In July 2019, nine containers holding 720 barrels set sail for Singapore, where they were exposed to the region's intense heat and humidity for 18 months. This environment aimed to "slow cook" the bourbon, enhancing caramelization and flavor development. 

The bottle maintains Jefferson's classic aesthetic, featuring a warm amber liquid that reflects its tropical aging process. The label highlights the unique journey, emphasizing the "Aged in Humidity" process that defines this release.

Nose
The aroma is oak-forward, complemented by exotic notes of sandalwood, dark molasses, nutmeg, and a hint of coconut cake. 

Palate
On the palate, it delivers a full-bodied experience with flavors of dark toffee, coffee grounds, and clove. Mid-palate notes include black cherry, torched marshmallow, and licorice, leading to a well-balanced and approachable profile despite its 104 proof. 

Finish
The finish is generous and silky, featuring seasoned oak, cola, and chicory, with a lingering warmth that invites further exploration.
