Go and click the link below toapply.
Jump in and get the supportthat you deserve to reach your
goals this year.
So let's talk about howunderstanding your Saturn
placement can help us to reallycommit and follow through, and
(05:09):
for it to be sustainable andjoyful for us to make the moves
that we need to make to actuallyhit those big dreams and to
achieve our long-term goals, without it feeling like you've
got your nose to the grindstonethe whole time, without feeling
like you have to sacrifice yourintegrity or pretend to be
(05:30):
someone that you're not, orforce yourself, you know, as
like a square peg into a roundhole or whatever that saying is.
You know and I think this issuch an important conversation
to have around content strategy, because there are a million
options out there these days, and just because something's
worked really well for someonedoesn't mean it's going to work
really well for you.
So understanding your saturnplacement can give us such a
(05:54):
great lens through which to makedecisions on what we're going
to say yes to and what we'regoing to say no to, and how to
make something continue to workfor us in those moments where it
starts to get crunchy.
You know that's really whatSaturn is all about.
It's like going to school andsitting your butt down and
learning your lessons and youknow writing out your lines,
(06:16):
doing the reps, whatever youneed to do on repeat, over and
over and over again to actuallybecome the person who is capable
of creating and holding thethings that you say, that you
want and, as we know, sometimesthat does not feel good.
We're going to come up againstour edges.
We might be bored to tears bybeing in repetition with
something, but the truth is, Imean, I take that back.
(06:43):
I've never been bored to tearsin my business.
I mean, I take that back.
I've never been bored to tearsin my business.
I've never been bored to tears.
And I think being able to movethrough the resistance, that's
the bit that's hard, because ourbodies and our unconscious and
(07:03):
our systems are programmed tostay the same.
We're programmed to resistchange.
So no matter where I'm at in mybusiness, no matter how strong
my skill set becomes, there'salways going to be that layer of
resistance to move through.
And yeah, even when I'm doingsomething for the millionth time
that I know, I'm good at that.
I know works when I know it'staking me to that next level.
(07:27):
It's always a little bituncomfortable to move through
the gap into following throughand taking action.
That's just always there.
So understanding our Saturnhelps us to know what kind of
support systems and habits canwe put in place to just make it
easier to move through theresistance, to create continual
(07:50):
growth in the direction thatwe're excited about and that's
in alignment for us.
So I want to break this downaccording to whether your Saturn
placement is fixed or mutableor cardinal.
So there's so much power inthis knowledge and this
(08:13):
understanding about ourselves.
So I'm just going to go throughthem.
And obviously you may have alot of other placements that are
in these different modes, theplacements that are in these
different modes.
So pay attention first andforemost for your Saturn, but
also pay attention to where youhave modal dominance in your
(08:34):
chart.
So fixed would be Taurus, leo, scorpio and Aquarius.
Fixed energy is actually reallygood at consistency, really good
at sticking with it andbuilding one painstaking brick
after another.
So the shadow side of that isactually being too fixed, being
(08:57):
too rigid and sticking to a planand finding it difficult to
start new things or to switchthings up when they, you know,
might be getting a little bitstale.
So this is the main lesson of asaturn and any of these signs
is knowing when it's time tomake big changes in your work or
business.
It's so important to feed thatneed for consistency in your
(09:19):
daily habits and routines and toreally lean into tweaking just
constant tweaking and I'vedefinitely felt challenged by
this.
I have a fixed Saturn inScorpio and I also have a lot of
mutable energy in my chart, soI have a tendency to either want
(09:39):
to like burn it all down andstart from new, from scratch,
because or just stick with whatI'm already doing, and that
middle ground that I have toreally work to access is to just
make small tweaks.
You know you don't need to burnit all down, you don't need to
start over from scratch, butit's not going to work if you
(09:59):
just keep doing the same thingover and over and over and
expecting different results.
So finding that middle groundof just what's like a small
shift that would actually make areally big difference, and
always being in thatconversation in my business and,
yes, feeling the resistance toit, but having my support
structures in place to sit mybutt down and make the changes
which, as we all know, once wedo that, sometimes it can
(10:23):
actually feel so much easierthan we thought or it can take
so much less time than wethought.
It's the getting to it that canfeel the heaviest or like the
hardest part of the work.
So if your Saturn is animmutable sign, which would be
Gemini, virgo, sagittarius orPisces, mutable energy loves to
(10:44):
switch it up.
It is fed and driven bycuriosity for the new and for
the different.
So obviously, when you'rebuilding a long-term strategy,
you don't want to be switchingit up all the time.
So something really supportivethat you can do is find ways,
find ways to feed that part ofyou without burning down your
(11:08):
business or abandoning yourstrategy.
And something that you can dowithin your long-term strategy
is keep a variety of options onrotation.
So you know something else.
Here's an idea is you could keepone main container like a
one-on-one or a mastermind, andthen you could, within that
(11:28):
client work, create on a varietyof topics for your clients who
at once they're inside.
But you don't have toconstantly reinvent the wheel,
constantly launch a new offer tofeed that curiosity and that
passion, and the last mode iscardinal.
So if your saturn is in aries, cancer, libra or capricorn, your
(11:52):
strength is starting new things, um, and you love to do that
and you're really good at that, which is such a strength.
But the shadow side of that canbe constantly starting new
things and not actuallyfollowing through on that.
So something you can thinkabout is how to feed that part
of you in the lowest impact wayin your business.
(12:14):
And, honestly, maybe the lowestimpact way is to just let
yourself go wild and start newthings, but make sure that you
create simple, sustainablesystems to really follow through
on your ideas.
And maybe that meansoutsourcing or automating, or
again like having a long,long-term container, or maybe to
(12:37):
scratch that itch.
You need to go out there andjust start new hobbies and new
creative projects on the sideall the time, so you're not
trying to scratch that itchinside your business.
So if you have fixed or mutable, you can really get support, um
, or work with a mentor to focuson launching a project, knowing
(12:58):
that that's the area thatyou're going to need the support
.
And then you know again it's sobeneficial to have long-term
containers, fixed energy you'regoing to thrive in that and then
mutable energy, knowing thatreally giving yourself
permission to switch it up, whatyou're doing and allow you to
follow that curiosity withinlonger-term containers is the
(13:20):
way that you're gonna just feelbetter sustaining something over
the long term and, obviously, for cardinal energy, if you do
want to launch new things allthe time, really lean into that.
That.
Balance your workload bykeeping your strategy really
simple and repeatable and havingsupport people in place to
(13:42):
share the workload for all thepieces.
So the key here is to findsimple ways to feed these needs
within you without getting thatneed solely met through your
business and it took me a longtime to notice that I was
actually doing this and then, you know, really actually create
(14:06):
some separation between me andmy business, to be like my
business is not my life, um, itdoes not need to fulfill all of
my needs, even though, let's behonest, our businesses do have
the capacity to do that, and Ithink that's why it's so easy to
kind of slip into being reallyfreaking codependent.
In our businesses we get thevalidation, we get creative
(14:26):
self-expression, um, you know,we get connection.
So many of our needs can be metthrough our work when we have
personal brands when we reallyare following our soul work and
being creatively led.
But it's so important to setsome good boundaries and find
ways to meet those needs throughthe other parts of life, which
(14:48):
are also so fulfilling and funand enjoyable.
And when we do that, thatcreates so much more of a strong
foundation for us to reallyshow up and thrive and to have
less toxic dynamics where you'rejust really freaking
codependent and you have tochange up your business to meet
you know.
Know that whatever strengthyour Saturn brings you, it's
(15:15):
also really useful for yourclients.
So partner with clients in acomplementary way and brainstorm
ways that this strength cansupport others and build your
services around that.
So, when it comes to building acontent system through the lens
of what we've just learnedabout your Saturn placement and
your astrology chart, again, wealways want to come back to what
(15:39):
are your actual goals in yourbrand and for the content that
you're creating.
Presumably, if you're herelistening to this podcast, it's
to fill your offers.
It's to reach more people withyour work and to have a
consistent income from new salesor continuing to work with
existing clients.
So the truth is growing onlineand growing on social media and
(16:01):
growing an audience.
It's a long game process thatrequires daily commitment and
consistency.
Filling an offer can happenmuch, much faster than building
an audience, especially whenit's high ticket, because that
can bring a you know, a biginflux of cash with just a small
number of new clients.
But that's not going to happenpurely through social media.
(16:23):
Social media is one piece inyour content ecosystem.
So the key mindset that hasreally helped me and that I
really hammer on aboutespecially with clients who are
newly launching high ticket orhave a new business but it's so
helpful no matter what stageyou're at in business is to just
have that one person at a timementality.
And another really helpfulmindset switch to be making more
(16:46):
sales is to shift from thinkingabout your content strategy and
your content system and havingprocess goals, which can be a
really great way to focus.
But if you ever find likeyou're lacking in sales or
you're feeling just kind of likebogged down by over complexity
or like your strategy isn'tactually working, switch to
(17:06):
refocus on having conversations.
Think of every piece of contentas a conversation and seeing
everybody and every connectionthat is made through your
content pieces as something thatis building a relationship with
actual human beings, and I liketo think of content in three
(17:26):
distinct intentions.
The first one is content that'smaking new relationships.
So this is networking.
This can happen in DMs, thiscan happen in events, whether
that's in person or online.
This is gaining new followers, just any new connections with
someone who's new to your worldthat you haven't had a
(17:47):
conversation with before.
This always needs to behappening if you want future
clients and consistency in yourbusiness.
The next content bucket iscontent that warms up that
relationship.
So this is kind of like get toknow you content where you've
met that person, you've had anintroduction and this is really
you know what social media isgreat for, because you can kind
(18:08):
of gather your connections inthis one place.
You get people to follow you,you connect with them online and
then you continue to build thatrelationship by sharing about
yourself so that people know whoyou are.
And, of course, it has to bereciprocal, right?
I think this is the piece thatso many people often miss is
making sure that you're in atwo-way conversation.
You're not just posting andghosting, but you're really
(18:31):
answering the question foryourself who are your clients,
who are the people in youraudience that you are here to
serve.
Do you know them really well?
You know what are they thinking, what are they feeling, what
are they saying, what are theyneeding and really inviting
engagement from that place of Iwant to get to know you, not
just.
I need engagement so that mycontent reaches more people, so
that I get more clients, and I'mlooking to get, get, get, get,
(18:53):
get right.
The key to sales is authenticconnection and true, genuine
relationships, and that onlyhappens when that conversation
is two-way.
So it doesn't matter whereyou're having that conversation,
as long as it's being had.
If it's in the DMs, if it's ona Zoom call, if it's in person,
if it's through some type ofevent that you're throwing
(19:16):
online or offline, be havingconversations.
Let them get to know you besharing your story, don't just
be hiding around fluff orteaching content and be getting
to know them and where they'reat right now.
And then the final contentbucket is content that sells.
So this is content thateducates people about your work
(19:37):
and how you help through youroffers and, most importantly, if
you want to be making sales, how they can buy from you.
And these are obviously yourcalls to action.
They have to know what step totake next, and you have to make
it easy for them if you wantmaking more sales to be easy.
So if you're doing each ofthese three things every day in
some way and you can definitelydo all of these through one
(20:00):
piece of content or a couple ofpieces of content you are going
to start seeing consistent sales.
And it actually doesn't matterhow you're doing it.
You know, if one day you go toan event and you have a
conversation in person, the nextday you do a live stream or the
next day you share an email, aslong as you're relatively
consistent in the spaces thatyou are showing up in, it really
(20:22):
doesn't matter where you'reshowing up.
And if you focus on thisapproach versus, you know,
obsessing over the style or thetype of content, you'll figure
it out right.
You'll figure out what is mostaccessible for you and your
current level of skill and yourcurrent capacity and your
current likes and dislikes withthe online landscape and how you
(20:44):
like to create.
And it's absolutely okay tochange platform.
You really get to play untilyou find that style of creating
that you like best.
So think about how you canleverage the strengths and feed
the needs of your Saturnplacement as you do each of
these things, and how you cansupport what doesn't comes
naturally to you by buildingsimple, consistent support
(21:07):
structures to create simpleconsistency in the results in
your business.
So here's how that.
Here's what that looks like forme.
I have a fixed Saturn inScorpio in my third house and
I've been publishing a weeklypodcast for almost five years
now.
It took me a while to actuallylaunch it launch it but once I
(21:33):
did, I'm golden.
I love it.
I keep it so, so simple and, nomatter what I get it done, I've
also been sending between oneup to as many as five emails a
week to my email list since Istarted back in 2017 and again,
I was in resistance for a coupleof years, but once I got going,
I'm good and I've been showingup and creating content
(21:55):
consistently on social since2017.
I've honestly not gone more thanprobably about a week without
posting something that hasradically changed.
You know I've been on.
I went through a Facebook era,I went through a LinkedIn era.
I've dabbled in YouTube.
My mainstay is Instagram andthat's really been the one place
(22:17):
that I just consistently enjoyshowing up and that doesn't mean
it's been trouble free and thatI've loved every second.
But I get to be honest withmyself about number one, that's
where my people are, and numbertwo, it is just where I like to
show up and create.
And again, even before startingmy own marketing for you know,
(22:40):
that was back when I was afreelance copywriter I resisted
that for about two years.
It really took me time to getgoing and I needed a lot of
support with that.
I needed mindset support, Ineeded strategic support, I
needed accountability, I neededlogistic support in my business
to get all of these things, these new channels, up and
(23:00):
running.
But then I was really able toleverage that fixed energy and
stay consistent and committedand I've definitely grown and
adapted and shifted my businessa lot over the years.
And I do have a lot of mutableenergy, particularly with my
10th house and my midheaven inGemini, and I do have a lot of
mutable energy particularly withmy 10th house and my midheaven
in Gemini, and I'm also a Virgorising.
But I've been pretty militantwith my daily habits of
(23:25):
meditating, yoga and journalingsince day one in my business and
that, honestly, was thefoundation that I needed to
really feed that fixed Saturn tokeep me grounded as I was
traveling the world to 18countries, growing my business,
launching tons of offers, andthen, when I created more
stability in my home life, living in the same place day to
(23:48):
day, I actually haven't been asconsistent with my morning
routine, but that's okay becauseI was getting that need for
fixed and stable energy from myday-to-day life already.
But again, whenever I'm lookingto make a shift or really ramp
things up in my business, I leanback into those daily habits
and they really support me.
So I would love to hear whatcame up for you.
(24:08):
Let me know and I hope you'veloved this astrology marketing
