Hey Neurodivergent Entrepreneurs, this episode is for you. We understand that content creators, business coaches, and solopreneurs who have ADHD, autism, or dyslexia may have different support needs.
Ask yourself this…
Does rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD) show up as fear of rejection and cause you not to show up in your business?
Do you wish that accommodations for small business owners such as easier access to business loans or lowering credit score requirements existed?
Would it be beneficial to you if virtual and admin assistants knew how to work with neurodivergence?
If you are wired differently, do you run your business the same as someone else would? You are going to have the usual challenges. But, you may need information given to you certain ways. You may need more downtime. You may need to structure your hours in a unique way. You may need to seek the help of others who are wired differently.
BTW…this is one of our favorite episodes because we are both neurodistinst.
Yes Neurodivergent Entrepreneur, your time is valuable.
We are not taught to value our intellectual labor. We look at our outputs and we said, oh, I wrote a book. So that’s great. I can do that. And that’s something and I want to protect it. But we have not been taught that our time comes with a value. We are not taught to calculate that. We are taught to hand that time over to other people and not thinking about all the things that you could create that are going to serve your grandchildren and your great grandchildren.
