For me, Identifying the trauma loops began with redefining the boundaries I held for myself & how I allowed others to treat me, and ensuring nothing slid past that.
I go into depth with a few other key factors that have led to reliving trauma loops, as well as the one way I have found to avoid it in the future.
It is my intention that this finds those who may resonate.
