(01:32):

Welcome Violet, so happy you'rehere.

Vialet (01:39):
Yay, I'm so excited to be here.

Rose (01:42):
So we're going to dive right in and ask a question.
So I really want to.
I'm so excited to be here, sowe're going to dive right in and
ask a question, so I reallywant to.
I'm interested in your journeyas a spiritual educator and
healer because it spans so manyyears, so many disciplines, and
you came from anotherenvironment, so I would love for
you to share your story withthe audience.

Vialet (02:00):
Oh, thank you.
Well, you know, I've alwaysbeen kind of connected with
spirit and you know, I lost myfather at eight years old and I
would get messages from him andbring it back to my mother,
which freaked her out at times.
And so, you know, through thatprocess, like many of us, I shut
that down and so I went anotherpath.

(02:21):
I really kind of went into thebusiness, corporate world,
became an HR executive and hadclimbed the ladder of success.
Like many of us were told, ifwe get an education and we work
hard and we, you know, go afterthat career, we can have
everything.
But really, what I found after Ihad achieved all that, that

(02:44):
there was missing something.
There was something missing injoy and something missing in
life.
And so, you know, sitting downand having those hard questions
of what is this life about?
What are we doing, where are wegoing?
And I had been working withsomeone that was a Theta healer

(03:04):
and I just, you know, I feltlike my intuition in HR was just
natural and everybody had it,and I didn't think anything
about it until one day she saidyou can do this and your dad is
saying it's time for you to stepinto who you are and I'm like I
don't even know what that means.
I don't know what you'retalking about.

(03:25):
And she's like you areintuitive, you are psychic, you
have the ability to heal, youhave all these gifts.
It's time for you to step in.
So I think that's when I reallystarted searching for answers
Like what is this life a lotabout?
Like what is this life a lotabout?
Because I had been, I tried allthe churches baptism and

(03:48):
Protestant and you know you keepseeking for what's missing and
you just can't seem to find thewhole package.
And so you know I kept movingaround trying to find it and you
know that led me down a path toexplore something that I never
even thought about.
Like I didn't know what Reikiwas, I didn't know what

(04:11):
mediumship was, I didn't knowwhat she meant by being a
psychic, and so going down thosepaths of really asking those
questions and then reallyrecognizing that I'd been
following, been guided most ofmy life through the things that
I had done, those gut feelings, that intuition that comes in it

(04:34):
just guided me down a path thattook me exploring lots of
different things.

Rose (04:40):
It's really amazing how you were able to follow that
guidance, that intuition, because some people are actually
afraid of it because they don'tknow what to expect.
They don't know what it is, andI'm sure a lot of this happened
at a time where there weren't alot of resources and Internet
and books and all that.
So it was a lot of discovery onyour, on your part.

Vialet (05:00):
Well, and there's fear there, right, people, as you
said, they're very afraid.
Well, and there's fear there, right, people, as you said,
they're very afraid.
And it was interesting at thetime I lived a little bit north

(05:20):
of Orlando, Florida, which isvery much that southern Bible
Belt, and she's like go to thelibrary and pick up some books.
And I was like I'm not going tothe library, I'm going to
Barnes and Noble, and I kind ofcleared the shelf of all these
books that I bought and tookhome.
And then, doing research in thearea, what I found was a
spiritualist camp that was fiveminutes from my house and I

(05:42):
didn't even know it existed.
I'd lived there for seven years, had no idea that that even
existed.
And just by stepping in to thatenvironment I felt like I had
come home.
And as I walked into theirmetaphysical store, I was like,
oh my gosh, it's like HarryPotter door opening and you're

(06:03):
like what is this?
What are all these things andcrystals and healing, and what
are they talking about?
I want to know more about it.
And so, you know, gettingpulled into that curiosity of
you know, just hey, I want todiscover.
I'm okay, I'm going to be fine,I want to see what this is all

(06:24):
about and, trusting thatinstinct, it was the door that
opened up for me for lots ofdifferent things.

Rose (06:34):
You've talked about past lives before and I've read that
about you know.
I think all of us haveconnected with that.
I think when you walked intothat store you connected to a
lot of your past life stuff.
You already know what's goingon.
It's just reconnecting to it,right?

Vialet (06:48):
And recognizing it right , like this felt really
comfortable to me, it feltreally perfect to me.
It was like that aha momentthat comes up and I think it
takes us being curious.
And I think it takes us beingcurious and I think there's a

(07:10):
part of us that has to let go ofthat fear that has been planted
in this that this is bad, thatthis is evil, that you shouldn't
be doing this.
I think we know, when we stepinto something that isn't for us
, if we really tap into our body, our body tells us hey, there's
danger down that alley, hey,you shouldn't go right there.
If you really lean into thatfeeling that we get right, you

(07:35):
can be guided.
It's about trusting.
Okay, I don't know why I'mrunning late today, but there
must be something that I need tomiss today with a few minutes
of running late today.
But there must be somethingthat I need to miss today with a
few minutes of running late, and I think it's just new
perspective of okay, I'mtrusting what's happening here
and you're right, it was likecoming home to something that I

(07:57):
had done before, seen before, and stepping into that.

Rose (08:01):
That's beautiful.
Now you have a spiritual center, and I would love for you to
share the story and how thatcame about Well, it's very
interesting.

Vialet (08:12):
I got married 10 years ago.
I had been single for over 15years and you know single woman
doing the corporate career thing.
And as we started to make plansfor our future, he was like you
know, you work really hard, you're a college professor,
you're an HR person.

(08:33):
When we get married, I wouldlove for you to tell me what is
something you would really loveto do.
If you could do anything in theworld, what would that be?
And I, I said I would have aspiritual center.
Now you have to understand.
My husband's a rocket sciencescientist and he does not
understand this world at all, does not connect to this, only

(08:54):
looks at the science side and hegoes.
I don't even know what you'retalking about.
And I said I would have aspiritual center where I could
teach spiritual classes and seeclients.
I really want to step into whoI am, but I know that if I do
that I can't go back to the HRworld and I can't go back as a
college professor, because oncethe world knows that I'm a

(09:18):
psychic, I'm a medium, I'm achanneler, those avenues really
narrow down.
There's not a lot oforganizations or companies and
so just know this has to be mylast career and I've got to
really dive into it.
And so you know, when we firstopened it was a small little
space and I was going to teach afew classes and I was going to

(09:40):
see clients.
And you know, our world guidesus and one thing leads to
another and people would come inand go.
I would love to have a space towork in, I would love to have a
space to teach in, I would loveto be part of a community, and
so the center just kept gettingbigger and more people and
bigger and growing and expanding.

(10:02):
And my world has continued togrow and expand as I've stepped
into this.
So it was really kind of scaryin the beginning because you're
leaving something that you'veinvested most of your life into
to step into something you know.
You're leaving a six figurecareer.

(10:22):
You're leaving a life that youunderstand and know that you've
went to school for, that, you'vegot certifications to step into
something that's really new.
And I'm such a scholar thatwhen I do anything I want to
know all the ins and outs andwhere it came from and how it
started and who started it.
So it was really a deep dive asI started stepping into this

(10:46):
world fully.

Rose (10:46):
Yeah, I want to focus a little bit on Reiki, and I know
you're a Reiki master, butyou're also a Reiki master in
other forms of Reiki, not justthe Usui Reiki that we know, but
you have Angelic Reiki, FairyReiki, the Violet Flame.
Can you talk a little bit aboutwhat drew you to these
different modalities and maybesome of the differences of each?

Vialet (11:09):
When I first stepped in the world and I think people
that are new to this think thatthey have the corner on the
healing that everyone needs Ithink Reiki and all the healing
modalities are very much similar.
They're very much coming fromthe same source.
They're very much in differentperspectives.

(11:30):
I think it's important forpeople that are looking for
healing to find the person thatthey resonate, to find where
they're called to.
I don't think there's onecorner that holds all the
knowledge.
So if you go and do research onReiki, you're going to find 70
plus different kinds of Reiki.

(11:51):
Right, there's this Reiki andthere's that Reiki and there's
this perspective from thisteacher and that.
So when I stepped into Reiki, Iactually took Reiki three times
from three different mastersand went through the whole
program and at the end of thatit was like there's something
missing, like where's thesacredness?

(12:11):
Like there's something missing,like where's the sacredness,
where's the reverence, where isthe divinity in this?
Because I feel like it needs tobe divine, and so I kept
searching.
And then somebody came to meand said I'm taking an angelic
Reiki class this weekend and I'mlike angels.
Now that's my, that's my jam.
Like angels, I love angels, Iwork with angels all the time.

(12:34):
Sign me up.
I want to take this class andthe teacher was amazing and
wonderful.
But, as a college professor anda person that understands adult
learning, when I walked awayfrom that class I'm like I could
do this so much better.
I could provide it in such abetter space.
But it was an amazing modalityand angelic Reiki is a very high

(12:58):
vibrational type of Reiki.
Most people that do Reikiusually spend anywhere from 45
minutes to an hour and a half ina session.
Angelic Reiki lasts 10 minutes,like they're in, they're out,
they're done, it's finished andthe person can feel really high
from the energy because it'ssuch a high vibration that you

(13:21):
really want to make sure thatthey feel grounded before they
leave your space.
It's a very sacred, very sweetway to do Reiki.
Now, because I've done all thoseReiki classes, I had this draw
to the violet flame.
If you've ever worked with theviolet flame, it's so powerful

(13:43):
and I was partnering with ateacher and I said I want to
move my traditional Reiki tosomething else Like not that
traditional Reiki is not greatbecause I've had that Karuna
Reiki to something else Like notthat traditional Reiki is not
great because I've had thatKaruna Reiki, all of those.
But I really want to bring insomething that was a Reiki.
That's different.
And we got to talking and StGermain steps in and he's like

(14:05):
the violet flame and I'm likereally, reiki and the violet
flame.
If you've ever worked withSaint Germain, you've ever
worked with a violet flame.
It is very much abouttransformation, about clearing
blocks, clearing patterns thatwe have, and when you combine
those two together it becomesvery powerful.

(14:27):
So people that are looking forthat traditional teaching of
putting somebody on a massagetable doing a 45 minute to an
hour and a half session, andReiki with the violet flame is
perfect and we don't tell ourclients a lot about it.
They typically don't know whatthe violet flame is, but we've

(14:47):
had clients come from thosesessions and go.
I saw violet energy everywhere.
Well, it's because the violetflame and Reiki is moving
through us and out through ourhands and they're seeing that
and they get attuned in theviolet flame temple in the
etheric field by Saint Germain.
I mean, what's more powerfulthan bringing those two together

(15:12):
?
It's really an amazing class.
Now here's the other thing.
I also created Fairy Reiki andyou're probably going Fairy
Reiki.
Why Fairy Reiki.
Well, some of the hardestthings to heal and clear is
inner child wounds, past trauma, things that are really deep and
buried, because most people areafraid to really step into that

(15:36):
energy and really do thathealing and move through that.
And the fairies come in in thisvery playful, very fun, magical
way and they take you on thisbeautiful journey and they help
you connect back into your innerchild and they help you release
those inner trauma wounds anddeep wounds that we have in a

(15:57):
very playful, very gentle way.
So fairy Reiki allows thepractitioner to really work with
somebody that has a lot ofinner child wounds and abuse and
trauma to be able to do that.
So when I look at these Reikis, they're the same but they're
different, right Depending, andI don't think in these days we

(16:21):
need one tool in our toolbox.
It's nice to have several toolsthat, hey, I have this client
that fairy Reiki would beperfect for.
Hey, I have this client thatReiki with a violet flame is
going to be really important.
Hey, I have this client thatangelic Reiki is going to really
assist them in moving throughthat.
And it's just being open thatnot one healing modality is the

(16:47):
absolute one.
There are lots, and what do youreally need today and how can
we help you today?
So those are the differences inthose Reiki programs.
Yeah, I couldn't.
I couldn't agree more with that.
I mean, there's such awonderful variety of Reiki out
there.
So you have some individualsout there that feel the Usui is

(17:08):
the only way and there's nothingelse.
But then there's others thattake the Usui training and it's
just not right for them.
So I say, find your just right,go out there and explore, and
you need to feel it, you need toexperience it to see which one
works for you, absolutely.
Absolutely, and I think thatcomes with experience and wisdom

(17:29):
that, hey, everybody has a tool.
It's a really great tool.
Do you resonate with thatperson in that tool?
But it's all coming fromuniversal source.
Whatever you believe in, it'sjust stepping into what works
best for you, right and havingthat idea that, as a master
teacher, that you complete atraining and that's it.

(17:51):
You can't go any further.
You have that ability to tweakthings and make it your own and
take it and run with it.
Maybe you're seeing somethingoh, that doesn't work, but this
works for me, so that you canadd that.
So you look back at the lineagewith the Zui, dr Hitoshi made
tweaks to it.
He changed it.
He's the reason we lay down onthat massage table.
Then Madam Takata began tochange it, and then so forth, as

(18:14):
to where we are today, where wehave such a beautiful variety
of things and, just like yousaid, angelic was your jam right
, that was the one for you.
So, going along on your journey, we're like, oh, animal Reiki
might work, oh, crystals, andyou pick and you work the best
that you can for your clients.
I think the best advice that Iheard from someone when I asked

(18:36):
them about you know what's yourfavorite Reiki to use?
And she said the one that isthe best for the client.
Right, right.
I agree, totally agree.

Rose (18:46):
Yeah, and Tracy's also has a teaching background, so I
have an HR background.
So this Trinity here is is Iknow right.

Tracy (18:54):
I'm like hearing her story and it's like are we
walking similar paths here?

Rose (19:01):
I love that.
Let's talk about your sacredtemple.
Mystery school is fascinatingand, uh, it's.
It offers so much and you wereguided to open that school.

Vialet (19:12):
You know it's very interesting because I found a
mystery school when I moved toColorado and I went to that
school for a little over threeyears and had amazing
connections and the teachingswere absolutely beautiful.
The teacher of that school wasvery interesting because she
always planted these seeds thatwe were not worthy, we were not

(19:35):
worthy to teach, we were notworthy to be there, that we had
no worthiness.
So when I left that school Iwas a little bit broken and sad
and kind of pulled back fromwalking that sacred path.
But it was something I reallycouldn't get away with.
And so when I met my husband 10years ago, he's like you're a

(19:59):
teacher, you need to teach thisstuff, you need to find a way.
Because people would come to myhome that had been students
that were very hurt, that werevery broken and really saying
you know, it wasn't you, it wasall of us.
We all felt that it wasn't yourthing.
And so I kept saying, well, Ican't teach these teachings, I

(20:20):
can't step in to be that teacher, I can't do that.
My husband's like you're crazybecause you teach all the time.
And then I had people coming tome, going.
I would really love to havesome of those teachings.
I would really have that liketo know that wisdom and I'm like
I can't do that.
I just can't.
And so I kept resisting andpushing away and really pushing

(20:44):
hard back that there would be noway.
Now, as a college professor, there's a seed planted in me
that people have the right totheir teachings, whether they
get it from somewhere else.
I'm very, very conscious of, Iresource everything and
everything that I teach.

(21:05):
This is where it came from, this is where it originated,
this is where I got it, and so Ihad students coming to me,
going I really want to learnthis, and I kept saying no, no.
And then finally, throughmeditation and through stillness
and really fighting back,Archangel Metatron and Lord
Melchizedek kept showing up forme and saying you are going to

(21:30):
recreate this and you are goingto teach this, and I kept saying
no.
And they're like yes, you are.
So the sacred temple was createdin 2017, 2018.
So it's been around for quite awhile.
It continues to grow.
So the class of sacredpriesthood just to give you an

(21:52):
example, which is one theinitial path coming in is 13
classes.
It's 12 books.
Those books are anywhere from200 to 300 pages a piece and
they get a book each month tolearn from, and so those are
self-published, designed booksthat people walk away and go.

(22:13):
Just the teachings in the bookare worth the journey and the
class because it's so profoundand so expansive and so being
led that I'm very honored to begiven that responsibility and I
take it very strongly that theyselected me to do this and I

(22:36):
work really hard and every classstarts with them holding space
for me and guiding me as Ichannel.
At different points and theclass information comes through
and I'm constantly learning asthe students are learning, so
it's a really powerfultransformational program that I

(22:59):
have students that have beenstudying with me up to five
years now in that school, soit's been an amazing journey
being able to offer thoseclasses.

Rose (23:12):
So these classes, so you have 13 classes for the sacred
priesthood.
Is that part one of multiplelevels of classes that you teach
?

Vialet (23:21):
So when you come into the mystery school, you start
with sacred priesthood.
It's the foundation, it's theelement of fire, and that
program alone takes you through13, well, really 12 programs and
then graduation.
So the first one is newbeginnings.
So it's very shamanic, it'svery much getting back to the

(23:43):
earth.
How do we connect to theelements?
What were the Native Americanstrying to teach us about our
connection to Gaia and the earth?
And the medicine wheel, and howdoes all that work?
The second class is aboutprotection, because when we step
onto our spiritual path whetherit's healing or whatever it is

(24:05):
coaching we get very sensitiveto the energies around us
because we're asking to beconnected with everything around
us.
So how do you protect yourfield?
How do you protect your energy?
How do you protect your energy?
How do you know that's not myenergy, that belongs to that
person?
How do you protect your spaceand create a very sacred

(24:25):
container to live in and to doyour work?
The third class is aboutsacredness.
How do we define sacredness?
What is an altar?
What are angels?
How do we step into a sacredlife?
The fourth class is beauty, andit's all about how do we
recognize beauty, not the beautythat shows up in a magazine,

(24:47):
but the beauty in the sunset, the beauty within us, the beauty
in somebody else.
How does rose energy come intoour field?
It's the highest vibration.
How do we use it for healing?
What is the sacred geometry inroses?
What was Jesus and MaryMagdalene trying to teach us in
their life here?
The fifth class is love andgrace.

(25:10):
How do we love each other?
Because that's an importantelement.
What is grace?
What is mermaid magic?
How do we step in?
What does the sea give to us?
What does salt mean to us?
What does emotions and waterenergy and how do we connect to
that?
The sixth class is healing, andit's about essential oil

(25:32):
healing.
It's about flower essencehealing.
It's about understanding theviolet flame.
It's about flower essencehealing.
It's about understanding theviolet flame.
It's about fully stepping into.
There are lots of differenthealing modalities and how do we
heal ourselves, our generations, our ancestors?
The seventh class is aboutgratitude, because I think one
of the most important ways tolive is through gratitude.

(25:54):
There's a little bit ofKabbalah in there, so they get
to touch on the Jewish mysticismof the tree of life.
What does the tree mean?
How do we come through that?
The eighth class is magic.
Now I really define magic.
Magic is not casting spells,it's not going against
somebody's free will, but it'sunderstanding the magic of the

(26:17):
sunset, the birth of a baby, howwe use universal law to create
magic in our life, to understandthat our words are magic.
We create from what we say.
The ninth class is prosperity.
It's about learning how todance with money, to not be
afraid of it, to not think it'sevil or dark.

(26:38):
What does money mean?
How do we draw more to us?
The 10th class is sovereignty.
What does sovereignty mean?
How do we step into our ownpower?
How do we create from our ownbelief systems, not what we've
been told, but what we trulybelieve, what's our divine truth
?
The 11th class is ceremony.

(26:59):
How do we conduct a ceremony, whether it's a moon ceremony or
an end of year ceremony or justa general ceremony.
What does that look like?
The 12th class is all aboutservice.
So how do we serve humanity?
How do we make it better?
How do we change ourselves tomake it better?
So that's just priesthood.
And when they've completed thatpath, they're initiated into

(27:23):
the order of Melchizedek, whichis the oldest priesthood on the
planet, which means they are nowgoing to give back in service
to humanity, to put more lighton the planet, to be of service
to the planet.
And that's just the first path.
After they've completed that, they can look at Warriors of

(27:45):
Light, which is water energy, and it's about shadow work.
What are you afraid of?
What's your fears?
What are your shadows?
What do you need to know aboutyourself?
What healing do you need toknow?
How do you clear space?
They learn cord cuttings andcap removals and healing
modalities, but it's reallyabout them healing themselves.

(28:08):
And that class is seven programs.
Then there's sacred alchemy, which is eight programs, and
it's about the seven stages ofalchemy, of transformation, how
we move through those, how weuse honey magic to create
beautiful things in our lives.
Why are the bees so important?

(28:28):
They become stewards of thebees because bees and honey are
very creative, very magical, sothey bring that in.
And then the newest classthat's going to come on board is
Kabbalah, and so I haven'twritten that class yet.
And then my warriors, thecomplete warriors, then can move
into DNA activations, which isfour classes, and they learn how

(28:51):
to feed somebody light.
They light up an individual'scodons and start feeding the
physical body light versus foodand water to clear out all
negative energy.
So it's a long one class amonth for years of stepping on

(29:13):
this path, excuse me.
So it's a beautiful journey aspeople decide to step in and
take those classes.

Rose (29:23):
That's amazing, and I know you've written all the books.

Tracy (29:26):
All the books, incredible, incredible.
So let's talk about yourintuitive gifts here.
So you are a psychic medium, wonderful, and all the other
magical and amazing things thatyou do.
So, as someone who channelsmessages, as a psychic medium,
what advice do you give tosomeone who's just beginning to
explore these intuitive gifts?

(29:48):
they have.
You know, that's a greatquestion.
Intuition I believe everybodyis intuitive.
I believe everybody isintuitive whether it's the hairs
on their arms stand up whenthey feel like that's the right
answer, right choice, whetherit's their stomach kind of gets
in knots when they feel likethat's not supposed to be for

(30:08):
them.
We're all intuitive and I loveteaching people through psychic
development because it's aboutstarting to trust those
instincts.
So a lot of people are feelers.
They feel it in their body.
So if something feels right ordoesn't feel right, what does
that feel like in our body?

(30:29):
Some of us here and you knowpeople that are looking to step
into their intuition.
They expect spirit to come andsit in the chair beside them and
have a conversation with them, just like you and I are having.
It doesn't work that way.
They're in one dimension, we'rein another.

(30:50):
So how we connect and startgetting messages, it could be
through an image that pops inyour head.
It could be the little girlthat walks up to you in the
grocery store.
That's a stranger that sayssomething to you and you're like
, wow, that was the question Ihad five hours ago.
She just answered it.
Whether it's a whisper in yourear.

(31:12):
Have you ever?
You know, I was home one dayand I was the only one in the
house and I heard someone sneezeon the other end of the house.
Now, for most people they wouldhave freaked out by that right,
and I went kazoo tide bless you.
I hope you feel better and Ijust went on to working.
I didn't even think twice aboutit.

(31:33):
You know your grandmother ormother that flicks the lights in
your house to get yourattention, or turns on a certain
lamp or a text message thatcomes through from someone on
the other side.
These things truly do happen.
It's when you're open and whenyour guides, when you put them

(31:54):
in the game, when you ask themto be part of your journey and
you ask them to join you, they're going to come in full
force and start talking to you.
But talking to you is not liketalking.
This conversation.
It can come through in colors,it can come through in energy,
it can come through in numbers,it can come through in symbols

(32:15):
or pictures or a movie clip inyour mind.
It can come through with thesong being played on the radio
that answers a question that youhave for that day.
It's all about being open.
It's also about playing withthe energy.
So when I first started openingmy gifts, I worked in a
building that had threeelevators and my office was on

(32:39):
the third floor and I would getin front of that elevator every
day and close my eyes and guesswhich door was going to open I
would.
When I left of an evening, Iwould do the same thing.
I wasn't trying to be totallyright, but I was testing my
gifts, I was playing with themin a way.

(32:59):
That's not difficult.
Have you ever went to yourcloset of a morning and closed
your eyes and said, spirit, whatshould I wear today?
And trusted that answer?
Because they may give you ananswer that you're like I don't
really want to wear that andyou've defeated the purpose.
The purpose is put on thatoutfit and then that evening,

(33:20):
when you take it off, askyourself why was this outfit
important for me today?
How did it support me today?
What was it about this outfit?
So I just taught a class thismonth in December called flower
readings, a class this month inDecember called Flower Readings.
Flower Readings are from theVictorian age, where women would

(33:41):
get in their teapollers andhave their tea and they'd have
fresh flowers in the teapoller, and they would have people come
up with a question at the tableand they would go and pick a
flower and they would read theanswer based on the stem, the
leaves, the flower, the blossom, the bud.
And so it's about reallytrusting what comes in and

(34:05):
playing with it.
Because, developing yourpsychic abilities, what I find
is people don't trust and theyhave this fear about believing
in it.
So if you can do it in aplayful manner, in a fun, safe
place with other people that areplaying with you, then you

(34:25):
start to believe in.
Wow, that message I got theother day that was right on
right.
And so you just start leaninginto that and really trusting
what's given to you because weall have it Now.
Channeling and mediumship is awhole different thing.
Mediumship is about connectingto spirits on the other side and

(34:50):
guides, and not everyone wantsto do that right.
Some people have a block or afear to that and I understand
that.
But your intuition, yourpsychic abilities, is your
divine navigation system.
It was given to you to guideyou in this lifetime so that you
would make better choices, soyou would go in a better

(35:12):
direction.
Mediumship is when you're reallyopen and you want to connect to
our loved ones or people on theother side or guides, and you
really want to develop that, youcan do that, and channeling's
about just giving your teampermission to talk through you

(35:33):
and allowing that to happen in avery natural way.
So students that know me on apersonal level have come to me
and said I know you werechanneling.
Right then, because it changeshow you say, it changes how it
comes through, and what I do isI just surrender at the
beginning of a class, use me asa vessel, use me for whatever,

(35:58):
guide me on what to say, how tosay it, where to say it, and I
just allow them to do that.
So sometimes I don't even knowthat I'm channeling.
It just comes out and thenlater you're driving home after
class going wow, that was veryprofound, that was not me, that
was something completely else,right.

(36:18):
So that's a little bit aboutpsychic abilities and how to
really step into who you are.
Beautiful.
I love that and I love that youput the advice to play, to play
with it.
As an educator and you might'vefound this in your journey very
serious, very studying go bythe rules.
So when you have students comein, they want to make sure

(36:40):
they're doing everything.
And I remember a student thatwas you know so many questions
and I said you know what?
Just put my manual down, put itaside, just have fun with this
and play with it.
And I recall I was doing a cardreading and doing a kind of a
share with a friend and she didher card reading and I was doing
it the Cal Gray way and I wasgetting it all lined up and her

(37:02):
things were all over the placeand she said well, this is what
spirit showed me.
You had so many things open.
And after that experience itwas like you know what, I'm
gonna put this training aside.
It was valuable, but I'm gonnaplay with it and let things come
out.
And that really helped open mygifts.
And, just like you had theexperience where they sneezed
yesterday, I'm in a room.

(37:22):
The light turns on by itself.
I turned around.
I said, yes, I see you, I seewhere you are, I see you.
So it's really wonderful thatyou're putting out there just to
have fun with it, explore withit, make it your own, be open to
it.
So we have the advice for theintuitive gifts.
But let's go on to how you canintegrate this.

(37:45):
So your topic of bringingsacredness into your business
and life how can we integrateour spiritual practice into our
daily?
work life.
You know I love that questionbecause they call me the queen
of sacredness.
So I have a belief that we area sacred, divine soul having a
physical experience and that oursoul craves sacredness.

(38:09):
I think it's why most of us aredrawn to a beautiful church
with stained glass windows, whywe're drawn to a beautifully set
altar, why we're drawn to abeautiful church with stained
glass windows, why we're drawnto a beautifully set altar, why
we're drawn to a ritual orceremony, is because our soul
remembers the sacredness that wehave when we're not in this
physical experience.

(38:30):
So how do we create thatsacredness?
How do we integrate it in ourlife?
Well, I think you have to askyourself what are you drawn to?
Do you have altars in yourhouse?
An altar can be as simple asherbs sitting in your kitchen
around a mortar and pestle.
That has meaning to you.

(38:51):
An altar can be as simple asbath salts in your bathroom,
with bath bombs and herbs andbubbles and your healing bath
right.
Altars don't have to be thisbig, elaborate thing.
They can be as simple assomething beautiful.
How do we create those thingsin our lives?

(39:14):
How do we create those thingsin our lives?
We lean into intention.
I always tell people everythingin my life is purely done with
intention.
The colors I paint on my wallis very intentional.
The colors that I wear are veryintentional.
I actually think about it whenI set up a class.

(39:34):
It creates an experience, because I'm very intentional to
how I decorate it, to how thebook is placed, to how the
pencil is placed, to how we pulla card.
Everything has intention.
So what is my intention fortoday?
What is my intention for myhome?

(39:55):
What is in the intention for myworkplace?
Even as an HR person, I wouldhave essential oils on my desk
and crystals on my desk.
Those were very intentional.
Now, do you think my employeesthat came to my office even had
a clue to what those were?
No, but they were drawn to them.

(40:16):
I love this oil.
This smells so good.
Uh-huh, uh-huh, yeah, ooh.
This crystal is so pretty.
Can I hold it?
Uh-huh, uh-huh.
Everything was done withintention.
So how you cook, what spices andherbs, how much love you put

(40:37):
into your cooking, how much youuse your shower and bath for
healing, releasing, letting goof the energies of the day, what
kind of music, what kind ofshows you watch.
I'm very intentional to onlypositive shows, only positive,
inspiring music.

(40:57):
So how do we live?
Intentionally?
It's a lot on thinking about.
What are you thinking?
What are you doing?
What are your relationshipsabout?
What's your work about?
What is your intention for thisday, for this week, for
whatever you're doing?
I think that is how you bringsacredness in, because once you

(41:19):
start leaning in, I love candlesbecause they're very sacred.
I love altars, I love ritualsof all kinds, and people will be
like I don't like rituals.
Well, do you brush your teethevery morning?
Yeah, that's a ritual.
Do you put your pants on firstbefore you put on your shirt?

(41:40):
That's a ritual.
Right, how you do things, theorder you do them, that's all
rituals.
So what rituals can supportyour soul, support you
spiritually, support your family, your friends, and so that's
how you bring sacredness intoyour life.
Right, and it's a good pointthat you pointed out about

(42:01):
putting the pants on right, brushing the teeth, because many
people think it has to be sometype of religion coming into
that.
But it can just be intentionalof you know, having your
favorite scented candle, havingyour particular crystal right,
having your favorite cozyblanket to snuggle up with right
.
It can be all those things andmore Wonderful.

(42:22):
So you have had over 50published works for your classes
.
What inspired you to createthis extensive educational
materials and how do theysupport your students' growth?
Well, you know it's interestingwhen I first started on this
path.
We're all out there searchingfor spiritual teachers and
classes, this path, we're allout there searching for

(42:46):
spiritual teachers and classes, and I can say that not all of
those experiences were great forme.
You know, I went to a teacher'sclass here where I live, many,
many years ago and I go into theclass Excuse me, she has a
sitting and folding chairs alongthe wall, no big big deal, and
there's a sign up in the cornerthat says don't talk to anyone.

(43:08):
I'm like interesting, right.
And so these two girls comeinto class and they're talking
to each other.
You can tell they've cometogether and so they're
communicating.
Teacher comes out of the backroom, points to the sign and
points to them like doesn'tstill explain why that sign is
there, what its purpose is.

(43:29):
So we go through class andthere's nothing to take notes on
because there's no tables, right, and she's given us
handouts and we're trying tobalance them on our lap and
we're trying to write notes.
And then one of the youngladies, because many of us, when
we step on this spiritual path, are really sensitive to the
fluorescent lighting, and so wecover the fluorescent lighting

(43:51):
in the center just to kind ofdim the lighting so that people
don't feel so uncomfortable.
And so one of the ladies saidcan we turn off some lamps?
And she goes you can wear a capnext time to class.
And I was like whoa, and sothose types of experiences as a
teacher when I came in is can webe a little more professional?

(44:15):
I know that we're spiritual, Iknow that we're passionate, I
know that we've gained expertisein the field, but can we give
our students something more?
And so the reason I write mybooks is I'm a scholar.
I like to be able to come andhave an experience without

(44:35):
having to write a ton of notes.
If I want to write notes, Iwant a space to write notes of
that experience, to write notes.
I want a space to write notesof that experience.
I want to be able to takesomething home so that three
weeks later, if an idea pops upor something pops up from that
class, can I go back and referto those materials, can I see
where it's sourced, can I get aclear idea?

(44:58):
Now, students that have taken myclasses I've had several of
them come to me that have takenclasses from other teachers and
they're like we really wishedyou would teach teachers how to
teach, how to put materialtogether in an organized fashion
, how to simplify it so that wecan understand it, how to give

(45:19):
examples of how to apply andintegrate that material.
She says, because we'll go toclasses and the material is
scattered all over the board, orit's a zillion handouts or
you're trying to make notes, because they're talking so fast
that you can't get all theinformation and what a

(45:40):
difference it makes to havesomething colorful and bright
and clear and organized reallywell.
And I think that's why studentscome back over and over again
to my classes is because Iprovide something that is very
practical and scholarly and theycan study it later and they can

(46:04):
look at it later and they canrefer to it later.
And that's what's driven me towrite as many books as I do.
So even in my small littleworkshops on the elements or on
psychic development, you knowthey still get a little five by
seven book that's 40 to 150pages that they walk away with,

(46:26):
with stuff in it that they canreally sink their teeth in,
because I think it's importantfor me.
Anyways, when I walk away from aclass I want to be able to look
back at it, refer to it,understand it, because as adults
, we process in different ways.
A lot of us like that hands-onexperience Great.

(46:47):
Some of us like to read like indepth They'll read every word
on every page Great.
Some of us want a simplegraphic or a diagram that we can
understand great.
Some of us like to listen andif we hear it, we remember it.
Some of us, if we write part ofit down, we'll remember it.

(47:10):
You have to understand learningstyles are different and the
more of those applications youcan give to adults to be able to
integrate and learn, they'regoing to take that and use that
versus.
Yeah, that was a great class,I'm probably never going to use
that again.
I want it to be valuable andalso I want to leave something

(47:31):
for people to really be able tosit with and really absorb and
integrate.
So that's the reason I'vewritten all these books is I
absolutely love giving theteachings to people.
I mean, how many teachers haveyou went to that don't really
share their wisdom?
They don't share why it works, how it works, what it's for.

(47:54):
They just tell you that youmust do it this way.
Why, right?
I'm one of those that I love togive and I continuously learn
myself.
I love Kyle Gray's teachings, Ilove Radley Valentine's
teachings, sandra Ann Taylor, louise Hay, wayne Dyer I've

(48:15):
studied all those guys.
I love their teachings and I'mconstantly learning myself and
diving into things, because youknow, we don't.
You know the master knowsnothing.
The master knows that they knownothing.
They have no idea what's goingon.
It's when you step into thatidea that there is so much more

(48:37):
to learn and you're ready tolearn it that you really gain
from the world.
So that's why I've written somany books.

Rose (48:45):
So I'm going to wrap it up with a question.
I'm just listening to all thethings you've done, this legacy
you're creating.
I want to know what you do forfun, because you're so busy.
I see that you're working whenyou're sleeping even is just so
busy, I see that you're workingwhen you're sleeping.

Vialet (49:06):
Even that is true, they're there.
They had me doing stuff in mysleep.
You know, this was brought up along time ago.
And here's the interestingthing you know I probably work
more than most people 24, seven, seven days a week.
I'm constantly working.
When I'm watching TV at night,I have my laptop on my lap and
I'm working and creating.

(49:27):
And I was listening to a podcastor a YouTube channel and the
person was talking about what doyou do for fun and what is play
.
And after I sat and reflected, you know my play is writing
books.
I really love to write.
I really love to be creative.
I really love the creativeprocess of designing books and

(49:50):
putting them together and seeingthe outcome of the students and
how it changes them and howthey're able to work with that
information.
That play really is that for me.
Now, what do I do for fun?
I love my family, I lovespending time, I love going to
the beach and the sand and Ilove all those things that

(50:12):
people have.
But I've actually created abusiness.
That is my passion.
And when it's your passion, itdoesn't always feel like work,
it doesn't always feel realheavy, but I also know as a
physical being, I have to excuseme, I have to take care of
myself, so I know when my bodyis starting to get tired.

(50:37):
I know when my body needs arest.
I know when I need to pull back.
I you back.
This is the time of the year inDecember where my body starts
telling me it's time to get inyour PJs for a week and write
and enjoy life and sleep as lateas you want and eat whatever
you want, and that's how I feedmy soul to keep that energy up.

(51:00):
But my play really is writingand creating and putting stuff
together.
It's really what I love to dois creating my books, and I love
when people pick them up andthey're like oh my gosh, this is
amazing and great.
That feeds my soul, that I'vecreated something that somebody

(51:22):
sees as value.
Right, so that's really my play.
That's what I enjoy most of allis writing books and teaching.
That's where my heart is.

Rose (51:34):
I love that, and one day we're going to see your
autobiography for sure on theshelves right and yeah.
So I want to thank you forbeing here today, for taking the
time out of your very busyschedule to share a space with
Tracy and I.
It's just been a pleasure and ajoy having you here on the

(51:56):
podcast.
Thank you so much, violet.

Vialet (51:58):
Thank you.
Thank you so much for having me.
This was so much fun, Tracy.
It's so wonderful to meet andconnect with you.
