As a senior advisor for equity and justice at APCO Worldwide, she helps companies turn DE&I intentions into impact, making her a prominent voice on equity and justice.

She's no stranger to the big leagues, having worked at multinational companies like Bechtel Corporation, Raytheon, CGI, and DynCorp, where she has excelled in global communications, reputation management, M&A communications, and crisis management.

Charlene is a two-time independent book award winner for her best-selling debut book "You Are Enough! Reclaiming Your Life and Career with Purpose, Passion and Unapologetic Authenticity."   She was also selected as a member of Marshall Goldsmith's 100 Coaches community and holds certifications in multiple leadership coaching disciplines.

With a BA in Journalism/PR, an MA in Public Communications, and an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing, Charlene is a seasoned professional who serves on the board of trustees for several organizations dedicated to communications, speaking, and coaching.
