Cuando en unos años le pregunten a nuestros hijos, "cómo eran las navidades en tu casa" qué queremos que nuestros hijos digan? qué recuerdos queremos que se lleven?
No son los regalos lo que realmente queda en su memoria, sino esa sensación de calidez, la conexión que sienten en esta época, los momentos compartidos en familia y el ambiente que perciben en casa.
Por años, me he quejado de que en Australia "¡todo pasa al mismo tiempo!": la Navidad, el cierre del año escolar, el verano... ¡es una locura! Pero este año decidí hacer algo diferente. En lugar de quedarme en la queja, quise partir desde el agradecimiento y encontrar la forma de disfrutar esta época con más calma, no l,o he logrado todos los días pero si me he sentido definitivamente mucho más presente (y menos apurada!) que otros años.
Para eso, puse en práctica algunas cosas que me han ayudado.
Hoy quiero compartir algunas de esas ideas con ustedes, porque sé que no soy la única con la cabeza llena de mil cosas. Espero que les sirvan para crear momentos de conexión real con sus hijos y disfrutar de una Navidad más presente y consciente.
