And this is part one of mythree-part high-ticket marketing
sales series.
And today I'm going to talkabout my five-figure offer,

high-ticket sales script forcoaches and creative
entrepreneurs.
So this is my magic sales scriptthat I have used on repeat.
And I'm sure we've all had thatexperience of getting on sales
calls and hearing no after noafter no.

(01:42):
And it is just so freakingdemoralizing.
And I do not want that to happento you because we all know that
your work is life-changing.
You deserve to sign soulmateclients, you deserve to be paid
really, really well for theincredibly transformative and
life-changing work that you do.

(02:04):
So just listen up and take notebecause this approach to sales
is going to sign you so manymore clients.
In my sales calls, I startedclosing 90% of them.
And now I don't even need salescalls because I use this
approach and this language andthese techniques directly in my

(02:26):
messaging.
So now my content does all theselling for me.
And I use this approach to thesales conversation, whether it's
in email communication, whetherI'm having an in-person
conversation with someone who'sinterested in my work, whether
this is through my programapplication forms on sales

(02:47):
pages, social media DMconversations, basically
anywhere an interested clientshows up in my world, this is
how I lead that conversation.
And it's so simple.

(03:10):
And then the magic question thatI'll keep asking is just what
else?
After I've asked any of thesequestions, just keep asking what
else and just doing the digging.
It's really not rocket scienceand coming in with a really
clear intention is super, superimportant.
All of the content that isattracting people into even

(03:33):
having a sales conversation withyou in the first place is super,
super important.
Once all of that is reallyaligned, that's when high-ticket
sales becomes effortless.
And it just feels like having avery natural, authentic,
heart-led conversation withsomeone you're really excited to
enter that client relationshipwith.
So the important thing toremember here is that your job

(03:54):
is simply to ask the questionsthat you need the answers to be
able to, I think of it aswriting a prescription.
Like when we're a coach, whenwe're in the transformational
coaching industry, we arehelping to facilitate a big
transformation, right?
That's why people pay us the bigbucks, is because the work that

(04:16):
we do, the time that we savepeople, the skills that we
support people to develop willradically change their life in a
way that isn't gonna happenwithout those things.
We have to write theprescription just like a doctor.
So we have to ask the questionsthat are gonna give us the
information on what is trulyright for this person.

(04:37):
Because if they are truly notthe best fit for our offer or
for our work from a mindsetperspective, from a readiness
perspective, from a drive, awillingness, or even a financial
perspective, we need to get thatinformation.
And then we can direct them tothe best place for them.

(04:57):
Like a sales call is really aportal to transformation.
It's an opportunity.
Like someone has raised theirhand and they've asked us for
help.
And that is an honor and that'sa privilege and that's a
responsibility.
So my intention always, before Ihave any type of conversation
with an interested client, is tojust serve that person in their

(05:20):
highest.
To just from my heart tell themwhat I truly believe is best for
them.
And if that's working with me,if that's taking my offer and
they're sending me all the signsand the clues, and they've given
me the whole list of symptomsthat would put them in a
position to really benefit frommy work, then I'm gonna tell
them that and I'm gonna take astand for that.

(05:42):
So we have to ask whateverquestions we need to ask to get
the answers that we need toconfirm that this person will
genuinely benefit from ouroffer.
And the key to really connectingwith a client and letting them
know that your offer is rightfor them and really letting that

(06:03):
land in a powerful way, that'smore likely going to lead to a
yes, is instead of just tryingto ram all of the benefits of
the offer down their throat andto talk up your offer and to try
and pitch really hard, which I'msure we've all tried.
What's gonna work so much morepowerfully is to reflect back

(06:23):
the language that they actuallyuse to talk about their desires
and challenges rather than justendlessly describing the
features and benefits of yourwork or even using the copy that
you have landed on for yoursales page, even if it's really
good and you've done the work onit.
And obviously that can be veryhelpful because if you have done

(06:44):
the work on it, you've mostlikely identified those keywords
and phrases that are genuinelytruly relevant to the perfect
fit client for your offer.

Because here's the truth: nothing is more powerful than (06:52):
undefined
using their own language toreflect back that you see, hear,
and understand what they wantand need.
When somebody feels that, thenit's going to be a yes.
It's more likely going to be ayes for your offer.
And obviously, this is onlygoing to work if the person

(07:14):
you're talking to is genuinely agood fit for your program.
And sometimes you do need to doa little bit of digging.
Sometimes people aren'timmediately, especially if it's
someone who's like recentlydiscovered you and they haven't
consumed a lot of your content.
You might have to do a bit ofprobing to really get to the
heart of what their challengesare and what they have

(07:34):
identified as the problems thatthey need help with.
Because obviously, sometimeswe're not aware of the things
that we actually need, right?
We're just aware of this is thechallenge that I have, this is
the desire that's not fulfilled,this is my perspective on why I
don't have that yet or why thisisn't quite working for me.
So that's why we have to meetthem where they are at and help

(07:55):
them to understand that wegenuinely understand where they
are and that we can help them.
And the types of people that aregonna start reaching out and
showing interest in working withyou, this is gonna happen more
and more the more you integrateyour soul client's language into

(08:19):
your content and really doingthat work so that the way you're
talking about your story andyour work and the impact and the
transformation that your offercreates using language that they
recognize and that's reallylanding for them, you'll find
that the people who are showingup to inquire about working with

(08:39):
you are reflecting back theexact language from your content
because they're resonating.
So when this is happening andthen that's leading to sales,
you know that you've landed on amessage that is converting.
This is a proven and a goodmessage.
So you can really scale this,you can really get this message
out there in front of more andmore people, and it's just going
to lead to more and moreclients.

(09:02):
And this script is really a verysimilar process to the research
interviews I get my clients torun, which almost always lead to
signing clients or lead tofuture clients.
And remember, a lot about thepower of the way you show up to
lead to a successful result fromthese conversations is rooted in
your mindset and the intentionthat you go into it with.

(09:25):
This is super, super important.
So I go more in depth into thisscript and into really embodying
these sales conversationtechniques in my masterclass,
