As we conclude this series on postpartum I had the honor of speaking with Dr. Shafer. Dr. Shafer detailed her complications with postpartum as well as diving into how important our villages are and suggestions on how we can be supportive of mothers. This was such a loaded conversation and couldn't have ended this series any better.
Dr Shafer is a musician turned physician (neurologist), Jay Shetty Certified life coach, author and publisher, and Host of the inspirational growth, health and healing-focused podcast Talks with Dr Shafer. Dr Shafer is passionate about helping people to reclaim their stories and build their most beautiful future.
