The beauty of travel is that it can be anything you need and want it to be, for whatever chapter you're at in your life. It can be adventurous, relaxing, healing, horizon-expanding... you name it, and I think this episode really highlights the value in this versatility.
I had the pleasure of having Dr. La Toya Luces-Sampson back on the show for the second time after we first chatted in episodes 74 and 75. She's a board-certified OBGYN and entrepreneur. I'm always just astounded to hear about her professional and travel adventures.
