There are so many things wrong with the coaching
industry and in this age ofAquarius, it's going to be
forced to change and most ofthose changes are going to
benefit you, and I want to sharesome of that forecasting with
you on today's podcast episode.
I'm Lynn Louise and you'relistening to the Cosmic Valkyrie
podcast.
I think that the coachingindustry is failing you and I

want to share why, becausestatistics show that 80% of all
coaches are not making 10K ayear.
That's not because you're notworking hard enough, it's not
because you don't know enoughstrategy.
It's because the coachingindustry is failing you.
Most business coaches out thereare very myopic when it comes

(00:41):
to coaching and teaching.
They're a one pony show andthey're unwilling to step back
and take a bigger picture ofyour business.
They're not willing to stepback and take a big picture view
of your business and find thespecific gaps you have.

(01:02):
I think up until this point, somany coaches have been so
focused on their bottom linethat they lack in the teaching
and leadership that is neededwithin their programs.
Time and time again, I havejoined masterminds programs.
I've even done self-led andbeen in the Facebook communities
of the coaches and I'm going totell you 97% of those coaching

(01:25):
programs lacked, and I wouldwatch women show up to calls and
stress, anxiety and overwhelmfor paying for a high ticket
offer that was delivering zeroresults.
And then I would hear thecoaches say back to them it's
their fault because they're notworking hard enough, because
they're not aligned in theirmindset.

(01:47):
There is more than theseone-dimensional approaches and I
think the coaching industryneeds to change and I'm here to
lead the way.
When I'm working with clients,I step back, I take a bigger
picture.
I want to see where their gapsare, because that's what I'm
really good at.
Good leaders can identify gaps,and it's not about sitting

(02:09):
around blowing smoke up eachother's ass.
It's about getting down tobusiness, and sometimes that
business is triggering.
But when we can step back andtake a bigger picture of what
your business is supposed tolook like, we can build a
foundation that's going tosupport a million dollar
business, a five million dollarbusiness, whatever it is that
you desire.

(02:31):
I see a lot of really strongmarketers out there trying to
teach business and then you jointheir programs and they're
teaching the same strategy asthe other coach.
There's a difference between abusiness coach and a marketing
coach.
And I'm going to be straight upI am not a business coach, I am
a thought leader, but I havebeen working in business

(02:52):
development for decades.
If I take a broader look atyour business and I find a gap
that is not in my program, I'mgoing to share resources coaches
that can help you fill that gap, because I'm sick and tired of
watching coaches and healersstruggle month after month, year

(03:15):
after year.
I can tell you that if yourbusiness is making less than 10K
a year, it would not havesurvived this long if it was a
brick and mortar.
We cannot live on hope alone.
We need cold cash currency inour hands, because that's what
the world operates on.
And if you're still not makingmoney in your business, I fear

(03:39):
that it's because the coachingindustry has failed you.
They're just sitting thereteaching the one size fits none
strategies and then they'retelling you to go out there and
copy and paste it and it's notworking.
That's because business is notone dimensional and the mindset
that comes along with businessownership is not one dimensional

(04:00):
and the mindset that comesalong with business ownership is
not one dimensional.
When we understand the threepillars of business development,
we can step back and be able toidentify where your gaps are.
You need to have a basicunderstanding of the physical
brain.
You also need to have anunderstanding of frequency and

(04:21):
energy, but we also need tounderstand the fundamental
strategies that are necessary inbusiness building, and the
beautiful thing about paradigmshifts is they can all happen
simultaneously.
You don't pick one or the other.
Business development is notthis or that, it's having all of

(04:42):
them at play at the same time.
This is what creates successthat allow us to ascend and grow
to new levels.
But over and over, I've seencoaches burning their money on
high ticket programs that arenot giving them results.
I think we're going to see adecline in the high ticket

(05:03):
programming and those coachesthat have built their business
on that in a failing economicstate are going to rapidly see a
decline.
If you have been listening tomy podcast for any time, you
know that I do not believe inthose high ticket programs.
I think they're a ripoff.
I do not believe in those highticket programs.

(05:24):
I think they're a ripoff.
I haven't invested in many ofthem and I will tell you that I
was the only one that was makingsix figures.
The rest of the women in therewere scared that they wouldn't
even be able to make thepayments, and week after week I
would see them crying out ofstress and anxiety of losing
revenue in their householdbecause they had to pay for this

(05:45):
program.
I don't think that successneeds to come at the expense of
our ability to feed our family,and I've seen that over and over
.
This is just another box tocheck when it comes to the
coaching industry.
Failing you.
If we do not start seeingdramatic change in this industry

(06:06):
, I would be incrediblysurprised, because it needs to
change.
It might be failing you, but Iwon't.
I am on a mission to empower asmany women as possible to create
the success in their businessthat they desire, whether it's
100K, 500k, whatever.

(06:27):
I have watched women come intomy program struggling for month
after month, year after year,making zero money in their
business, to getting inside mycommunity and, within 60 days,
making 10K.
You don't think that'slife-changing.
I don't care if you're lookingfor an extra $500 or an extra

(06:49):
$5,000 a month.
I want to help you reach andachieve that first milestone in
your business and I don't thinkthat you need to be paying
thousands of dollars a month toget it.
And I don't think you you needto be paying thousands of
dollars a month to get it, and Idon't think you need to be
sitting in a community that willnot support you along the way,

(07:10):
not be able to identify yourgaps, because I'm going to tell
you you don't know what youdon't know, you can't, and those
of us that have createdsuccessful businesses, like my
hypnosis practice I can identifywhere your gaps are because I
know what it took to get me here.
I know the steps along the way,I know the mindset adjustments

(07:31):
and I know the architecture thatneeds to go into it.
We need to stop approaching thecoaching business with tunnel
vision.
It's not helping anybody and inthe age of Aquarius, we are all
here to help each other heal,grow and evolve, and this is
going to require you to be partof a community that is willing
to empower you every step of theway.

(07:53):
I'm going to tell you thecosmic community that I am

If somebody can help youidentify your gap, they're going
to share it with you, because Iknow I can't be everything to
everyone, but I'm really good atwhat I do.

definitely know the strategythat is needed and I can put you
on a track to where you need togo to get that information.
And I'm also willing to share,with transparency, everything
that I do in my business.
