Twelve years ago, on April 24th, 2013, Jen made the pivotal decision to quit drinking and pursue an alcohol-free lifestyle.
With immense courage and hard work, she embarked on this journey and founded Lighthouse Sobriety, a program dedicated to helping women achieve and maintain sobriety through six daily habits and a 10-minute walk.
Through her Sober Community, Jen now leads a powerful movement, empowering others to realize that an alcohol-free life is not only possible but truly worth living.
