(00:25):

Why? So you can monetize yourexpertise and serve more people
without adding more time or teamto your business? If you're
looking to uncover your milliondollar framework, package it and
use it to scale you're in theright place. Let's dive in. Hey,

(00:46):
everybody, welcome to today'sepisode of the course billing
secrets podcast, I am coming infrom location again from the FHL
2023 conference. And so, sohappy to be coming in today to
provide you some insights. Soonce you've determined your
signature framework, one of thecool things is that once you

(01:06):
have it, you can deliver thatframework in lots of different
ways to your customers, right. So there's, you can deliver it
in a book, you can deliver it ina live event, you can deliver it
in a completely one member setevergreen digital experience,
you can do it in a program, youcan do it in coaching, you can

(01:27):
do it in one on one, you can doit however you want to do it,
right. And one of the mostimpactful ways to not only
deliver your signatureframework, but also be able to
leverage your time andexperience so that you can
deliver an amazing experienceand not like kill yourself in
the process is to look at thatdigital delivery. So I want to

(01:50):
talk about that today. Becausethere's two main ways that I
would recommend starting toscale what you're doing. So so
often, when people come to us,we're like, we want to create a
coaching program, we want tocreate a digital program. And
what they do is either go one,one of two ways. One is they

(02:10):
want it to be completelyautomated, where they don't have
any input or relationship withtheir customers, right? It's
just on autopilot. And it'salready done and dusted. And,
and final. And then the otherend of the spectrum, we have
people who come in who want tobe teaching live over and over
and over and over and over andover again, right. And so every

(02:34):
time they have a new cohort, they're teaching it live,
they're kind of reinventing thewheel, they're spending a ton of
time recreating things over andover. So we sort of take these
two extremes, and, and puttogether a hybrid approach,
which leverages your time and anexperience in the things that,

(02:54):
that make an impact. So peoplecan actually consume what you're
what you're providing on demand, and provide that hands on live
experience, to help themnavigate through the challenges
that they're gonna have alongthe way. And so it's different
than just like showing up inteaching and, and delivering

(03:15):
your program. What it looks likeis you're putting the teaching
elements or some of the sort ofbackground elements into, you
know, video or interactivevideo, however you want to, you
know, create it, and thenleveraging your time to deliver
on the key areas that somebodyneeds to keep moving forward. So

(03:35):
I'm going to just highlight twodifferent approaches to that.
One approach actually wasfascinating. So Garrett, white,
if you're familiar with Garrettwhite, introduced this concept
today, or this week at FHL, sowe want to go through the model
because it's not a new model, but it's the way that he

(03:55):
explained it, I thought wasreally great for people who are
sort of new in this room. Soit's called a facilitated
program. And what that means isthat you're going to start with
a video from the person who ownsthe unique methodology right? On
the step that that they're on.So the video is going to help

(04:16):
them with the context, thebackground of all the teaching
elements, right. And that'sgoing to be done in video. So
that can be done on demand. Thatcan be done in an in an
immersive experience. Howeveryou want to kind of organize
that. And so that's the veryfirst step. Then the second step
is you're giving your customer acall to action, which is go do

(04:40):
this act. 70 go apply this inyour work, do this homework what
however you want to structureit, right? So there's a teaching
element. And then there's apractical application element,
right to go off and do thisthing. Once they've gotten dot
done that and they come back. And then they're part of a small

(05:00):
group discussion. So, you know, the group is kind of in a
breakout group, right, so asmaller group five or six people
or something like that. Andthey're discussing how they
applied the concept that wasbeing taught the stuff that was
being taught at that particulartime. So they're discussing that

(05:20):
they're sharing theirexperiences, or, you know, maybe
getting some, you know, help orsome coaching or whatever else
in that part of the process. Andthen they come back to the big
group, in whatever way shape orform be at a community or live
experience, or however you kindof bring them back to review the

(05:41):
key points, get those pieces, and then you move to the next
step. And you go through thewhole process again, right. So
that's a facilitated model. Andso you can, you can do it that
way, which, which leverages thetime and experience of the
expert, because at the end ofthe day, until you can leverage

(06:01):
your time in a way that allowsyou to put more and more people
into it without lessening theexperience, you're not able to
truly scale. So if your goal isscaling, this is a great model
that keeps you engaged, becausea lot of times people like to be
involved in the process, notjust like letting it like

(06:22):
setting it and forgetting it. Soif you want to be involved in
the process, this is a great wayto leverage your time. Like I
said, I have clients who comein, and they're like, We want to
teach it every single time. Andwe want to, you know, be
involved in the coaching, and wewant to be involved in the

(06:42):
questions and answers and wewant to be involved in all these
things. Well, what happens isthe burden for that customer to
show up so much on a specifictime, becomes very difficult.
And so it affects theparticipation, it affects
somebody's ability to actuallyparticipate and show up at each
one because they have otherthings going on. And so this

(07:06):
leverages the experts time, andit also leverages your customers
time, some people like toconsume learning in the morning,
when they're working out somelike it. And when they're at
their desk, some like it at inthe evening as they're walking
or moving or, you know, just atthe end of the day, when you

(07:26):
have when you require everyoneto be there all the time. It's,
it's not serving anyone, becauseit's taking up your time, and it
may not be the best time forthat person to sit down and
really be able to focus. And soit's actually beneficial for
everyone. Okay, so that's afacilitated model. Now, you can

(07:47):
do that same type of model, andhave it be almost completely
automated. So the only time thatyou would have the would show up
would be kind of in that smallgroup, let's talk about your
homework, let's talk about whatquestions you have, let's do
some laser coaching, let's dosome hot seats. And you can do

(08:07):
that in a one on, I'm sorry, youcan do that in a once a week
call that you are offering topeople, right. And so you don't
have to show up every day, youdon't have to show up for you
know, eight hours or whatever itis, could be once a week. And
it's it's you're just availablefor people when they want to

(08:28):
start when they want to discuss,or you you've actually created
the program that way, rightwhere the teaching is outside.
And then they come in it'sconcentrated time, where they're
able to discuss any challengethat they have, it is a great
model, that that takes theburden off of you to come up
with a teaching every time andlike I said the customer was

(08:52):
able to learn on their own timeand apply it on their own time.
And then once they've actually, you know, like applied that
piece, then they can move on tothe next step.
And so what it does is it allowsyou to help when they need it.
Not just like, I don't know ifyou've ever done this, but you

(09:13):
have a coaching call, andsomebody scheduled a coaching
call with you. And then you sitthere and you're like, Okay, so
what can I help you with? Andthey're like, why don't really
have any questions. And they'relike, Well, why did you schedule
the call, right? Well, becausethat was part of how you
explained how the process wasgonna work, right? So they don't
want to miss it. But you have tokind of drive the bus when it

(09:33):
comes to that piece of it. Sohopefully this serves you like
it's two different methods. Bothallow you to be engaged at the
right time, that reallyleverages your expertise
leverages your ability to helpsomebody and keeps them moving
down the path without justshowing up and having to
recreate the wheel every singletime. My clients who kind of

(09:57):
start in that model just like meme teaching every single cohort
get to a certain points usuallyabout like, cohort three. And
they're like we're exhausted,exhausted from the launching,
exhausting, the marketing, exhausting, exhausted from the
teaching, and going through theprocess. And there's so many
ways to really leverage yourtime by by adding new digital

(10:23):
experiences. Even if you're notready to go 100% Digital, right,
you can start looking at thatprocess. So that is my
corresponding tip for you today. So I hope that serves you have a
great day in the shownotes is mylink to jump on a call with me
if you want to talk throughthis? If you have some
questions, if you need a littlebit of help kind of structuring,

(10:46):
what does this look like? How doI how do I take what I have?
And, and really start torepackage it in a way that
leverages your time gives youthe ability to scale and really
folk focus on helping people getresults. Give me a shout to get
you covered. All right. Buh bye.
