Jake's time in the Army provided him with the education and experience that led him to pursuing his career in the private sector in collecting and analyzing data for a myriad of sources and then providing mission specific content to their clients. We talked about the changing face of war, new and emerging technologies including the use of AI, how growing and adding investors can sometimes change the perspective of a business when investors are involved. We talked about the challenges they have in this industry with hiring and the expectation of the new hires coming in and Certus Core's expectations of those new staff members.
