that they have to continuallycreate new content, over and
over and over.
It is such a time waster and itoriginates from an internal
belief system that you're notgetting it right.
It's self-doubt, and I want tocreate an internal paradigm

shift for you so that you canbegin to understand that you
don't need to create contentevery single day.

So most entrepreneurs arestruggling with content creation
because they don't believe thecontent that they've already
made is right.
That's self doubt.
Now here's the deal withcontent creation as long as you

know your niche, at the people,that you're talking to, what
they desire and you are speakingto those aspects within your
content, you're doing it right.
But so often entrepreneurs seetheir content creation as right
or wrong.
There's no gray area.
So with this mindset, if theyare not seeing likes and follows

, they think it's not working.
Now the first thing I want youto know is that's employee
mindset.
We want to get you out ofemployee mindset and into CEO
mindset.
So the first thing I want youto understand is that us
six-figure entrepreneurs are notlooking at likes and follows.
We are looking at the statsthat are happening behind the

scenes on the dashboard.
How many views is it getting?
How many interactions?
How many people are clicking onthe link?
How many people are opening myemails and then clicking on that
link?
Now that's really importantinformation.
We are not looking at how manypeople are liking our posts.
Now, while that's important foralgorithms, it's not the bottom

line statistics, and looking atwhat you can only see from your
phone isn't going to give youthe momentum to creating better
content.
The other thing I want you toknow is your content is not
black and white.
Something is not successful orfailing based on the statistics.
Now I'm going to give you anexample, and you can find more

of this information in that freetraining before it goes away.
If you are creating an emailand you are not following the
analytics, you don't know howmany people are clicking on that
email or how many people evenopened it.
If you don't look at those twostatistics, then you're just
throwing spaghetti at a wall andhoping that somebody is out

there clicking on your stuff andbuying, but if you are not
seeing sales, it means that youare not going in the right
direction with your content.
Now, what we know is that youhave clarity on what your
clients want and how you cangive it to them your methodology
.
So the subject matter withinyour content is probably really

good.
It just needs tweaking, it justneeds to be a little better,
and that happens throughexperimentation.
So the first thing I want youto understand is that content is
not good or bad.
There's a whole spectrum withinthere to be able to hone in and
identify what's working, andthere are about five different

ways that we want to be puttingcontent in our emails, into our
social media, so that we canreally create dynamic connection
.
Now, just posting something newevery single day is wasting a
lot of time and energy when allyou need to do is review,

reflect on what you have postedand make it better, and then
check the analytics, see if whatyou're doing is working.
I can guarantee you, when youdo that and you leverage that
content, you save a lot of timeand a lot of energy.
Now, another thing that keepscoaches stuck is when they don't

know how to leverage content.
What does that mean?

The more clicks you get onthose links that you're dropping

that lead generator is workingand the more opportunities you
have to speak directly to thosehot leads.
Because the ones that are inyour social media, they're still
pretty cold.
We want to warm them up to thepoint where they actually sign
up for our email list becausethen we can talk to them
directly in a first persondialogue, meaning I'm talking to

that one specific personinstead of a group of people.
When they open that email, Ihave their attention and I want
to speak directly to them.
When we're operating an employeemindset, we don't take into
consideration all the nuances ofbusiness ownership and
messaging.
We simply throw one piece ofcontent out there and hope that

it lands and then, if it doesn't, then we do it again and again
and again.
But you are not checking theanalytics to see what is even
working.
And if you don't know what'sworking, you don't know what's
not working.
Creating the internal paradigmshifts that are going to give
you that ease and flow happen onthe inside first, because I can

guarantee you if you are nottaking these aligned actions,
