For the next few weeks we are going to focus on love. The love of God in our lives, the love of others and how we can love ourselves as dearly beloved children of God. This isn't to be cliche since Valentine's Day is right around the corner, but since love is being talked about I want to jump into the mix and remind us of true biblical love.
This week I had the blessed opportunity to chat with a new friend of mine, Shayla Huber. She is an author and speaker passionate about faith, personal growth and relationships. In her transformative book, 10 Things I Hate About My Husband: How God Health My Heart, Restored My Marriage, and Set Me Free, Shayla candidly shares the struggles she faced in her marriage and how her faith journey led to healing of her heart through the love of Christ, restoration of her marriage and freedom as a daughter of Christ. Through personal stories and biblical insight, she offers encouragement and hope to women facing similar challenges, show how God's love can restore even the most broken of relationships.
