In this week’s minisode, I invite you to let go of the need to push constantly. If you're a seasoned founder 4+ years in, building a 6-7 figure business, you already know hustle. But right now, closing that gap to “next” doesn’t come from adding more. It comes from creating room.

I’ll share a raw moment from my own life where pausing for just a bit opened the gateway to a fresh strategy and a key business breakthrough. You’ll leave with a high‑impact 60‑minute reset that you can apply this week, no matter how full your schedule feels.

This minisode is crafted for you: the woman who’s walked the path, built from grit and now wants to expand—not exhaust. You’ll walk away with clarity and space will become your secret weapon to scale smarter, not harder.

Sheila (00:01):
You've built something meaningful and it asks a lot of
you, but when life layers on theunexpected, even the most
passionate founder can feelstretched thin.
This week, I'm inviting you tolet go of just one thing so you
can return to your business withmore clarity, energy and impact
.
Hi, welcome to the podcast.

(00:25):
You're listening to a mini-sodewhere I share an insight
designed to help you live intowhat lights you up.
This week.
There is a pattern that I'vebeen noticing, and it's not just
with my clients, but it'ssomething I've noticed in myself
too.
These people who have builtpowerful businesses from the
ground up, people who have teamsof varying sizes and track

(00:48):
records including differentmilestones, are still asking
themselves this question why doI feel behind?
Why does it feel like I'm notdoing enough, even now, after
all this time?
And the truth is you are doingenough this time, and the truth
is you are doing enough.
The real question to be askingyourself is are you doing the

(01:15):
right things for the season thatyou're in?
Because here's what I havenever really heard people talk
about much when they're scaling, and that is that success
doesn't make your life simpler.
In many ways, it makes thingsmore layered.
Your time becomes split betweenrunning a business, caring for
people you love, maybenavigating health shifts,
parenting, the sandwichgeneration stuff that happens in

(01:39):
midlife or just stayinggrounded in a world that never
slows down.
Hello, the trends are alwaysshifting.
It's not that you don't knowhow to move forward, it's really
that you're being asked to moveforward while holding more than
ever before.
A few months ago, I was in alaunch cycle, while also

(02:01):
supporting a loved one throughsomething really tender cycle,
while also supporting a lovedone through something really
tender, and I found myselftrying to squeeze healing and
holding into 10 minute breaksbetween Zoom calls.
I mean, I was really presentand at least attempting to be,
but I wasn't feeling grounded.
I was being productive, gettingthings done, but I didn't

(02:22):
really feel purposeful.
And it caught up with me andone afternoon I canceled the
meeting, I turned my phone onairplane mode and I just took
off for a walk outside.
I needed to walk, I just neededto have silence, or at least
the sounds just of the birds inthe air, to calm me and to give

(02:46):
me some peace in my heart.
And I will call this like apause moment.
And during this pause I heardwhat I hadn't been willing to
hear before, and that is that Ineeded to recalibrate my pace
before it became a problem.
So here's what I want you tohear today, as we're starting
out yet another week thatprobably goes by so much faster

(03:10):
than you could imagine.
Letting go does not mean givingup.
It means releasing somethingthat's not aligned anymore, or
releasing something for a timeperiod until you have more space
for it, so you can make spacefor what's actually asking to
come through.
This could be an outdated offerthat you have.

(03:33):
This could be a meeting thatyou no longer need to lead.
It could be a pressure thatyou've been putting on yourself
that doesn't match your currentenergy.
Ask yourself what is one thingyou can let go of this week Not
forever, just for now, becauseone thing I've noticed in my own
self-care for business strategyis that people who create the

(03:58):
greatest momentum with the leastburnout are the ones who
protect their clarity not justtheir hours or their optics, but
their clarity.
They carve out non-negotiablespace to think, feel, breathe.
That could mean blocking anhour for rest, sleeping in once

(04:19):
a week, canceling the thing thatdrains your spirit instead of
fueling your purpose.
This drive to overdo.
We come by it.
Naturally, it is wired intohigh achieving people.
We learned to prove, perfectperform.
But the business that you'rebuilding now isn't just about

(04:41):
proving anything.
It's about being something, andthat requires your presence.
That doesn't just requireproductivity.
And what I've learned is thatwhen you over-function in your
business, you oftenunder-function in your
well-being.
It's very easy for this tohappen.
You stop asking yourself whatwould feel really nourishing

(05:01):
right now.
So let me offer you somethingsimple A 60-minute reset.
So let me offer you somethingsimple a 60 minute reset this
week.
Block one hour, not for output, but for you Journaling, walking
, napping, meditating, movement.
Choose something that bringsyou back into your body, that
feels good to you.
And yes, you'll feel theresistance because the calendar

(05:28):
is going to try to talk you outof it.
But if you listen closely, yourbody will thank you and often,
after that pause, the next rightbusiness move becomes obvious
because it finally has room toreach you.
The most potent decisions inyour business won't come from
more pressure.
They'll come from more peace.
When you're grounded, you makesharper calls, you magnetize

(05:52):
better opportunities.
You show up as the version ofyou your future success actually
needs.
It's not just about doing lessfor the sake of it.
It's about doing less so theright things can rise to the top
of it.
It's about doing less so theright things can rise to the top
.
So that is my invitation to youfor this week Let go of one

(06:12):
thing not everything, just oneand let that be the signal to
your nervous system and yourbusiness that you trust yourself
to lead in a new way.
If this resonated and you'recraving a structured, soul,
aligned way to build momentumwithout burning out, this
season's success method is whereI guide you through exactly

(06:34):
that.
You'll learn how to align yourself-care with your business
cycles and actually grow whiledoing less.
I'll link it in the show notesand I'll see you in your next
moment of stillness.
Thanks so much for listening.
Big blessings, thank you.
