The Singing Bowl - Anyone can use them!

This was created initially for YouTube, and Mary's dog jumped into her lap. We felt the content was relevant to the audio podcast , so we posted it.

With their resonant tones and centuries-old tradition, singing bowls offer many benefits for mind and body. Primarily used for meditation and relaxation, the gentle vibrations produced by singing bowls can induce a sense of calm and inner peace, helping to reduce stress and anxiety.

The soothing sounds facilitate deep breathing and can aid in achieving a meditative state more effortlessly. Additionally, the vibrations are believed to promote physical healing by harmonizing the body's energy centers and promoting a sense of balance.

Singing bowls have been associated with improved focus, enhanced clarity of mind, and overall well-being. Whether used in meditation practices, yoga sessions, or simply as a tool for relaxation, the therapeutic effects of singing bowls make them a valuable asset for promoting holistic health and wellness.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
