šŸ”— Mentioned on this Episode: Show Notes šŸ‘ˆ

This minisode is your invitation to anchor the wisdom from Episode 513 into your real life, right now. If you’re feeling the nudge to evolve with a calm, clear pivot, this one’s for you. Because the version of you who built this chapter isn’t the one who’s writing the next one.

We’re at the midway point of summer, and for many founders, it’s either a final lull or the beginning of ramp-up season. No matter where you’re tuning in from, this is the perfect moment to recalibrate your self-concept. In this episode, I’ll guide you through a quick mindset shift, journal prompt, and affirmation to help you reset from a place of clarity and ease.

Your next season doesn’t have to be built from burnout. Let’s make it one rooted in trust, spaciousness, and aligned action. Go listen to Episode 513, if you haven’t already, and then come back to this one to integrate it fully. I’ll walk you through how.

Sheila (00:02):
Today's a special day it's my 29th wedding anniversary
and it also feels likesomething's clicking into place
in my life, business and brand.
After years of doing the deepwork, I can feel a new level of
visibility opening up, the kindthat is truly embodied, and this
mini-sewed is a tribute to thatto the breakthroughs that don't

(00:23):
always look perfect on theoutside but that shift
everything from the inside.
So if you're feeling the pullto expand but want to do it on
your own terms, this one is foryou.
Hi, welcome to the podcast.
I'm Sheila Botelho and I'mcommitted to helping you
reconnect to your purpose, elevate your wellbeing and build
your version of a happy, successful life.

(00:44):
If you caught Thursday's episode513, you'll remember that I
shared something that's beencircling in a lot of
conversations I've been havinglately that sense of
restlessness in the midsummerlull, the craving for more
without necessarily knowing whatmore is yet.
And today I want to help youanchor that, because clarity

(01:08):
doesn't come from overthinkingand allowing our ideas to just
swirl around in our minds.
It truly comes from embodiment.
So here is the mindset shift Iwant to offer.
Expansion doesn't require youto burn it all down.
It often just asks you tolisten sooner and act from the

(01:29):
version of you who already knowswhat they want.
And you do know.
Even if you haven't written thefull plan out yet, you're
already hearing your future selfwhisper it in your ear.
Perhaps you're feeling it inyour gut.
You're maybe feeling it in yourenergy or your resistance to
the things that you used to sayyes to.

(01:50):
So, instead of muscling throughanother busy work to-do list
today, here is a mini activationI love to use this time of year
when I'm visioning the nextquarter with clear, clean energy
.
I'm going to call it yourmidsummer expansion activation.
So this is going to require youdropping what you're doing or

(02:13):
setting this aside to do later.
You can listen to this andthink about it, and maybe, if
you're not driving or walking, you can pick this up later, grab
a journal and start writing afew things down.
Grab a journal and startwriting a few things down, or
just save it for when you're inyour most receptive time space.
In your mind, the first promptis what do I already know I'm

(02:36):
ready for, but I haven't saidout loud yet.
Just let it come through.
You don't need to filter thisand it might actually surprise
you what's been quietly waitingfor your attention, and if you
are walking or driving, maybethis is something that will very
easily come up for you, becauseyou're not hyper-focused on
something.
So think about that and you cancome back to it later.

(02:59):
Prompt two what could make thatfeel easier than it's ever felt
before?
This is your clue to where easelives and how you're meant to
scale differently now in yourlife and to seal these in.
Say this out loud, in a groundedvoice.

(03:20):
I give myself permission tobuild my future from alignment,
not urgency.
I don't need all the answers, Ijust need to honor the next
true step, take a deep breath inand let that land.
Here's what I know from thisseason of my own journey,

(03:42):
especially as I celebrate 29years of marriage and seasons of
transformation and a whole newwave of visibility.
What I've found truly the realnext version or the glow up, as
some people call it is.
It's very, very subtle at first.
It's you making quieter,stronger decisions.

(04:03):
It's you owning your timedifferently.
It's you no longer rushing yournext chapter because you're
building it with your nervoussystem intact, and that's
exactly what I want for you.
So, if you haven't yet, go backand listen to episode 513,
because it really sets the stagefor everything we talked about
today.

(04:23):
And this mini-sode is youranchor point.
You can come back to it whenthings start speeding up in your
life and business and you knowwhere to find the support
that'll help you build from thisplace.
It's all found in the shownotes.
Trust yourself to click whereyou're feeling called, to tap
into my other offerings and workwith me.
Until next time, keep choosingwhat lights you up.

(04:45):
Big blessings, thank you.
