What would happen if you were forced to choose between your favorite Disney attractions, permanently eliminating one while keeping the other? That's the challenging premise behind our "Ride or Die" game, where we confront impossible choices that reveal what truly matters in our Disney park experiences.

Over a Barrels of Blaze cocktail from Beacon Barrel (Jack Daniels bourbon, honey, lemon, and chili), we dive into agonizing decisions across three categories: shows, snacks, and rides. The results surprise even us, as longtime Disney preferences are questioned when put in direct competition with other beloved experiences.

When forced to choose between Country Bear Jamboree and Carousel of Progress, or Fantasmic and Mickey's PhilharMagic, we discover how storytelling, nostalgia, and rewatch value shape our show preferences. Our snack selections pit iconic Dole Whip against Mickey pretzels, churros against School Bread, and expose how sensory experiences like the smell of popcorn influence our park memories.

The most revealing choices come with ride comparisons. Would you sacrifice Expedition Everest to save Tiana's Bayou Adventure? Is Rise of the Resistance worth losing Kilimanjaro Safaris forever? We weigh factors like thrills versus storytelling, queue experiences, ride length, and even seating comfort in making these painful decisions. The final showdown between Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad forces us to choose between Disney's most innovative new experience and a nostalgic classic.

Through these challenging hypotheticals, we discover what truly defines our personal Disney experiences. Whether you prioritize nostalgia, thrills, immersive storytelling, or something else entirely, this episode will have you questioning which attractions you'd fight to preserve if forced to make the ultimate Disney sacrifice.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello and welcome to Cheers to Ears, where today,
from the Beacon Barrel, we'resipping on a Barrels of Blaze.
That's a newer restaurant, it'sthe newest, the newest Theme
bar.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Yeah, it looks great.

Speaker 1 (00:12):
The Barrels of Blaze has Jack Daniels blended bourbon
, honey, lemon and chili andit's sold for $19.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
So we use regular Jack Daniels.
We didn't use the bondedbourbon that they suggested
because we had Jack Daniels Twoounces of Jack Daniels.
We didn't use the bondedbourbon that they suggested
because we had Jack Daniels Twoounces of Jack Daniels, half
ounce of honey syrup, threequarters of an ounce of fresh
lemon juice and a dash of chilibitters.
It's a tart Jack Daniels.
It's very lemony Jack Danielsto me.

(00:39):
I get a little kick of thatchili bitters at the end in the
back of my throat.
The honey helps mellow thetartness of the lemon out, but
it really just tastes like alemony Jack Daniels to me.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
Yeah, it was my first drink.
I wasn't too impressed, yeah.
But I'm on like drink three nowand it's sip three.
I should say Sip three, Notdrink three.
This is a sipping drink.
It gets better as you drink it,I think A little sour, a little
tart.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Yeah, definitely not my favorite.
No, I think I would addsomething.
It needs something else.
I wonder if we put Orjit syrupin there, maybe Instead of the
honey syrup.
I wonder what that would havebeen like we can try that
sometime.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
Sure Off-air mixology practice.
We need another.
Cheers to ears training.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
We don't train enough for this job, I know you need
to train more.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
We need to put more effort in our training.
We need more getaways.
We do, we have one coming up,but we need more.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
Yes, two weeks Right, we will be on an airplane.
Do we have a ride to theairport or are we just driving
ourselves?
We are.
Do we have a ride to theairport, or are we just driving
ourselves?

Speaker 1 (01:45):
We are going to find a ride to the airport.
I have two parents that alwayslove to take us.
They're so good at it.
Whatever time we can do thatthey're good, so that'll
probably be our ride ifChristy's not home.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
She wouldn't want to drive us during rush hour anyway
.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
It is rush hour.
The plane leaves at like 5.30our time, right?
No, oh I think it does.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
So we have to be there at three.
We'll be right before rush hour.
We'll be fine.
I feel better about that.
I thought right smack dab inthe middle of rush hour.
Really excited to someday try aBeacon Barrel.
By the time I get back itshould have mellowed out a
little bit, yeah, althoughthere's not a whole lot of
options to get a drink in MagicKingdom, so it might just be
that way forever.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
And hopefully this is more than just a decent topic
today.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
It is we're doing Ride or Die.
We picked three shows, fivesnacks and five rides.
It's a choice between the two.
I'm going to read these off toAaron, aaron's going to read his
list off to me, and we have tochoose Ride or Die.
My thinking is, if it's a ride, that's the one you go on.
Die, you never get to go again.

(02:48):
Never, right, it doesn't existanymore.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
It doesn't exist.
Right, you're trashing thatride.
Same thing with snacks.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Snacks are gone forever.
I'm actually starting off withone.
That's horribly hard.
I did mine show snacks and thenride.
Yeah, start, okay, let mestretch and then right.
So you want, yeah, start, okay, let me stretch.
So my shows ride or die, country bear jamboree or
carousel of progress.
You know me, yes, this would behard for me.

(03:15):
You know me love both of theseand I know you love both of them
as well, I should have thrownyou a carousel of progress.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
I didn't think of that one let's go.
I'm to say, get rid of CountryBear Jamboree Just because.
I love Carousel of Progress, Ithink it's more.
I mean, I love Country BearJamboree, but I don't know.
We did go to it twice last timewe were there.
But I think that I could rideCarousel of Progress every time

(03:41):
I go and they could update it.
It has more updatablerefurbishments.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
It does.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
The refurbishment factor is bigger.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
Had it been the older version of Country Bear
Jamboree, I think that wouldhave been a little easier, yeah
that was tough.
This one is on the par ofnearly impossible for me.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
I'm kind of scared for what you came up with.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
Yeah, this might be the hardest one.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
I have a hard one for you, but I'm not going to start
with it.
I'm going to start with theeasier one, because I don't want
the audience thinking this isthat crazy of an episode.
I want to calm it down a littlebit.
So I got Fantasmic, okay, orMickey's.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
PhilharMagic, mickey's PhilharMagic Keep, and
then phantasmic that's what Ithought you would say.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
I wasn't sure, because phantasmic is a huge
show.
We just don't sit and watch it.
But we do go.
I've watched it at disneyland.
Yeah, have you sat there andwatched it?
I walked by it.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
I'm more of a walk by it I've sat and watched it a
couple of times in its entirety, but it's one of those where,
because it's so crowded, it'slike watching the fireworks or
the display or the light show.
I watch those once and then I'mgood.
And I'll watch a parade once,and then I'm good.

(04:53):
Mickey's PhilharMagic is one ofthose that I'll do pretty much
every time I go Agreed as afiller.
So that is it.
I would ditch Fantasmic andkeep Mickey's PhilharMagic.
Okay, good, okay.
Beauty and the Beast,sing-along at Epcot.
Or Mickey's PhilharMagic whichis your ride, which is your die.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
I'm going to go keep the Beauty and the Beast
sing-along.
Okay, I like it.
I'm going to go with that.
I mean it's close.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
I figured it would, but it's one that for me.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
Yeah, by the end of this episode I might switch my
answer on that one.
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (05:33):
You got me.
I've never felt it necessary togo back.
Well, maybe I did when I wentwith Dave and Asha and the kids.
We did go see Beauty and theBeast because I wanted to show
them.
I think it's funny.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
I think it's funnier.
I mean, I say becauseDisneyland's version of Mickey's
Full of Magic is where theMuppets show used to be.
It's the same exact theater.
I'm reminiscent of that everytime I go to Disneyland.
I never saw the Muppet showthere.
It's the same as Magic Kingdom, same exact building.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
Mm-hmm, oh yeah.

Speaker 1 (06:06):
Okay, kingdom, same exact building.
Oh yeah, okay, so the hardestone, I'll go.
The hardest one.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
Next country, bear jamboree or lion king lion king
is, I would say it's oh, andthere's a lot to explain behind
this.
I know I would keep country.
Bear jamboree is my ride andlion king would be the die whoa
lion king's the best show.
King is the best show andbecause we did a show ranking, I
think for both of us that wasthe number one show.

(06:30):
But and we'll get, becausethere's certain rides that are
you got to do it every time, andcountry bear jamboree is one of
those.

Speaker 1 (06:40):
I gotta do it every time Now.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
Lion King I would have to do every time if I went,
but I would go see Country Beara couple times in a day and be
happy.
I just think it's in that realmof kind of a must-do for me.
Like if I didn't see the LionKing I wouldn't be kind of
irritated that I didn't go seethe Lion King because I'll go

(07:03):
see it again some other time, that I didn't go see the Lion
King because I'll go see itagain some other time.
If I couldn't go see CountryBear Jamboree, I'd probably be a
little irritated at whoever Iwas with for, you know, because
it was shut down or they wantedto go do something.
So, yes, controversial Like.

Speaker 1 (07:19):
Dave Country Bear Jamboree Perfect Love it.
That was a tough one, that wasgood.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
Here's, or Disney Villains, unfairly Ever After.
And I know Because I've neverseen it, you've never seen it,
you've used that to me.
But then you saw the bestversion of Frozen Good.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
I've seen Frozen, so I'm going to just go with that
as my main reason why is to dumpFrozen.
Okay, Just so I can see it.
That's the only reason becauseI love Frozen sing-along when.

Speaker 2 (07:48):
I knew you hadn't done them, yeah, and I wanted to
see if you would be willing togive up what you've already done
for something you've never done.

Speaker 1 (07:55):
So my last one is Frozen sing-along or Indiana
Jones stunt spectacular.

Speaker 2 (08:00):
Frozen sing-along is my ride and epic stunt
spectacular is to die.
That's hands down.
Yeah, that's a fairly easy one,that's okay.
I didn't know that.
Now, that's not to say that Iwon't go see the indiana jones
show every single time if I can,but it's just so much better in
my mind.
Perfect.
If I had to rank all the showsat hollywood studios, the frozen

(08:23):
sing-along is really close tomy number one yeah yeah, perfect
.
Okay, moving on to snacks.
You want to start snacks thistime?

Speaker 1 (08:32):
I can start with snacks.
I'm just going to go straightdown the list.

Speaker 2 (08:34):
I mean because they're I was kind of cruel with
this one, so I'm not cruel atall.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
I didn't put a churro on here at all, of course,
because you don't like churros.
Yeah, that would Right, that'sthe easy one.
So I tried with snacks and Ithink snacks we're I.
I figured out much of a snacker, as we are more than eat
dinners, right more than meals.
So it comes the next week'sepisode.
It was more the trying to findstuff that we I found a lot of

(09:01):
stuff we didn't have.
But this is really easy.

Speaker 2 (09:03):
First one dole whip or with mickey pretzel dole whip
is my ride and mic MickeyPretzel is my die Okay, and I
don't actually have Dole Whips awhole lot.
Mickey Pretzels are one ofthose.
Sometimes I just want a snackand I just want a chunk of bread
and that's why I get a MickeyPretzel, but other than that,

(09:26):
there's nothing special aboutthem in my mind, right?
So, yeah, okay, I do havechurros and I have churros on a
lot of mine for you you're gonnamake me pick between I love
yeah, I know you love a churroand so it was like I'm just
gonna make this a competitionsnacks versus through a
curveball in this one, exceptfor one of them, corn dog or

(09:49):
churros churro, churro, iro.

Speaker 1 (09:51):
I have a corn dog.
Yeah, that's DJ and Eli havecorn dogs like crazy.

Speaker 2 (09:54):
I couldn't remember if you were a big corn dog guy.

Speaker 1 (09:56):
I'll have a corn dog, but it's not like important to
me at all.
It's like if I'm really hungryand that's the only thing
available, I can walk aroundwith it, grab it and go.
It's a grab and go Type of meal, that something's sustained me
for a while.

Speaker 2 (10:09):
It's one of those.
I just get a hankering for acorn dog application.
Okay, I'm close now here.

Speaker 1 (10:13):
I don't know how much you've had these two things,
because we these are things wedon't buy.
I've never seen you buy them.
We've been together.
We never had them.

Speaker 2 (10:20):
I think as a part we have turkey leg or popcorn I
believe I've had turkey legstwice and I've had popcorn once
or twice.
These, these are both items Iwould not get Right, because
these are both dyes againstliterally anything else.

Speaker 1 (10:41):
Nice.

Speaker 2 (10:42):
I would say popcorn would be the ride and the turkey
leg would be the dye, simplybecause if you're getting rid of
the popcorn, you're getting ridof that popcorn smell, which I
really love.
When you're walking through theparking, you smell popcorn, you
really want some popcorn, butyou're not going to buy popcorn.
Yeah, that's me.
But I wouldn't want to get ridof that smell because I love the

(11:03):
smell of popcorn cooking.
So that's why.
But both of them.
If they disappeared, I probablywouldn't lose any sleep.
I disappeared, I probablywouldn't lose any sleep.
I added something twice.

Speaker 1 (11:19):
I didn't mean to, so this is okay.
I'm throwing lots of softballs,I think the next three.
Another one churros, churros orschool bread.
Oh, I purposely didn't putschool bread on yours, because
that's a pick over everything.
That's a really tough one,because we're talking about
coasts right, we are.
So if you're talking churrosversus school bread, you're
talking about chur right, we are.
So if you're talking churrosversus school bread, you're
talking about churros at DisneyWorld over school bread,
legitimately, legitimately.
Yeah, you're only talkingDisneyland churros.

(11:41):
So I got to choose a Disneylandchurro over the school bread at
Epcot.
I'm going to pick school bread.
I would rather have the schoolbread at Disney World, and it's
so good.
I need rather have the schoolbread.
That gives you more and it's sogood.
I need to have a school breadand an Ottawa apple when I go to
Epcot.
It just has to happen.
Yeah, I could go a day atDisneyland without a churro.
I really could.
They're just so easy.

(12:01):
I'm walking by and just grab achurro and it's my ritual in my
night.
Yeah, usually I Every Nightwith a Churro, uh-huh, and I
usually grab one for Christy andhope she's sleeping when I get
back to the room so I can eat it.
Hers Right.
Okay, my next one.
I think the next one's going tobe yeah, I think I'm just like
lobbing them up for you, just tosmack them out of the park.
Mickey Waffles or Beignets.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
Beignets are my ride, mickey Waffles are my die.
That kind of takes the whole goahead.
Although it's funny, I haven'thad the waffles from sleepy
hollow at magic kingdom.
Now if you were talking thoseit might, because I haven't had
them.
That would have been a littletougher.
They're mickey waffles.

(12:43):
Oh, not mickey waffles, it'sjust a regular waffle.
Right?
This is a snack.

Speaker 1 (12:48):
Mickey waffles is more of a snack, where you get
waffles or waffles Like abreakfast waffle.
We're talking about MickeyWaffles.
It would be Bubble, syrup, butter, blah.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
Yeah, it's the toss.
I wouldn't do that.
That would be my die.
Okay, I have another churros.
No way Flop overs or churros.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
Well, one's more of a meal, Actually a snack.

Speaker 2 (13:17):
I a snack.
I mean it's going to last youlonger.
I'm going churro though.
Yeah, I'm going churro big timeon this.
A flop over is more.
If I want a quick lunch type ofthing, yeah, I'll grab a coffee
and that's why I went with it,because I knew that that was
like you're kind of a go-to.

Speaker 1 (13:23):
I want a cold brew?
Yeah, and they don't have anycold brews at the churro carts.
Okay, you can't grab a coldbrew there?

Speaker 2 (13:28):
No, you can't, so I can do that in Toontown.

Speaker 1 (13:31):
Okay, corn dog or a num-num cookie.

Speaker 2 (13:36):
I didn't include num-num cookies on this one.
For our next week's episode.
I have num-num cookies on there.

Speaker 1 (13:41):
Let's have a num-num cookie when we go.
I was thinking let's do itBecause it's been a long time I
haven't had one for years.

Speaker 2 (13:47):
Never one I wanted to eat when it was hot out, so it
was Num-Num cookie or corn dog.

Speaker 1 (13:53):
Wow, I'm making you think more than I thought I
would.

Speaker 2 (13:57):
They're both not something.
I have a lot.
I'm going to go the Jack-Jack'sNum-Num cookie Num-Num as my
ride and then corn dog is my dieOkay.

Speaker 1 (14:08):
Yeah yeah.
I thought I was being likeCrash Davis from Bull Durham and
saying he's coming with theheat.
When you speak of me, speakwell, and you're going to hit
the bull in right field and geta free steak.
That's what I was doing to you,but you're thinking more than.
I thought Okay good.

Speaker 2 (14:24):
So this one doesn't include churros, oh, thank God.
Beignets Okay, so we're talkingMickey beignets.
Yeah, we're talking Tiana'sBeignets.
I know you haven't had thecroque glace, which is the
brioche with ice cream and somekind of syrup and press.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
I just had it.
I just had it and I want to try.
We talk about it all the time.
Yeah, and this is easy becauseI'm not a huge beignet fan.
And this is easy because I'mnot a huge beignet fan.
I like the beignets at JazzKitchen.
I could do that all day.
It's not about just doing those, but it's a fancy donut.

Speaker 2 (14:57):
It's a fancy donut it is.

Speaker 1 (14:59):
That's just something to have with a mint julep.
If you want to act like you'reat Disney, yeah, it's just
saying I'm at Disney, here'swhat I'm having, because
everyone my ride.

Speaker 2 (15:09):
Okay, I had a feeling that would be the case.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
Okay, so I have the same thing.
Should I switch this last oneup at the very end?
Nope, I'm going to try it.
I don't know if you like aMickey ice cream bar, if that's
your thing at all.
If you don't like it, this istoo easy.
Mickey ice cream bar or beignet.

Speaker 2 (15:28):
Beignet is my ride.
Mickey ice cream bar.

Speaker 1 (15:30):
You need to, especially at Disneyland.

Speaker 2 (15:32):
At this trip I was thinking that I'm going to try
one.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
Because it is so they're different.
They're the same bar atDisneyland Disney World, right,
but this is a cast member secret.
I learned, or we all know thisif we've gotten to bars there.
But then when you get them atDisneyland, they are super hard,
yes, they're like super hard,so it takes a while before you
eat them.
You can actually walk around.

Speaker 2 (15:52):
Yeah, because they're in dry ice.

Speaker 1 (15:54):
Uh-huh, and they're like frozen solid when you get
them At Disney, or they meltinstantly.

Speaker 2 (15:59):
You have to chow them down.
Yeah, but that was on my listbecause I hadn't ever tried one.
Every time I go, I want to dosomething that I've never done
before.
I was done before.
Right, I was trying to think ofif there's any rides left.
There are a couple of ridesthat I haven't.
They're never gonna do, so it'slike but do I really want to do
nemo?

Speaker 1 (16:19):
no, I don't, or the jumping jellyfish.
I'll go on a credit coasterwhile you do nemo, it will meet
somewhere meet somewhere elseokay we'll meet in the middle.

Speaker 2 (16:28):
Okay, another churro cold brews you put cold brew as
a snack yes, evil, it's I, andthat's why I did it, because it
was kind of mean cold brews orchurros, because there's one
thing I have to have all daylong, it's coffee.

Speaker 1 (16:47):
Yes, right, it's a must for me.
Yeah, and sugar and cinnamon isnot something I have to have
all day to make my day function.
Yes, but I need to have acertain number of coffees.
It's more than one during myday, so it has to be a cold brew
.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
It would have to be.

Speaker 1 (17:05):
Just pure health reasons.
Yes, Mental and physical healthTo function.
It makes me think better andwalk further.

Speaker 2 (17:13):
Okay we're on rides Okay, we're on rides.
Oh, we're on rides.
Okay, I'll start this one, youstart this one.
This is going to be a tough one.
Mine might be tough too.
We'll see so Everest or rockand roller coaster.

Speaker 1 (17:24):
You started right up with the high heat.
Lots of baseball terms for metoday.
You came inside up and insideright away.
Ann.
Baseball terms for me today.
You came inside up and insideright away, announcing your
presence of authority.
That's so hard.
It's like a thin hair betweenthe two it is.
It's so hard Because in aranking.

Speaker 2 (17:44):
It's like the number two and number three roller
coaster for me in the park.

Speaker 1 (17:48):
Let's go rock and roller coaster ride Okay, an
Everest dive, okay, okay.
Wow, see, I would have hadthose flipped Almost.
It's good either way.
I just love rock and rollercoasters, indoors, the flips and
stuff.
I love them both.

Speaker 2 (18:04):
Yeah, everest just has a little nudge.
But yes, I knew that one wouldbe a tough one.
Yep, go ahead.

Speaker 1 (18:11):
Okay, Pirates or Haunted Mansion.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
Pirates would be my ride.
Haunted Mansion would be myride, haunted mansion would be
my die good.
Yeah, even with the differentoverlay.
Pirates I do pirates every timeand I'm not heartbroken if I
don't do haunted mansion everytime I usually do.
But yeah, that's a good one.

(18:36):
Though they're so close, that'sa good one.
Spaceship, earth or journeyinto imagination with figment I
gotta see figment, okay, I gottasee him, I had a feeling that I
mean that's gonna see the guy,he's so cool, he's my man.

Speaker 1 (18:52):
No more spaceship, I think spaceship earth I like the
ride better, but figmentsthatment.
If they put Figment inSpaceship Earth.

Speaker 2 (18:59):
I'm all in, I'm there , I'm still there.

Speaker 1 (19:02):
But Figment's my ride all day.
He's my number two characterthat's never been in his own
cartoon In his own cartoon, thetubes.

Speaker 2 (19:12):
Okay, next one.

Speaker 1 (19:14):
Space Big Thunder Mountain.

Speaker 2 (19:17):
Big Thunder Mountain.
Big Thunder Mountain, oh,easily.
Space Mountain Easily, becausefor one thing the one at
Disneyland is not comfortable,so for the cars I like the one
at Disney Magic Kingdom.
But Big Thunder is just amust-do for me, right, yeah,
that we will not do in a coupleweeks.

(19:38):
So bummed about that, I know, because it was closed at Disney
World Magic Kingdom.
Was it closed when we went?
Uh-uh, okay, well, at least youand I got to ride it when we
were there last year.
Okay, ooh, this one's a littlekind of too completely different
Kilimanjaro Safaris or rise ofthe resistance rise is my ride.

Speaker 1 (20:03):
Rise is one of the most look looked forward to
rides.
Does that make sense?
Yes, ever in the history of mydisney life.
You can say smuggler's run was.
But I'm still so disappointedhow it all turned.
Sungler's run turned out.
I thought it would be waycooler.

Speaker 2 (20:20):
Yeah, a little more interactive.

Speaker 1 (20:20):
Yeah, it's good, but it's not what I thought it would
be.
Rise is more what I thoughtStar Wars should be.

Speaker 2 (20:25):
I just kind of wondered about Kilimanjaro
Safaris yeah.

Speaker 1 (20:28):
It's fun and I love it for the way Christy loves it.

Speaker 2 (20:32):
Yeah, and I thought that would factor into her
decision.

Speaker 1 (20:35):
Yeah, that would factor into the decision.
Yeah, if it would get her tothe parks more.

Speaker 2 (20:38):
I would switch it.

Speaker 1 (20:38):
I would give up Rise for Christy going to the parks
more and loving it more.
I would switch that.
My next one is Tiana's orEverest it was hard to match up
Everest.

Speaker 2 (20:52):
Everest is my second favorite roller coaster yeah,
next to Guardians.
Mm-hmm, yeah, next to Guardians.
And so Tiana's, and formerlySplash Mountain, for a while,
was my favorite ride atDisneyland Because it's got show
and it's got thrills and it'snice and long.

(21:13):
It was like the completepackage of a great ride.

Speaker 1 (21:20):
And the queue was fairly decent.

Speaker 2 (21:20):
Yeah, yeah, they both have a great queue, so oh man,
wow, this is probably thetoughest one you've asked me so
far.
I'm gonna say tiana's is myride, oh and and Everest is my
die.

Speaker 1 (21:37):
Whoa, that was crazy.
You heard it here first, folksWow.
That is something I neverthought would come out of
Aaron's mouth.
He picked Everest second tosomething.

Speaker 2 (21:50):
It's like the ride vehicle at Magic Kingdom.
I don't like the side-by-sidebecause there's no legroom in
those, which is a big deal forme.
Now, if both of them were likethat, I would go with Everest,
but it's the total package of aride.
Everest is great, great thrilland it is really fun.
Gosh, that's a tough one, but Ithink week to week I could

(22:15):
flip-flop back and forth on thatone, but for right now I'm
going to go with Tiana's is myride, and that's my die.
Everest is my die.
Nice, did I do Tiana's with youyet?
No, okay, so my next one isTiana's.
There we go.
This is going to be hard, orSpace Mountain, oh.

Speaker 1 (22:33):
So Space Mountain, Disney World.

Speaker 2 (22:37):
Oh, for sure, Took it out for me, right, because I
don't really like it.

Speaker 1 (22:40):
But Space Mountain at Disneyland is one of my
favorite rides, but I'm going togo to Gianna's as my ride
because I just love the story.
So I was thinking, while youwere just talking about the
three things of cue, story andthrills, yeah Right.
So with your two, the two Igave you Story and Thrills, yeah

(23:00):
Right.
So with your two, the two Igave you, Everest wins with
Thrills, Tiana's with Story, andthey both have the same Q.
They tie Right Both good Qs.
They're both cool, but with thisone, space Mountains Q sucks.
At Disneyland, oh it does, andit's not great.
At Disney World, no, they bothsuck yeah, but disney.
There's nothing in disneyland.

(23:21):
You just walk up and if it'shot outside and it's busy and
length, of right if there's arubric with four.
Right, if the length of ridematters, then yeah, tiana's wins
a lot of yeah, a lot of things.
T definitely Okay.
I just threw these two out here.

Speaker 2 (23:37):
Okay, yeah, go.
Tiana's another advantageRiding that during fireworks Fun
too.
Yes, yes, that's what Eddie gotto do.

Speaker 1 (23:47):
Okay, this is two separate, two separate things.
Okay, right, this has nothingto do with I didn't try to trick
you or do anything.
Jungle Cruise, okay.
Jungle Cruise, okay.

Speaker 2 (23:55):
Oh, jungle Cruise is my ride and Soarin' is my die
Like hands down.
Yeah, because actually I likethe dad jokes.
I think when you can hear themit just to me is just a more
there's just I enjoy it better.
Yeah, and Soarin' has alwaysbeen a filler ride for me.

(24:16):
Okay, yeah, I agree, I do itbecause I can pull a Lightning
Link quick for it or somethinglike that, all right, whereas
Jungle Cruise it's a little bitmore of a priority, I would say.
But since I went to DisneyWorld's version, disneyland, it
was one of those I would rarelyride it.
So ride or die, yeah, it wins.

(24:38):
Okay, perfect, my last one rideor die, meaning you never get
to do it again.
He saved something for lastGuardians, cosmic Rewind or Big
Thunder Mountain Railroad.

Speaker 1 (24:50):
That's not fair.
You can't not pick Guardians.
I know it's not right.
I'm not picking the best rideever made in the history of
rides.
I would ride that over and overagain 20 times in a day if I
could yeah, and not be mad aboutit.
I wouldn't do that with BigThunder, because I've had
opportunities before To ride itover and over.
I've ridden it multiple timesin a row.

Speaker 2 (25:09):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 1 (25:10):
But not like 10, 15.
Yeah, I would do it two or threetimes in a row and then go on
to something else.
Even if there was no lineduring a nighttime event or
something where there's beenzero line, I went, and it was
right.
When I went to star wars night,I just wrote it by myself.
When it first opened, I justwent right to big thunder and
wrote it before I even didanything else.
I could have done it multipletimes right, but I didn't.

(25:32):
I chose not to, and there's noway I would do that with cosmic
rewind.
There's no way I would ridethat with Cosmic Rewind.
There's no way I would ridethat over and over again, even
if they had free margaritas inthe Mexican market.

Speaker 2 (25:43):
I kind of wondered if any nostalgia would win out on
that one.
Yeah, it just can't, thoughit's not fair to the yeah.

Speaker 1 (25:49):
That was a great one to end on, though I have one
more.
You have one more.
Yeah, this is a.
I threw this one in here forfun.
Okay, here's my fun.
One Ride or die, small world,or Roger.

Speaker 2 (26:01):
Rabbit.
Oh, Roger Rabbit's my ride insmall world.

Speaker 1 (26:05):
So how many things I could have said that would Roger
Rabbit have been your ride?
Like four different rides thatcould have come up.
Is there Small ones, smallrides?

Speaker 2 (26:12):
I'd rather do it than Goofy Sky School.

Speaker 1 (26:15):
Roger Rabbit, you in?
Yeah, you want to learn to flyand land.

Speaker 2 (26:19):
It's just you don't like the cars.
Yeah, I know, and there's abunch.

Speaker 1 (26:23):
Okay, I'm surprised.

Speaker 2 (26:26):
Roger Rabbit is a fairly decent ride for me.
I kind of like it.
Roger Rabbit is not talkedabout very much, so I had to
throw it in there.
The only redeeming factor ofSmall World is the Christmas
overlay yeah, which there.
The only redeeming factor ofsmall world is the christmas
overlay yeah, which I still wantto see this time because
they'll mix up the music andwhatnot, but anyway, yep, that's
our ride or die, cheers, cheers.
