allowing
(19:22):
expansion.
Let's also talk about some morehuman concepts.
3d is about duality.
It's about polarity.
Our earth has two poles, northand south.
Our earth has night and day, ithas sun and moon.
(19:44):
These are all relevant to thelearning that is received while
in this container of earthschool.
Many of you know about themovie the Matrix.
Well, it's not a movie, it'sreality, and the people that
(20:04):
made that movie are super tappedin.
That's how I see it.
The brothers that becamesisters.
I don't know if you know thatstory.
Rose (20:13):
You wonder where the
information comes from right.
Somebody knows it and lives it.
Ann (20:18):
Exactly Well, here's the
thing.
We all have access to it.
It and lives it.
Exactly Well, here's the thing.
We all have access to it.
It's not just filmmakers, it'snot people that talk on podcasts
.
It is available to all of usand that is the place that we
experience when we go intosilence.
This is a powerful one.
(20:38):
Listen and silent this is apowerful one.
(21:05):
Listen and silent.
They have the same letters.
Here's another one Creation andreaction, same letters.
They are intricately connected.
To listen, we must be silent Tohave creation.
We are in a reaction when wehonor that.
Our power is always within usand we don't have to force it.
Power versus force.
Our power is inherent in ourexistence.
All of this is informing.
How do we understand this 3Dmatrix?
(21:27):
Right, this 3D concept?
It's serving.
It serves us to understand ourevolutionary journey and,
(22:01):
inherently, it has this conceptof the, of the but B U T.
Look around our world.
That's everything that wenavigate.
It's inherent when we step into, when we open to, when we allow
surrender.
We talked about attachment.
When we release attachment, then we stand in oneness,
(22:27):
inclusivity and A-N-D that wordinstead of but.
It's all about recognizing thatwe are expansive.
We are greater than what thishuman form and what this the
(22:50):
matter that's all around us ourtables, our computers, our cars,
our homes, I mean truly eventhe earth itself those the
facets of what have built thecontainer that's our home.
We need to be in relationshipwith the cycles and the seasons,
(23:15):
these astrological things thatmaybe we don't understand.
They are a part of how we'reholding our evolutionary
experience.
Again, it's this piece ofchoice and reflection.
As we choose, as we witness, weare mirroring constantly, we
(23:41):
are reflecting how we feel andhow we be to the world around us
, and we're seeing ourselvesthrough the world around us.
This is a fun thing to talkabout.
You are a product of the fivepeople closest to you.
A product of the five peopleclosest to you.
(24:05):
When you look at the five, people closest to you.
Rose (24:13):
You're going to see
yourself.
Yeah, you're right.
I know that because I yes fromdoing all the work.
Ann (24:19):
Yes, this is what I observe
.
Rose (24:20):
Yeah, and that's why I
fight less with them.
Ann (24:21):
Yes, exactly Because you're
also fighting less with
yourself.
Rose (24:24):
Yeah, yeah, I'm more at
peace because I know not to
fight, because I see myself inthat reaction or that way.
A person is and I'm like, okay, that's me.
Ann (24:33):
So yes, and so I mean that
might not feel so good to you
right now for somebody who'slistening, and they're like oh
wow, I don't really, oh, mygoodness, okay.
Well, here's what you have theopportunity to do now is now go
to the mirror, go to thephysical mirror.
Take a look at how you'reresponding to things.
(24:55):
Are you taking thingspersonally?
Are you making assumptions?
This is the four agreements.
Don Miguel Ruiz love the fouragreements.
They are foundational.
Actually is how I see it.
When we are willing to besovereign did you hear that?
(25:16):
When we are willing to besovereign, that means that we
are making choices for ourselves.
That's a fifth dimensionalconcept.
We're not stuck in the life, that, the lot that's been handed
out to us, everything is achoice, and that's where the
(25:38):
layers of dimensions createexpansion, awareness we can't
even fathom as a human really ofwhat's available.
How do you navigate that?
What is in your world, how yousee your world and how you
(26:04):
respond to your world?
That will bring a sense ofpower that you are choosing this
(26:25):
life, and I know that may soundyucky to you if it doesn't feel
good, but if you're here, thatmeans you desire to expand, to
grow, to transform Okay,butterflies.
That is not an easy journey, people.
That little caterpillar goesand puts itself in a container
and then turns to goo.
Rose (26:43):
It's so strange.
Last night, before I went tobed, I don't know why, I was
thinking about a butterfly andit's transformational journey
and I was like, wow, and thenyou talk about it.
So, yes, it's not easy.
And for those people out therewho have been doing the work and
the journey, keep doing it,keep working and keep noticing
and yeah, it's all worth it.
(27:06):
It's not done and it's worth it.
It may be, it may.
It may be tiring and it may butit's exhausting.
Ann (27:13):
It's exhausting, we can go
there.
It's exhausting and exciting.
They're both E words, right, and they both have an X in them.
I mean, you know, this is thething, the language that we have
access to.
Spelling spell, spell likewitchcraft, magic.
Rose (27:36):
Yes.
Ann (27:37):
We are spelling our lives
through how we are speaking
about our lives.
Rose (27:45):
Yep, we're spellcasters
instead of podcasters.
Ann (27:48):
Exactly, I love it.
I do too.
Rose (27:53):
I love that.
I love how you're usinglanguage and one of the things I
always encourage people is thatyou know, when you say a word,
think about what the opposite is.
You know we talked aboutpolarity, but think about the
opposite.
Don't always just worry aboutthat, not just in.
I'm talking about negativeterms, negative reactions,
negative feelings.
(28:14):
You know, think about what theopposite is.
You know, don't just feel intothat one side, feel into the
other and even both sides.
If you're way too happy, understand what it's like just
to be not so happy, so that youcan respond to people who are in
your life that may not be ascontent as you are, so that you
(28:36):
have a little bit morecompassion.
But there's just.
We can keep talking about this.
But, yes, I love the way youuse language.
Ann (28:42):
What you're bringing up is
perspective, the idea, again,
that what you know to be true isnot what somebody else knows to
be true and it doesn't makeanybody anybody wrong.
Let's look at the concept ofchoosing a challenging life
(29:04):
story.
There's going to be an oppositegrowth edge, okay, so much so
that you were literally tossedaside.
(29:31):
You started the journey withyour intention first and
foremost.
Your intention first andforemost.
And then it takes your lifechoices, your life experiences
to gather the information thatsays I'm fabulous as me.
(29:51):
I didn't need the parents thatbirthed me.
I received my journey throughthe opportunities that came into
my world, to strengthen, tochip away.
You know, the sculptures startas a block.
Right, they don't come from thebottom.
(30:14):
I mean, yes, we can put stuffon a wheel and we can build it
that way, but we chip awaywhat's not necessary for the end
result.
So we come in as a block and wechip away through this life.
How we witness the world respondto us, and that's not just
(30:39):
people, that's.
How do we respond to time, howdo we respond to the weather?
How do we respond to what wemight consider life upsets?
You know, car accidents, appliances breaking down.
I mean, you name it.
Life is full of opportunitiesto respond and choose to say hmm
(31:03):
, what am I going to learn fromthis Earth school, friends,
earth school?
That everything is a teacher.
Rose (31:15):
Yeah, I encourage.
I know in my life I've hadchallenges but I've always tried
to find, I guess, the silverlining or what I'm grateful for,
because they've all taught mesomething and they've led me to
where I am today and I'm happy.
In whatever shape, whateverdimension I'm in right now.
I'm content, I'm happy and youknow and it.
(31:39):
But it took work to get here.
I had to chip away a lot and ittakes time to chip away.
You know you get, but it tookwork to get here.
I had to chip away a lot and ittakes time to chip away.
You know you get that littlechisel and you just keep going.
So you are a person that helpspeople to chip away at those
things by working with, byindividual.
How do you so?
How do you circling back tothat?
How do you work with people?
What do you offer as yourofferings in your sacred space?
(32:02):
And tell us how you do that andhow people can find you and
your offerings.
Ann (32:10):
Our lives are filled with
information and as
transformational guidance.
I look for the information andI ask questions, I get curious,
I unpack, I reveal what's notbeing spoken as I listen, and I
(32:36):
do that through, essentially, amodel of guidance or coaching
which is done here in thisbeautiful container.
I love these boxes and becausewe have access.
I mean COVID was a gift to ourplanet.
Friends, it really was.
It brought us back to beinghuman beings again, not human
(33:00):
doings.
Back to being human beingsagain, not human doings.
It expanded our reach globallyand for a lot of people it
brought clarity around thedensity Our choices and our
allowing is what brings us ourgreatness, witnessing ourselves.
(33:23):
Sacred Connection is acontainer that the divine
brought to me when I was at oneof the lowest points in my life
and everything felt like it hadfallen apart, that I had nothing
to look at, and I asked for onething.
I said okay, god, guides,whatever.
(33:45):
Come give me a message tonightwhen I go to bed, that'll be
easy.
Well, I got nothing that firstnight and I figured I'll try
again.
Take two I was woken up almostviolently with information and
words and I sat in bed and Ithumbed out a lot.
(34:09):
It was a download and it wasessentially.
What came through was an emailthat I wrote Speaking to how we
are all segregated by our parts.
All of our parts, whether youlook at the human condition
parts or the previous life partswere segregated.
(34:31):
And then I was given thisoffering of Sacred Connection a
nine-week webinar.
I have done eight rounds nowsince October of 22.
We start round nine on January16th.
Thelotuspathlove that's who I amno mud, no lotus, that's Thich
(34:55):
Nhat Hanh.
Thelotuspathlove is where youwill find everything that I
offer.
The lotus path, love is whereyou will find everything that I
offer transformational guidance, intuitive body work, sacred
connection.
There's a sacred connectioncommunity membership that is
filled with previous recordingsof the sacred connection webinar
love, light chats, channeledguided journeys and meditations.
(35:20):
And that is a place to be apart of community.
Community that sees thispotency of life, community that
recognizes that we are here tobe in relationship with self and
the divine.
And those are all the ways thatyou get to play with me, and it
(35:41):
is my absolute joy to connectwith other light-minded, light,
l-i-g-h-t.
Light-minded beings thatrecognize we are here to learn
and grow, to evolve, to feel, tolove.
Rose (35:59):
I'm sure that you'll be
doing even much more work on the
fifth dimension level.
