(01:53):
spent an impressive threedecades in corporate America
serving as an executiveassistant.
This extensive backgroundenriches her coaching with a
unique depth of insight andpractical wisdom.
Welcome, tina.
So, if you don't mind justtelling everyone a little bit
about yourself, oh, I always getinterested when this question

(02:17):
comes up.

Tina C. Hines (02:18):
I'm like, oh, what part do I share?

Rose (02:19):
Well, I would love for you to share your background of how
you came out of the corporateenvironment as well.
I think that's a reallyimportant piece of information
that can inspire everyone.

Tina C. Hines (02:31):
Yeah, so, originally from New Jersey,
currently live in Morocco, and Ialways like to say mother of
one, spouse of none.
And I spent over 30 years incorporate America till one day I
realized that I was so busytaking care of everybody else
and I forgot to take care of me.
I just decided to take a leap,and I leaped without a safety

(02:57):
net because, although I love theindividual that I was
supporting, because my mybackground is as was an
executive assistant, working incorporate no longer brought me
joy and I wanted to be in spaceswhere I could make an up, close
and personal impact with women, and that's part of the reason

(03:17):
why I started coaching in themiddle of my corporate career.
In addition to that, I am anintuitive.
I am a fifth generation healer, intuitive, clairvoyant, medium
and empath, and that came to thesurface while I was in the

(03:38):
middle of my corporate career.
Most people knew when they wereyounger, were children.
I didn't find out till I was 40that I had all of these magical
gifts.
It's amazing what happens whenyou get quiet and spirit takes
you down with something likedepression to allow you to
listen more and get more in tune.

(03:59):
And so I just love being inspaces where I am helping or
supporting women who are ontheir own personal journey of
healing and being unapologetic.
And yeah, that's basically mein a small little nutshell.

Rose (04:20):
Wow, I know there's more.
There's's more.
I really want to know more.
So a lot of women don't feelthat they are intuitively guided
or have special magical gifts,as you discovered.
Can you talk about how thatstory I think that story is
really important, I've heard iton other podcasts and how you
discovered your, your magicalgifts?

Tina C. Hines (04:44):
Yeah.
So how it all started was, again, I had suffered from
clinical depression and you know, in life we are consistently
busy.
There's a lot of noiseexternally and internally.
The depression allowed me toget quiet.
In the midst of that, I starteddoing Reiki and I like to call

(05:07):
it my Reiki girl.
My Reiki girl, victoria, wasworking with me and we had done
a Reiki session and I'm like, after we had finished the
meditation, I, I I came set upand I'm crying because I'm like
I'm seeing my grandmothersaround me and I don't know why.
So I went on this exploratoryjourney with family members,

(05:29):
asking them if there were anyonein our family who had gifts and
I was sharing, and my mom's theoldest of 10, but nobody would
tell me anything.
And it wasn't until one of mymy aunts encouraged me to go
talk to my grandmother's niece, who still is alive today, 92

(05:52):
years young, and I went andtalked to her and I said I
really need to pick your brainand she's why what's going on.
And I said well, I think I'mgoing crazy and I might need to
go to the.
So but I was told to come andask you and she's like okay, ask
me what I says well, I had avision and I saw Nana, who was

(06:14):
my mother, and I saw your motherand her mother and my
grandmother were sisters.
And I said I saw a grandmommy.
And I said I saw some woman, Idon't know who she is.
And she says I saw a grandmommy.
And I said I saw some woman, Idon't know who she is, and she
says well, describe her to me.
And I started describing herand she goes oh, that's your
great, great grandma, jenny.
You're just like her and I'vebeen waiting for you.

(06:34):
And that's how I was introducedto my gift.
And so she shared this with me.
And then she proceeded.
She was you know.
She explained a little bit moreabout it.
Uh, my grandmother was actuallya dreamer, and what was great
is, um, one of my aunts had mygrandmother's journal.

(06:55):
She had I think it was eithertwo or three journals that my
grandmother had written dreamsin, and so I was the first
person in the family to actuallyread those journals.
Um, I am the firstborngrandchild on my grandmother's
side of my mother and ittypically the gift is in the
first child.
Uh, looks like what.
What I'm viewing is the firstfemale child.

(07:17):
Um, so that part helped me gaina little bit of clarity about
the gift and understandingeverybody.
My cousin's mother, her mothercould heal people, could lay
hands on and heal people, and Iconsistently get these visions,
and so whenever I had a visionthat had to do with our family,

(07:39):
I would go to ask her, becauseshe has been there the longest
and she would have somefamiliarity with it, and so I
never feared it.
I really started leaning intoit.
Victoria, my Reiki girl, wasthe most supportive vessel that
I could have during that timebecause she was someone who

(08:00):
helped me understand what I wasexperiencing.
But again, I still was goingthrough the depression, so I'm
still teetering between the two.
So I was also working with atherapist at the same time and
what's so great was thetherapist understood it and I
had gone through.

(08:22):
Let's say, I interviewed fivetherapists.
Wow, the first four gotterminated.
However, the last therapist Ispoke when I reached out to him,
I was very honest in thebeginning because I was like,
you know, I'm experiencingsomething.
I don't know what it is andI've never experienced
depression before, but I neverknew what the awakening was

(08:45):
either.
So I'm toying with both of them.
That's why I'm like I'mthinking I'm going crazy, but I
need to go to the hospital.
So he, he, reached out to meand one thing he said to me then
this is a word that I use withmy coaching clients as well I,

(09:06):
he said I don't want you to doanything except flow.
That's all I want you to do.
I just want you to flow.
I just want you to breathe andflow through everything until we
get the opportunity to see oneanother.
So I walked into his office andthe first thing I saw was a
sound bowl.
And that's when I knew he wasthe right therapist for me.
We meditated before eachsession.
So as I became more comfortablewith him, I says well, I need to

(09:30):
share something with youbecause I'm still holding this
other piece in.
And he says sure, I said, butyou have to promise me you're
not going to commit me in ahospital.
And he's like why would Icommit you in a hospital?
I was like you just have topromise me.
And he says well, why would Icommit you in the hospital?
I was like you just have topromise me.
And he says well, let me askthe question Are you going to
hurt someone?

(09:51):
And I go no, I'm too pretty forjail.
And he goes are you going tohurt yourself?
And I go no, I love me.
And he's like okay, then I canprobably guarantee I'm not going
to put you in the hospital.
I was like okay, you promise.
And he's like I promise, tina.
I was like great.
I said so well, I'm seeing mygrandmother and her sister and

(10:15):
her mother and her grandmother, and you know I see them.
And he goes oh well, that'snice.
And I go huh, you promiseyou're not going to put me in
the hospital.
He's like I promise I'm notgoing to put you in the hospital
.
Why, I said it's becausethey're dead.
And he goes well, that'sbeautiful, tina.

(10:37):
And I'm like it is.
I'm not crazy.
He goes no, that's beautiful.

Rose (10:49):
How comforting.

Tina C. Hines (10:50):
Yeah.

Rose (10:53):
Love that.

Tina C. Hines (10:55):
And even as we worked through my healing I it
wasn't primarily focused on thatbecause I had Victoria for that
, but I just needed to expressit because I'm like dealing with
two challenges at the same timeand uncertain of how to

(11:16):
navigate them, and so it wasgreat to have the perfect
resources in place to support me.

Rose (11:24):
Yeah, oh yeah.
That's so important.
That's a beautiful story too.
You know.
It's nice, first, that you werevery discerning and that you
chose your therapist and didn'tjust accept whoever came,
because that could have been, you could have been in a totally
different direction, correct.
In a totally differentdirection, correct.
You acknowledge that you werenot well, not feeling well, and

(11:48):
that you got help as well andyou had self-compassion for
yourself.
Yeah, and you also, you wereexploring this new found, like
you said, awakening, which isbeautiful.
But I sense that there was some.
You were hesitant to share thatstory, and a lot of women, I
don't think, accept those partsof themselves that are intuitive

(12:11):
, and that's why some women say,well, I don't think I'm
intuitive, I'm like you are.
You just need to open up andexplore it and trust, and we
don't.

Tina C. Hines (12:22):
We hide those parts of ourselves that are our
authentic self, like your giftswere to you I think part of the
reason that, depending on whoyou are and how you were raised
and I know for me there was thisspace where there was a little
bit of dis-ease being raised ina in a religious household.

(12:45):
Um, my, my, my, my greatgrandfather was a Pentecostal
minister and we spent a lot oftime in church, so we didn't
really talk about having thesetypes of gifts.
It wasn't like we're sitting atthe dining room table having
these conversations and mymother, who is still alive, is a

(13:11):
minister.
So when you look at these giftsalthough some people look at
them if they're in the, let'ssay, the more religious versus
spiritual space, if you say it'sprophetic, then it's okay.
But if you say you'repsychoclearvoyant or any other
of those labels that we utilize, they say it's evil, and so you
struggle with that.
And there was a small momentwhere I struggled with this.

(13:34):
It's like, is this goingagainst what God has put
together?
And you know I call God, I callit Gus, god, universe, source,
that's what I call it, gus.
I'm chilling with Gus and Ichoose not to put a label on it.
You call whomever you serve.
That's who you serve.

(13:54):
I just say I got my gift from ahigher power.
I choose not to put a label onit and I think that's one
component, one of manycomponents that people are
struggling with, strugglingbetween their faith and this
experience, because sometimes itis looked at as evil, as dark.

(14:16):
And you know I spend a lot oftime on social media, primarily
the clock, and we talk aboutthis.
It comes up and I share withpeople.
I said, first of all, there isnothing evil or dark inside of
me.
I illuminate light and I don'tbelieve in the devil and I don't

(14:36):
believe in demons.
I believe there are devilishpeople, I believe there are
demonic people.
I don't let them have ascapegoat.
You do something wrong, you didthat evil thing.
I'm not saying, well, this isthe devil or this is demonic and
I'm like, but this is for meand I'm not trying to impose my

(15:07):
perceptions on anybody else, butI'm just sharing who I am.
I am light.
There's nothing dark aboutanything I do.

Rose (15:15):
I love that.
That's beautiful, beautiful.
So you use your gifts to helpothers.
How do you do that?
How do you help others withyour gifts?

Tina C. Hines (15:28):
So it is a lot about healing, and it's not just
physical healing, emotionalhealing, spiritual healing.
The services that I offer inaddition to my coaching are
energy clearing, energy healingsessions, where most people view
it as Reiki.
However, I am not a certifiedReiki practitioner.

(15:50):
I have developed my giftthrough spirit, through my
grandmothers, because the onemessage and download I
consistently get was we learnedby doing there were no books and
is the exact same way that weare guiding you.
We want you to learn by doingso.
I do that.
I do distance intuitivereadings with oracle cards, um

(16:14):
and my mediumship, I connectloved ones um with their, with
their, with their.
I connect clients with theirloved ones who have transitioned
and with my coaching, I'mtapping into some of the
self-defeating behaviors that anindividual may have, like
self-doubt, fear and identifyingwhat the root cause of it is.

(16:41):
We can't change what happened.
However, we can access thetools to navigate our lives
differently in spite of what hashappened, and that is one of
the areas where I support myclients in trying to tap into
what the root cause is.

(17:03):
So, for example, recently I washaving a conversation with
someone and they were sharingthat they struggled with
detachment, and the conversationkept tapping into past present
versus way back, when they kepttalking about things that
happened in the past present, and I was like no, this is a

(17:25):
little bit deeper.
And I said so, let's go back toother things that have
transpired, where you felt thiscome to the surface.
And as they started goingbackwards and identifying
particular situations that hadtranspired in their life, I'm
like so there it is.
You had this experience whereyou had to step away from

(17:46):
someone and in your mind perhapsyou thought that if you had
stayed, you could have savedthem.
And I'm like and there'snothing you could have done
differently to save them.
So can you allow yourself tohold on to the time before
everything happened?
Allow yourself to hold on tothe time before everything

(18:07):
happened and recognize that youhad this moment with them where
you got to have that last laugh, that last conversation, and
that was the key piece that youcan hold on to, not that you
weren't there.
When they transition, and I saidso there's where you're
struggling with that detachment.

(18:28):
And they were like I neverthought about it that way and I
said so.
Now let's see how this playsout in other areas that you
mentioned to me.
So when we're coaching, I takethem to places, but I don't want
them to stay there.
I take them there so we can getthe root cause of the situation
and then we can move forwardand start working through it.

Rose (18:52):
Wow, that's that's.
I love that.
That's an amazing approach.
I've never heard anyonestruggle with detachment.
That was the first time I'veever heard that.
I've heard you say you know youwork with people with
self-doubt and fear.
Are these some of the common, some of the other common
struggles that you work withwomen?

Tina C. Hines (19:11):
Fear is a very big one it's, and typically when
I'm when fear comes up, andespecially when they try to pull
in the whole my metaphysicalside, my readings, the fear is
the fear of the unknown.
And I always, whenever someonesays, oh, I just fear the

(19:36):
unknown, and I'm like, oh, herewe go again.
And I says, because guess what?
Everything that has transpiredin your life has been unknown.
You didn't know it before ithappened, I says you probably
had a plan of what you weregoing to do.
So simple example, because Ilike simplicity.
I'm like you say I'm going toget out of the bed and I'm going

(19:59):
to go to the bathroom.
You get out of the bed, youstump your toe, you go to the
bathroom.
The unknown part was stumpingyour toe.
You didn't know it was going tohappen.
So you don't, we don't knowwhat's going to happen until it,
until it actually happens and Isaid so in everyday life, you

(20:21):
don't know what's exactly goingto happen.
You make an assumption ofwhat's going to happen, whether
your job, whatever happens withyour job, whatever happens in
your relationships, you have aguesstimate of what could
possibly happen happens.
And when it comes to doingreadings, I always tell people,

(20:45):
I says.
I readers are all unique intheir own way.
We all have certain types ofgifts.
I was like my gift taps intonot giving you the full answer
but guiding you to the answer.
So when you ask me, tina, canyou tell me X, Y and Z if this
is going to happen?

(21:05):
And my reading would be more of?
I'm guiding you to the answerso you can tap into it.
Because if I say, go down thestreet, make a left-hand turn
and you're going to see a manwith a hat, you might go down
the street.
Well, I don't want to see theman with the hat, so I'm going
to make a right-hand turn.
So I'm not telling you all this, because that means I'm making
a decision on your behalf.

(21:26):
I don't want to make a decisionon your behalf.
The decision is always up toyou.
So I guide you towards theanswer, versus me telling you
exactly what's going to happen.

Rose (21:38):
You're empowering women more that way.

Tina C. Hines (21:40):
Yes, yeah, I'm empowering them to take
ownership of their own stuff.

Rose (21:51):
Their own life Right.
I mean, it's understandablethat we need someone to talk to,
to help guide us out of thisfear based or self doubt, just
to give us another perspective.
Just like how you were able tohelp that other person who felt
these detached feelings, yougave her this totally different
perspective.
So people like yourselves toconnect with women's energy and
to guide them is what we need.
We need women helping otherwomen.

Tina C. Hines (22:13):
Yes, most definitely.

Rose (22:14):
Yeah, and there is this uprising, a lot of younger women
helping other women.
I mean, there's a connectionall over the world, this divine
goddess uprising.
I love that.
It's beautiful and I'm glad I'ma part of it.
You know, now we didn't havethat.
I didn't have that when I wasyounger.

(22:35):
But it's happening now and it'sbeautiful, wouldn't you?

Tina C. Hines (22:38):
say I wholeheartedly agree.
Just to see this, the evolutionof how we are more freeing and
we feel more free andcomfortable enough to have these
discussions where probably inthe past it was more secretive
because it wasn't, it was, it'sconsidered woo woo, so it wasn't

(23:04):
a space where a lot of peoplewere having these discussions.
Again, depending on when yougrew up, it was, you know, it
was shunned.

Rose (23:10):
You talk a lot about being unapologetic.
I know you're my intro and Iwant to you.
Can you expand on that for us?

Tina C. Hines (23:19):
You know it takes me back to my corporate days.
I started in corporate Americaas a senior in high school.
So I went straight from highschool to working at a
pharmaceutical company a highprofile pharmaceutical company
and I know this company helpedbring me into the woman that I

(23:42):
am, this amazing woman that I am, and I don't fault it.
However, as I focused onfollowing the path that most
people say get a good job, youstay there.
You get married, you stay there.
Well, the marriage didn'thappen, and you do all these
things and you stay.

(24:03):
And then, when you're incorporate, sometimes you start
to conform to that corporatewhite collar style, to that
corporate white collar style, and when I left corporate, when
I leaked, it was like I took abreath of fresh air, like I

(24:25):
could speak without a filter, without the fear of the saying
what you do, just enough not toquit and just enough not to get
fired.
There were so many days Iwanted to do something that
would get me fired, and sosometimes we just don't allow
our voices to be heard, even inrelationships.
We're so busy making sure thateverybody is comfortable and we

(24:50):
don't want to hurt anyone'sfeelings.
And I had to flip that aroundand ask well, does that mean
it's okay for you to beuncomfortable so they can be
comfortable?
And that's what I talk about.
Being unapologetic about it, I'mlike allow your voice to be
heard.
Tap, tap, tap on the throatchakra.
Open it up and allow your voiceto be heard.

(25:11):
It's you, number one.
You're not going to be heard.
Tap, tap, tap on the throatchakra.
Open it up and allow your voiceto be heard.
It's number one.
You're not going to pleaseeverybody, you're not going to
make them happy, and speakingyour truth is you, is your form
of also self-care or soul care, because you're being honest and
transparent with yourself.
Honest and transparent withyourself.

(25:36):
And reading some books by DonMiguel Ruiz.
One of them, it says there aretwo halves to every relationship
your half and their half.
You are only responsible foryour half, you're not
responsible for theirs.
So I'm responsible for thewords that come out of my mouth.
I'm not responsible for how youchoose to receive them.

Rose (25:57):
I'm unapologetic about it.
I wish I can be like that.
I struggle with that.
I love that, though I think alot of women struggle with that.
I work with women, a lot ofwomen, whose throat chakras are
always blocked.
We're not comfortable sayingwhat we want to say, and then
that really closes us off.
It not closes just our heart, our our throats, but our hearts,

(26:19):
yeah, you know and, dependingon the age demographic, you have
to think.

Tina C. Hines (26:24):
growing up, some people were in households where
it was.
You don't speak until you'respoken to, so you, you stop, and
certain things that you wouldsay were unacceptable so you
stop.
So many times we, we weren'tgiven a voice, so we don't talk,
and that means we have tounlearn certain things, certain,

(26:49):
and go on this journey ofself-discovery.
I was sharing some resourcesearlier today, and one of them
was the Voice of Knowledge byDon Miguel Ruiz, and in the
Voice of Knowledge, he talksabout taking this journey to get

(27:11):
to know him outside of hisparents, who raised him and had
expectations.
His grandparents he wassurrounded with the teachers he
had when he went to college, high school and university.
He says all of these peoplewere telling me who I was
supposed to be, but deep downinside I didn't know who I was,
and so I had to go on thisjourney of exploration and as I

(27:36):
was going through my healing,I'm going to pin for one second.
The thing that lifted me up wasgoing through the depression.
Most people would view it fromthe negative perspective.
Yes, it was negative.
However, I don't live in it.
I choose not to live in it.

(27:57):
I have to think about thepositive, what came out on the
other side of it, and that'swhere I started doing my
meditation.
That's where I had a friend ofmine connected me with what
Deepak Chopra was doing, and youknow asking that question, that
big question we all hear is whoam I?
And when we start listing thelabels of who, all these hats

(28:19):
that we wear somewhere, we loseourselves in the midst of it,
and so I've been veryunapologetic with the woman that
I have evolved.
I know all of the experiencesthat were had served a purpose
for right now, but gone are thedays of me biting my tongue to

(28:42):
save somebody else's.
I need to save myself, becauseno one else is going to save me.
I have to save me.

Rose (28:53):
Amen.
I agree that that's what I.

Tina C. Hines (28:56):
when I'm working with clients, I'm like I'm I'm
helping you save yourself.
So there are going to be a lotof people in your family who's
going to be mad at me and wonderwhat happened to her.
Who is this?
What happened?
What did you do to my mother ormy sister or whatever I was
like?
But I'm encouraging you toallow your voice to be heard.
However, it works for you, notfor me.
So you have to go withinyourself of what you feel you

(29:19):
need for you, and then that'swhat we work on.
So we start by pulling back thelayers and going back to where
it all began.

Rose (29:33):
You must see such amazing transformations in women, like
just from where they start, where you start with them, to
where they wind up, and it's acontinuous journey.

Tina C. Hines (29:55):
But I'm sure that you've seen just some amazing
transformations, some liberation.
So, yes, I love that word rightthere liberation.
There has been so muchliberation.
Um, I can remember one of myclients, and what I was so happy
for her was that she had a verysupportive spouse and when we
started working together, shewould show up rain no, when I
would, because she was in newyork and she would always show

(30:18):
up for herself and to watch theevolution of not just the
emotional weight that shestarted to lose, but she was
also losing physical weightbecause so much had been
weighing on her.
She was someone who had, foryears, had gone to therapy and

(30:41):
decided that she wanted to trysomething different because she
was struggling in various areas, and she's even been very
transparent with this.
She says you know, I was seeinga therapist for a period of
time that didn't get me, and somy concern was now I'm going to
start working with a coach andshe's not going to get me either
.
But Tina immediately got me andunderstood exactly what I was

(31:05):
saying, and sometimes she, shesaid things that I hadn't even
spoken.
But I was feeling it, I wasthinking it and to watch the
woman that she involved in andto even have her spouse and her
daughter notice that it happened.
She was like I would be.
I don't know who I would be ifI had not connected with you.

Rose (31:30):
Beautiful story.
Thank you for sharing thatstory.
Talk about, then, some of yourofferings.
I would love to the audience toknow more about what you offer
people and, yeah, if you don'tmind, so one of the biggest
things that I offer are healingretreats, international healing
retreats.

Tina C. Hines (31:50):
We go to a variety of locations Primarily
it's been Bali, Indonesia,Angola, British West Indies and
I've held a retreat here inMorocco and women come from
primarily the US and Canada tothese destinations.
To some like to call it, thisis my graduation present to

(32:13):
myself, but to get theopportunity to come to these
spaces to continue their healingor just to celebrate their
healing.
When I started my practice, Iwanted to make sure that women
had a safe and sacred spacewhere they can simply be and
allow themselves to be presentand not worry and focus about

(32:36):
what's going on at home, tofocus on their healing.
So I've done that.
That happens usually in May orJune of each year.
We actually just came back fromBali last month and it was an
amazing, transformativeexperience for the women who
participated.

(32:56):
In addition to that, I do offerprivate coaching for individuals
as well, because the work hasto start somewhere and a lot of
times people prefer not to do itas a group, depending on the
nature of their, the reason whythey are seeking coaching.
I also do private retreats aswell.

(33:17):
I've been, I've done threeprivate retreats one in the
States and two outside the state, and my energy claim and energy
work, as well as my readings.
I'm getting ready to startteaching a class now.
I do a class like once or twicea year.
I don't do them too often, butwe tap into certain things.

(33:40):
This one is letting go of yourrotten bananas, the not so
positive things that are in yourlife that are causing havoc.
So we're going to be workingthrough a series of exercises
that I pulled from some of mycoaching programs that actually
focus on self-defeatingbehaviors.

Rose (34:01):
I saw that.
That looks really cool.
Actually, I love that.
Yeah, women have a lot ofself-defeating behaviors.
We don't really sometimesrecognize what those are.

Tina C. Hines (34:13):
No, we don't.

Rose (34:15):
And even when someone points them out, we get so
defensive that I'm not broken.
I'm not fixing anything that'sbroken about me, you know.
But I'm always trying toimprove who I am and find ways

(34:36):
to just live my life better orthe best life.

Tina C. Hines (34:39):
Yes.

Rose (34:40):
What is?
A couple of questions, a couplemore questions.
One of them is how can womentake care of their energy?
What are, what are some tipsyou have at a woman you know?
Can women take care of theirenergy?
What are some tips you have ata woman, like at the end of the
day or at the beginning of theday, maybe a ritual or a tool
that they can do to help them?

Tina C. Hines (34:58):
So, when it comes to protecting your energy,
number one I always encouragewomen to pay attention to your
surroundings.
Pay attention to the peopleyou're allowing into your space.
Pay attention to the words thatyou're allowing into your space
.
Pay attention to the words thatyou're allowing into your space
.
Pay attention to the music thatyou're watching, the shows
you're watching, because all ofthis is energy that's coming
towards you and when you areconsistently having it's like

(35:24):
you're a magnet and everything'sbeing drawn to you, it can
cause you to be overwhelmed.
A couple of tools that I use Ilove healing crystals black
tourmaline and sage I'm sorry, black tourmaline and smoky
quartz are two crystals that Iabsolutely love.

(35:45):
Sage, you know clearing yourenergy, like open the windows
and sage your house.
Like when you clean your housemoisture, you sage your house as
well.
If you have pets, you may notwant the burn sage, so you can
buy spray sage as well and use acombination of both For your

(36:07):
vessel.
You know we have to go outsidein the world Some of us do and
we want to make sure that we'renot taking on other people's
energy.
I encourage individuals tovisualize certain things around
them, depending on what you needto get through, whether it is a
brick wall so you can stop itfrom getting to you.

(36:28):
Whether it's a mirror that youcan deflect it, or water,
because sometimes you needinformation to come through so
you don't want to put what youwant it to knock out.
So you can use all of thesedifferent visualizations to keep
the not so positive energy, asyou consistently do, that it
just in your mind's eye.

(36:49):
It happens like whenever Ileave, leave my house in mind's
eye, I'm surrounded by water, sonothing can get through Because
I'm a big magnet, likeeverything attaches to me, I'm
grounding.
Grounding is very important.
Allow your feet to touch theearth.
Allow your feet to touch theearth whenever possible.

(37:09):
Allow your feet to touch theearth whenever possible and just
if you have a mantra or anaffirmation that you can say to
yourself consistently, go in andgo in mind's eye and have this
dialogue with yourself.
There are so many meditations, guided meditations that instruct

(37:32):
you for different things, whether it's anxiety, whether
it's sadness or grief.
So when you're Googlingmeditations, if you're searching
on YouTube, go deeper.
Don't still say I'm looking fora guided meditation.
Whatever you're feeling in thatmoment, allow yourself to tap
into that specific guidedmeditation to support you.

Rose (37:55):
Yeah, I love that.
Yeah, be aware of what you'refeeling.
You know.
Is it something that you'regrieving or something that
you're anxiety?
You know being aware is reallyimportant.
I love those tips.
Thank you so much for sharingthat.
What is your vision for womenand embracing their divine
feminine energy and living theirbest life?

Tina C. Hines (38:18):
My vision is that as so many more women become in
tune with who they are and whatthey desire to have, that they
start authentically connectingwith one another.
A lot of times we feel likewe're on a journey on our own
and we're alone.
And again, like my clientshared, there's some.

(38:39):
Some people just don't get it.
But the right people get it andwhen your energy starts exuding
that, you will be a magnet forthose right individuals to be
surrounded by them.

Rose (38:55):
Beautiful.
I felt that in my entire bodyas you were saying that.
Is there anything else that youwould like to share with the
audience before we wrap it up?

Tina C. Hines (39:18):
Um, what I'll say is this allow yourself to be
again, be unapologetically, whatyou desire for yourself.
We can't change what hashappened in the past.
All we can do is have thelesson from it and move forward.
We still can't hold peopleresponsible for what was done in
the past.
All we can do is do the work tomake it different.
Allow yourself to have powerover it, versus it having power

(39:42):
over you.
You will be so much morehappier and much more at peace.
It's your responsibility totake care of you, no one else's.

Rose (39:57):
Beautiful Tina.
Thank you so much for yourradiance, your guidance, your
energy for being here.
It was beautiful just meetingyou and connecting with you
across all these miles.
I'm going to put all theinformation in the show notes
and I invite everyone to connectwith Tina and her beautiful

(40:18):
energy and maybe one day we'lljust all gather in a beautiful,
magical place like Bali or onone of your retreats.

inspirational messages andthey're not complicated, they're
just simple messages and theyjust brighten my day.
