Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello everyone and welcome to the Dynamic Show,
where we remind you what lifecan be like aligning with your
dynamic well-being every day.
That is why the day in dynamicsis capitalized as embracing
your dynamic nature is a dailychoice.

(00:21):
I'm Marianna, your guide ontoday's journey.
First, thank you so much forbeing with us and know there is
a reason that you have landedhere so welcome.
It's all part of your journeyto find your balance on the
subject that we're talking abouttoday.
There's no one size fits allpath.

(00:44):
Be what serves you, be yourdynamic self, tune in and let's
be dynamic by design.
We're going to do afundamentals recording because
it's the start of 2025, andwe're going to explore the

(01:04):
subject of aligning withyourself, the aligning of you
with your soul's journey, withyour life path and what that
means, and answer some questions, questions that have come up.
We wrote a blog actually thatcame out at the beginning of the

(01:29):
year and it was entitled, Ibelieve, aligning with you like
aligning with yourself, and thenthere were so many questions
and discussions and directmessages and emails and stuff
that came out of that.
So we are having a secondAligning you, part Two that will

(01:54):
answer some of those questionsand just elaborate a little bit
more on what that could looklike for you and what that does
look like if you choose to useour resources.
We really want to focus 2025 onyour own self journey, all of

(02:15):
our own self journey.
Now, that doesn't mean we'reselfish.
That just means that we arefocusing on what serves us best
first, and then we can moveforward to how that can then
serve others as well, because weall know that if we're not

(02:35):
aligning with our own well-beingfirst, what are we actually
really giving to anyone else?
So let's embrace this and let'sstart.
One of the questions that cameup right away with aligning you

(02:55):
is that we use definitions inour resources and why do we do
this?
It's also going to be on ourblog, so if you want to read
some of this instead of listen, then please do dynamicseriescom
and then just go to multimediaand blogs.
I think sometimes the way we notwe meaning Dynamic Series, but

(03:21):
we as a person, dynamic series, but we as a person define a
certain word or think we knowwhat it means, you know, can
either be really spot on or justoff a bit.
Where do we pick up what a wordactually means, like it?
Was it from an influencer inyour life or was it that you

(03:42):
actually looked it up in thedictionary yourself?
Or whether you've altered it alittle bit to make it work for
what serves you.
I'm not sure.
That's a personal question, butthat is why we use a dictionary
definitions, because it's a,it's a base, it's a starting
point.
Then you can decide how you mayneed to adjust, not even how

(04:06):
you look at a word, but how youwould like to look at it.
Because let me tell you, looking up the different
definitions, because we do abook definition, we do
dictionary and then we dodifferent online dictionaries.
We do different onlinedictionaries and they can vary.
Like I think, some of the basicwording is the same but they

(04:32):
can vary depending again, ifit's a noun or a verb or pronoun
or however something as itrelates to a person and in
dynamics, I mean that's what Ihad to look at, because the
dynamics is talks about forceand this and that, but when you
look at it of a person and youcan look up that definition, the
full one, again on our website, dynamic seriescom, in dynamics,

(04:53):
and it'll tell you everythingthat we found about it and the
history of it, what the actualdefinition was and then, as it
relates to as a person is, is atotal variation of it.
So that's what we're talkingabout.
We start with a basic definitionand then you have to work from
there to see how it relates toyou best, and then the words

(05:16):
that we define when it comes toourselves.
You know, that's a wholedifferent vibration, that's a
whole different level.
That's a whole different level.
It's like how are you definingyourself?
Like, how do you do yourself-talk?
We've done blogs and podcastson that.
Again, the definition and howyou define something may need to

(05:40):
be clarified or altered basedon if it's serving you or not,
or if it feels good or not.
How you define something, including yourself, then becomes
your belief, which in turnbecomes your energy and the vibe
that you have, and then youattract the people in situations

(06:01):
to you to prove to you thatit's true.
That doesn't mean it's true.
It just means that I will findways to find myself right, what
I believe.
I'll find the ways to confirmthat that's right, but it
doesn't mean it's overall rightor the right definition.

(06:24):
So, when it comes todefinitions, you can now look at
a word and go do.
I really know what that meansand if it's important enough to
you, you will do the research.
That's enough about definitions.
If you are defining something, again get clarity if it's not
feeling right, so you can changeyour perception and therefore

(06:51):
changing your perception andchanging your energy can
ultimately change your life.
Question number two that came up.
Everyone walks a unique path.
Like that's one of the thingsthat we put on there is like you
have a life path, things thatwe put on there.
It's like you have a life path.
You have your own soul'sjourney and it is unique for
everybody.
Like no two journeys are thesame.

(07:14):
Your experiences and yourpreference and your choices and
your beliefs and your decisionsthey all shape your being, that
you are, and all those choices, experiences, preference, beliefs
all that stuff will affect whoyou become.
Now understanding there is onlythe here and now.

(07:37):
We refer to the past, we referto the future, but all your
power is in the now.
Understand that not only you arewalking a unique life path and
your soul's journey wanting toexperiencing things in this
physical life so is everybodyelse's, and when you look at

(08:03):
life from this perspective, youcan just see the bigger picture,
for not only yourself, but forothers.
Others it's like, oh yeah, they're walking their path.
It wouldn't be a choice I made,maybe, but it's their path.
I don't know what's in theirpath, I don't know what's on
their journey.
Sometimes it's really good justto focus on your own sort of

(08:25):
mind, your own business, when itcomes to people's life path and
the choices and stuff thatthey're making, and just as you
guys co-create and intertwinewith anyone else, just go, oh
yeah, if you're notunderstanding what's happening
or why they're making thechoices or what's unfolding for
them, it's just like, oh, that'stheir life path, that's's their

(08:46):
journey.
They came to experience andlearn and understand and evolve
in their own way and so who do Iwant to be in mine and
respecting who they want to bein theirs.
So thank you for that questionthat came up with aligning with

(09:08):
you.
Another question that came upwith aligning with you, another
question that came up, orconversation this was more about
a conversation is is my lifepath really dynamic?
Because dynamic to some peopleagain means something totally
different and that's why in thewebsite, when we define it, and

(09:29):
we find it defined it in theblog, like I said, in the
history and stuff of it is.
Yes, your life path is dynamicBecause I had to re educate
myself about what dynamic anddynamics were.
Like I said, as it relates to aperson, positive and attitude,
full of energy, new ideas, constantly changing and growing,

(09:52):
full of potential, alwaysbecoming something.
We are always becomingsomething because we be in this
here and now.
We are being in this here andnow, so we're always becoming
something.
So what do you want to become?
So we know that we're evolvingin every choice and every moment

(10:13):
and every idea and everypotential.
So, yes, your life is dynamic asit relates to the definition of
, as it relates to as a personliving a dynamic life is is
really about being who you wantto be, being authentically you,

(10:34):
being again that full ofpotential and energy and new
ideas and growing and evolvingand stuff like.
We're doing that anyway.
So why don't we label it forwhat it is or call it for what
it is?
I know I don't like labels.
If you're looking for a word, dynamic is a great word.

(11:04):
It's really just important tohonor where you are in your
journey and in your life path.
Whether you want to define itas dynamic or not, really up to
you.
But when you look at it thatway, or you thrive to be more
dynamic, then that gives yousomething to look forward to,
something to unfold.
Oh, how can I be dynamic today?

(11:25):
How can my life be more dynamic?
How can I see myself as dynamicduring this soul's journey and
life path?
But you are, you're sobeautiful and you're so
authentic and you're so uniquelyyou Like.
There is no one else like you.
Like, how precious is that?

(11:48):
Your energy, cells of yourbeing, the dna, all of that
stuff is uniquely you like.
That is such a gift.
So treasure it.
It is a precious thing.
The next conversation piece thatcame up was what should I be

(12:08):
calling into my life, and why?
Well, anything that serves you,I mean.
That's a good start.
It's going to change all thetime.
I mean, and we're constantlyasking every day, whether we
know it or not, when we seesomething we like, we're like
yeah, I want more of that.
If we see something we don'tlike or experience, then you

(12:32):
want the difference of that.
You want something differentthat feels better to you and
that aligns more with you.
So what should you be callinginto your life?
Could be a clarifying questionfor you as well you know, is it
a person, place or thing or afeeling that you want to call
into your life and why.
You can't always answer the why, but you do sort of know from a

(12:56):
feeling perspective why youwould want something to be
called into your life Like whydo you want it?
How would it feel having it?
What would you need to adjustin the line to allow it into
your life, to adjust and alignto allow it into your life?
They're good questions to askand we did a vehicle video on a

(13:16):
new perspective on goals.
That's on our YouTube channelAgain, dynamicseriescom,
multimedia YouTube, and then gointo the vehicle videos.
I think it could be veryhelpful.
As to answering sometimes thewhy, because it came from Mind
Valley when I was doing a courseand it was just like why do you
want it?

(13:36):
Okay, because of this.
Well, why do you want that?
Because of what?
It kept.
Going down to the why, to thefact where it's just like, then
you get to the core of why youreally want something.
So it was a really interestingthing of why do I want it and
why would I be calling it intomy life.

(13:57):
Sometimes those calling it intomy, into someone's life could be
that it's just, it's just beena habit or a belief or a pattern
and it's just feels comfortable.
It's a known versus the unknown.
So sometimes calling that intoyour life is just it's.
It's more more feeling familiar, instead of going to that other

(14:22):
place where it might be unknownfor a while until and we did, I
believe it was a podcast orblog on that and it was just
like the familiar to theunfamiliar, to the familiar
again, and the spaces in between, all those which can feel a
little uneasy sometimes, becausethe mind and the body often

(14:43):
want to go to what feels I'm notgoing to say normal, but what
feels familiar.
So check out those other blogsor podcasts if you want as well.
So how are you making out so farin these questions?
How are you making out so farin these conversations?
Is it resonating with you?

(15:04):
Is it something that you needto ponder a little bit more?
Some of these things look moreinto.
I mean, again, the power ishere and now.
So you can make a choice hereand now.
You just have to support thatchoice that you're making here
and now to make a change that isbetter for you, that serves you
now as you continue to evolve.
We always love when you send ussome feedback or send us in our

(15:32):
contact form or on social media, some feedback of what you are
experiencing when it comes towhat comes up in some of our
podcasts, because we always sayand we did change our verbiage
we used to say if it resonateswith you, great.
If it evokes more thought,great.
If it with you, great.
If it evokes more thought,great.
If it sparks disagreement,great.

(15:53):
If it triggers introspection,great.
Embrace it all.
It's all part of the journey.
It's all part of your path tofind some balance around the
subject.
Really, it is about aligningyou and what you want, being the
unique person that you are.
We had another great discussion.

(16:15):
There was a group of us on achat about this and basically I
worded it as what is your viewon helping others?
Now, we're not talking aboutjust like I need help with the
dishes or I need help to buildsomething.
This is based off of helpingand healing another, versus just

(16:40):
that, like I said randomly, could you help me paint or can
you help me do something likethat.
This is like more of a deeperhelping healing something like
that.
This is like more of a deeperhelping, healing, and we ended
up talking about the questionsthat come up around that and
again maybe needing more clarity, like has someone asked for

(17:00):
help?
What kind of help?
I mean?
Are you equipped to help them?
Are you in a good place to help, give advice or help, give
support or help, whatever helpthey want?
Are you helping them from thisis what I would do or are you
helping from a?

(17:21):
What kind of support do youneed?
What kind of help do youactually need?
Do you just need me to listen?
Do you need me to repeat backwhat you're saying to me so you
know you're heard?
Do you need physical help, meaning like a healing session

(17:42):
or Reiki or biofeedback, or youknow something that's going to
help different levels mind, body, spirits, all that stuff?
That kind of help.
It's always an inside job.
So even if you are in whatevermeans helping another, that

(18:02):
still means that they have to bewilling to help themselves.
It's just like being a Reikimaster and people saying that,
well, I'd like a session becauseI need you to heal me, and I
always say I can't heal you, youhave to heal yourself.
I just give you tools andopportunity for you to raise

(18:23):
your vibe and, you know, alignwith energy that will allow what
you're asking for to comethrough.
And whether that's again achange of perspective or a
change of energy, whatever thatmight be, but it's still
something.
Something whatever they hadresistance on needs to be
released.
Anyone that says that they canheal you you may just want to

(18:48):
clarify that, because that seemsto me and I'm sure I'll give
feedback on this, but that'sokay more of an ego thing, like
come to come to me, I can healyou.
No, we co-create everything, soI have to allow you, I have to

(19:09):
allow someone that's trying tohelp me help me, but I have to
make that choice.
That it's okay.
And the other thing that came uparound helping someone is that
it's not our job to changesomeone else's journey or path.
Now, let me clarify that, meaning that we can offer

(19:31):
support and influence and loveand light and blessings and
stuff along the way.
But and I'll use me as anexample it's not my
responsibility to changesomeone's path on things that
they are supposed to experiencein this life.
I can support them as they gothrough.
But that's why we created KidDynamics, too is we all have our

(19:56):
unique path.
That includes kids and, yes, doyou support them, align them,
direct them, educate them alongthe way, Of course, but they
still have their own unique pathwith things that they need to
go through or wanted to gothrough.
For those that believe that wedid make some pre-choices before

(20:18):
we came into this physical bodyon what we did want to
experience, asking how someoneelse needs help instead of just
trying to fix them is betterthan trying to just alter their
course over through control anddo it because I say to do it or

(20:43):
this is this is what I would do.
Well, I mean, that opinion isstill great if it's being asked
like oh, what would you do inthis situation?
Perfect.
But that doesn't mean I thinkmost of the times when I've
asked someone that they've toldme it's just a barometer, it's
just a mirror that goes OK.
Yeah, that resonates withmeometer, it's just a mirror
that goes okay.
Yeah, that resonates with me,or it doesn't.
So you know that could goeither way.

(21:06):
I mean, if you think about howmuch time you've put into
helping others on their pathwhen really you know within
yourself you need to do someadjusting and some healing and
some focus and some realignment.
So, if you can, moving forward.

(21:30):
Sometimes people asking forhelp is just a reminder too that
you need to do some work onyour own self.
Figure that out.
Every situation will bedifferent, but it was a really
good conversation and discussionon the view of helping others.
We can have complete compassionfor others and what they're

(21:50):
going through, but knowing it'sa life path of everybody, it's a
it's their own soul's journey, sort of takes away any big
responsibility of of that.
But you could still be there inother ways for them.
And around that same topic iscomparing yourself to others

(22:15):
paths, you know, becausesometimes we do compare or
relate ourselves and even wonderwhy their path looks different,
either better or worse.
And the truth is that everyperson's journey is designed
specifically for them, just asyours is designed for you.

(22:36):
And how freeing is knowing that.
You know, especially as aparent.
Sometimes it's like you feelsuch responsibility and that
never goes away.
I don't think as a parent,protection, responsibility,
support, love, all of thosethings, or even relationships of

(22:59):
any kind in your life.
Sometimes I've got too involvedand sort of maybe want to
micromanage.
I have to just step back and go.
They have a life path, they havea soul's journey.
They're wanting to experiencewhatever they're experiencing,
for whatever reason, let them dowhat they do.

(23:20):
They're wanting to experiencewhatever they're experiencing
for whatever reason, let them dowhat they do.
So, when 2025 came around andmost people are doing New Year,
new Me experience, we're morelike you can be New you at any

(23:42):
moment, in any time of the year.
You just have to focusdifferently at any time
throughout your life.
But we want to make it more of ayou can align with you in your
life path, soul's journey, lifepath, soul's journey like that

(24:06):
is more beneficial than thishype that you know in a few
months just may go down thedrain.
Just make choices along the waythat will support your unique
journey, your unique life path, your preferences.
We have, you know, so manytools to assist your path, like
preference check-ins andalignment, pause and gratitude,

(24:29):
and just go and check all of ourresources on our website,
because I think that in itselfjust offers the opportunity and
the option, should you want, totake it and find out what life
could be like and can be like, living dynamically.
So thank you, thank you, thankyou for joining us today.

(24:53):
We are hoping that some thingsdid resonate with you that it
will evoke more thought.
You will want to find thebalance.
So we challenge you right now toshare this show with someone
