Congratulations on your debut album, super Over finally here, and
what was it like for you working on it?

Speaker 2 (02:03):
Took it like so much time and blood, sweat and
tears went into every single song and.

Speaker 1 (02:10):
The art and the images and like everything. It was
just such a wild ride creating it.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
And it's so weird once it comes out because you're like, oh,
now it's just out.

Speaker 1 (02:19):
In the world. I have the best time writing it.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
It's all very true to me and my heart, and
I love the songs and I'm super proud of them.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
And it's good as well. With the album because I
feel like we get to know another side of you
that we haven't seen yet.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
Thank you. It does show a different side, doesn't it. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
I love like the pop rock elements as well, and
the production to its well, it's so cool.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
Oh my god, thank you. I'm glad you love it.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
Could you release your music really far? So it's so cool?
How like quick you put it out?

Speaker 1 (02:46):
I know, right?

Speaker 2 (02:47):
I like, I've worked on it for a very long time.
I would say like a year and a half to
two years. I've been compiling both songs and working on
the overall project.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
So it took a long time.

Speaker 3 (02:56):
And one of the songs on the album is bored,
So was that meant to be in the Barbel?

Speaker 1 (03:00):
They really loved it for the movie.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
It was like really highly considered and they I thought
it was gonna make it in and then last minute
they were like, oh, we couldn't find a scene.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
For it, so sorry. We loved the song, but we
just can't find the right scene. And I was so devastated.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
Because when you taste it, I was like, oh my god,
like this is perfect.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
Well I would have been so good and you.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
Did drop your album sleep Over a few months ago.
You do make music very very fast. What's it been
like for you working on these new musics I've seen
You've been in the studio.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Lot so crazy. I'm just like, wait, what am I doing?

Speaker 2 (03:34):
But I've just been exploring new sounds and topics and
you know, just really just getting in the studio and
being super creative, not going in with like an agenda,
and just writing what feels right.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
And it's been really fun. I feel like I've unlocked
like another side of like songs in the side of me.
That's really cool. And I'm already really excited for the
new music.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
It feels like even a step up from from Super Over,
which is crazy, but I'm so excited.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
Oh, I cannot wait to hear I'm excited now. And
it's cool as well because you've been in the studio
with Madison Love and she's behind a bunch of pets
from Ava, Max Pink, Lady Gaga, and Charlie XCX. What's
it been like working with her?

Speaker 2 (04:13):
We have like a spark in the studio, like we
just are great collaborators.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
I love working with her. She's so fun. We just
are like the same person and she's amazing.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
I love that. It must be good as well when
you find someone that you're working with that you can
keep on making more songs with because you're both kind
of on the same page and you enjoy doing the stuff.

Speaker 1 (04:33):
For sure, we're on the same page. I love her.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
I went as well with the music be out?

Speaker 2 (04:37):
What it is?

Speaker 3 (04:37):
It a few months away too? Like your next single?

Speaker 1 (04:39):
Yeah, I'll say a few months away. I want to
try and get a single out soon.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
I've got a rapid round of questions for you. What's
the quickest song that you've ever written?

Speaker 1 (04:48):
Super Over was made in like fifteen minutes.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
Oh wow, that's so fast.

Speaker 2 (04:52):
Yeah, it was like the quickest song. We just started
writing at at like eight pm and it was done
by like literally eight fifteen.

Speaker 1 (04:58):
It was the craziest, Like it was a wild one.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
And then like the whole album was titled after it
just spiraled after that.

Speaker 3 (05:05):
And what is your favorite show to binge watch?

Speaker 1 (05:07):
Leave the World Behind?

Speaker 2 (05:08):
It's not a series, but I just watched that and
I can watch it like a hundred times.

Speaker 1 (05:12):
It's so good.

Speaker 3 (05:13):
I'll have to check it out.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
It's about the world coming to an end. It's kind
of scary.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
Yeah, And what's start a song that's stuck in your
head right now?

Speaker 1 (05:21):
Exes by Tate McCray.

Speaker 3 (05:23):
Oh yeah, that's so catchy, so catchy. What's your favorite
holiday destination?

Speaker 1 (05:28):
Somewhere trapicalon's sunny. I love a beach vacation.

Speaker 2 (05:31):
And you go to coffee order right now it's an
nice marcher with lavender.

Speaker 3 (05:38):
Oh that sounds nice.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
Yeah, it's really good.

Speaker 3 (05:41):
And what's one of your favorite songs that you've released.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
Part of the time. Well, I always be like my favorite.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
Yeah, I love that one. And who was the artist
that you're loving at the moment.

Speaker 1 (05:51):
I just like obsessed with Tate McCray right now.

Speaker 3 (05:53):
Yeah, she's amazing. And last time we chatted as well,
you mentioned that you wanted to play arenas and you
actually got to play them when you were in Europe,
which is awesome.

Speaker 1 (06:03):
So crazy. It was such a dream come true.

Speaker 3 (06:05):
And what's next on your bucket list that you'd love
to tick off.

Speaker 2 (06:08):

my own arena tour.

Speaker 3 (06:12):
Yes, it is happening. Put it out there again.

Speaker 1 (06:16):

Speaker 3 (06:17):
So exciting. And thank you so much for the chat
as well.

Speaker 1 (06:20):
Thank you too.

Speaker 3 (06:23):
There's only three songs left in the countdown, and who
will have the number one spot? Will it be Ray
Casso and Deep Block Europe with Prada and maybe you're
catching Ray she is in the country very soon for
her first Osfie tour. Or will it be Ariana Grande.

(06:44):
It is so good to have her back, isn't it?
By now in less than ten minutes and coming in
at number three. This is definitely one of my favorites
from Nicki Minaj's new album, Pink Friday Too. It's Everybody
and this lady has been working on us seventh studio album.
It is good to have her back. She's given us
a taste of this new era already with a song

(07:05):
called Yes and which gives us those Madonna Vogue vibes.
It's of course Ariana Grande Yes. And on Clubline Countdown
with Gem coming in and number one.
