Today we're going to releasethe fear of making the wrong
choice.
My name is Alana Banks and I'myour guide in helping you drop
from your head into your heartand trust the wisdom already
within you.
If you've been feeling stuck inoverthinking, afraid of making
the wrong decision, this sessionis designed to help you release

doubt and move forward withclarity and confidence.
All you need to do is find acomfortable place where you
won't be disturbed, where youcan close your eyes and allow
yourself to fully relax.
This is your time to surrender.
Let go and reconnect with thepart of you that already knows

the way.
So let's begin.
Find a comfortable position,whether sitting or lying down,
and allow your body to settleinto stillness, gently closing

your eyes.
Notice your breath.
Notice the breath going inthrough your nose and slowly
exhaling through your mouth and,with each breath, allow
yourself to release the tensionof the day, giving yourself full

permission to relax, to bepresent and to receive.
Feel the cool air entering yournostrils, filling your lungs

and expanding your chest.
And, as you exhale, notice thewarmth of your breath as it
carries away any thoughts or anyworries, any tension that no
longer serves you, and with eachinhale you breathe in clarity.

With each exhale you releasedoubt.
Inhale, inhale and exhaleDeeper and deeper into
relaxation.
That's good.
And imagine now a soft wave ofrelaxation beginning at the top

of your head, slowly cascadingdown, washing over your forehead
, releasing any furrows ofthought, moving down into your
jaw, letting it soften down yourneck, releasing any weight

you've been carrying down yourshoulders, allowing them to drop
just a little bit more, flowingdown now into your arms, into
your hands and fingers, meltingaway any tension.

And this wave of relaxationmoves down into your chest, into
your stomach, down into yourhips and your legs, down into
your hips and your legs Downinto your feet, all the way down

to the tips of your toes.
You are fully at ease, fullypresent.
Now I want you to bring to minda decision that you've been
struggling with, perhaps achoice that has felt heavy,
uncertain, maybe even paralyzing, and see it in front of you

like a path splitting in twodirections.
Take a moment to simply observethis fork in the road.
Now, as you stand at thiscrossroads, I invite you to

notice something you are notlost, you are not stuck.
This is simply a moment ofchoice, and choice is a gift.
Feel yourself stepping into theversion of you that already

knows the way, the version ofyou that trusts, the version of
you that moves forward with ease.
Now imagine a light appearingin your heart, a warm, golden

light that expands with eachbreath.
This is your inner knowing,this is the wisdom that has
always been with you, waiting tobe heard.

And this light gently whispersthere is no wrong path, only the
path that I choose to walk.
And as you breathe in, let thistruth sink deeper into your

mind.
There is no wrong path, onlythe path I choose to walk.
Feel yourself softening intothis, knowing.
Notice how the pressuredissolves.

You do not need to fear makingthe wrong choice, because every
choice leads you forward.
Every decision you make is anopportunity for growth, for

learning, for expansion, forexpansion Now, in your mind's
eye, imagine yourself walkingconfidently down the path that
feels most aligned in thismoment.

Notice how your body moves withease.
Notice how your body moves withease.
Notice how light and free youfeel.
You are walking with certainty,not because you have all the

answers, but because you trustyourself to navigate whatever
comes next.
Notice the feeling of alignmentin your body.
Notice the sense of peace inyour heart.
This is the energy ofself-trust.

This is the energy that guidesyou.
You are always supported, youare always guided and as you
step forward, the path unfoldsbeneath your feet.

You are free to decide.

Now, take a deep breath infeeling this trust settle deeply
into your being, knowing thatwhen you open your eyes, this

feeling of clarity, of ease, ofcertainty will remain with you.
And as you slowly begin tobring awareness back to your

body, take another deep breathin and exhale feeling this
newfound clarity and trustsettling deep.

Know that this shift is alreadyhappening.
You don't have to force it.
Every time you make a choicefrom this place of self-trust,
you strengthen the connection toyour inner wisdom and, when

you're ready, gently wiggle yourfingers and toes, bringing
yourself back to the presentmoment, and, when it feels right
, open your eyes, carrying thesense of confidence and
alignment with you.
