Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello everyone.
I'm Marianna, creator of theDay NAMICS Show and your guide
to remind you to align with yourown dynamic well-being every
day.
Today, we are focusing on theDay NAMICS Show Q&A with a

(00:24):
winning twist.
Not only will we be answeringthe questions that you have sent
in as our listeners andsupporters, we will also be
asking you questions in return, with the opportunity to win some
really great prizes.
So stay tuned Now.

(00:47):
Usually, we would set the toneor ask a question to our
listeners, but because we'regoing to be doing that
throughout the show, we're goingto start with this first
podcast of 2024 to thankeveryone for your support.
Your listening, your downloads, your comments, your reviews,

(01:11):
your personal messages to usmean the world, and it allows us
to continue to create greatresources for you.
Now, not every podcast or everyresource is going to be for
everyone, but that's what wealways say have a look and

(01:32):
whatever resonates most with youor whatever serves you, whether
it's listening to this ormultimedia with our blogs or
vehicle videos, or whether it'sjust the resources that we have
on our website as well, it's allup to you and what serves you
for your highest good and whatfeels best for you.

(01:54):
Remember where you land iswhere you're at, so there's
always a reason for that, so payattention.
You may be being guided to haveone of our resources, or to
listen to something, or to readsomething or whatever it might
be, so pay attention to that.
It's a good guidance along theway.

(02:15):
So last year we had a summaryfrom Buzzsprout, which is where
we hosted, and then it goes outto the different platforms, and
it was ever a 2023 year and itreally was so meaningful to have
these stats.
We don't advertise or market oranything as such right now, and

(02:40):
we have been heard over 14countries.
Thank you, countries, fordownloading us and listening or
viewing.
It's stated that Dallas, texas, was one of our top listening
cities, so yay to Dallas.
If you want to get up there andsurpass Dallas next time, just

(03:04):
keep downloading and listening.
And it gave us our five topdownloads for the year, which
again was very helpful to us asto where and what and how and
when.
All the W's there of what youreally do resonate most to that

(03:27):
we talk about.
So we will do more of that forthis coming year.
So New Year, starting it offwith these questions we receive
from our listeners, with thistwist of winning and thank you,
thank you, thank you for sendingthem all in and let's get
started.
Question one Sally wrote in andsaid I see that your message on

(03:54):
the Dynamics website says sorry, let me rephrase that I see
what your message on theDynamics website says, and then
what does it really mean to you?
Well, for those that haven'tbeen to the Dynamics show
website, I'll briefly tell youwhat it says.
For those that need a refresheron it, the Dynamics show offers

(04:18):
resources to remind you toalign to your own dynamic
well-being every day.
That is why the day DAY inDynamics show is capitalized,
because it is a daily thing, just like brushing your teeth.
It's a daily thing.
You want to take that time andwith this it lays a foundation

(04:42):
on how to choose a dynamic life, because we get to co-create and
choose along the way in everyaspect of our life.
We offer different playliststhat plant seeds within each
show.
So the fundamentals, the offthe cuff, the discussion and the
vehicle videos, and then itgoes on.

(05:03):
To share, which I brieflymentioned before, is you are
here for some reason, so listento what you are attracted to and
will serve your well-beingThrough our stories, examples,
take home tools.
They may evoke differentthoughts and feelings, where you
may agree or disagree, andthat's perfectly okay.
If you agree and are empowered, then like and share.

(05:26):
If it triggers you in some way, then ask yourself why Not to
align with what we say, necessarily, but rather to
balance your own energy you haveon the subject.
Then you get to choose whatserves and feels the best to you
instead, because we need toclean up some of our stuff

(05:48):
around certain subjects.
So that will give you theindication of it feels good,
that's great, and if it doesn'tclean it up, so it's really a
win-win for everybody.
And this is the part I sort oflike the most.
Remember there's more than oneway to do something or achieve
something.
Now, when you ask me, what doesthat really mean to you?

(06:11):
This whole thing about what thedynamics show and what the
website says on it is, I thinkit sums it up quite well.
It's just, really, if you'reguided to us and the show and
our resources, then there's areason for it.
So, pay attention, could helpyou resolve something.

(06:35):
It could help you ask morequestions.
It could help you clean up yourenergy.
It could help you guide you onto something different.
It could be a majority of thethings, but if you're either
consciously or subconsciouslyasking a question sometimes and
you've referred to us, or youcome across a website or
whatever or this dynamic show, then, just like I said, follow

(06:58):
it, follow your inner guidance, because it is always leading you
to move you forward.
So really, that's sort of whatthat really means to me.
Thank you.
Thank you, sally.
Now the question back to you asa listeners.
So what is your interpretationof the show?
Are you willing to subscribe onyour favorite platform for your

(07:24):
name to go into a draw In?
Some of our prizes will be likea $50 cash prize, a promo code,
a service that we offer, aproduct that we offer.
So the directions will be inthe podcast description and we
will post it on a website.
We already had some winnerslast year in December for

(07:46):
writing reviews, especially onthe Apple podcast, because
that's sort of, I guess, how youget noticed more and because we
don't really advertise ormarket, the word of mouth really
helps.
So if that resonates with youto do that, we would absolutely
appreciate that.
So thank you, thank you, thankyou, and you get a chance to win
and receive in the beginning ofthis year of 2024.

(08:09):
How does it get better thanthat?
Well, it might get better as wego through this podcast, so
let's continue.
So thank you again, sally.
We're going to question two.
Nancy asks you use dynamic anddynamic well-being a lot.
What does that really mean?
So again, I'll just list it.
First of what it says on thewebsite, dynamicseriescom says

(08:31):
to understand dynamic ordynamics, one needs to
understand its essence and itsdefinition.
As we refer to it, it isdefined as of a person capable
of action and open to change anddevelopment, progress, new
experiences, always learning, constantly growing positive and

(08:54):
attitude full of energy and newideas within different
interactions, always becomingbetter, slash, more energetic,
spirited, powerful, vigor,advancing yourself, evolving.
I mean we always go to the coredefinition and then expand from

(09:16):
there.
But that's a core definitionand that's from several
different places that we lookedit up, online and on paper for
the dictionary's actualdefinition of dynamic or
dynamics.
So that's what that means andwe are all it.

(09:36):
Sometimes it's not like, ohokay, we're laying the
foundation of how to live a moredynamic life and align with
your wellbeing every day.
That doesn't mean you have tobe dynamic and on all the time,
but you are constantly movingforward and this describes that.
I love these definitions of it.
So thank you, nancy.

(09:59):
In a question to our listeners, how are you aligning with your
dynamic energy that you are andis yours to use?
So use our contact form ondynamicshowinfo.
Let us know again for a chanceto win one of those great prizes
that we're giving away.
Question three Ruel asks canyou explain the different

(10:23):
playlists, fundamentals, off thecuff, discussion, vehicle
videos?
Well, yes, we can.
It's listed again on thewebsite, but for those that
haven't been to the website, letme just let you know the
fundamentals go into theessential principles and
probably maybe even where thisQ&A is going to go, because this
is sort of an overall for thewhole dynamic show.

(10:47):
Then there is the off the cuff.
That's really about smart nadyand just about no editing, you
know anything.
It's just unscripted andunpredictable.
It's sort of one of myfavorites, actually.
And then we go on to thediscussion, which we call versus
an interview, because it'sabout discussing things versus.

(11:11):
Here's a question, give me ananswer.
I want a discussion becausewe're all entitled to our own
perspectives, and it's awesomewhen you get, you know, even two
different ones, and then youcan just really evolve from that
, because they might saysomething, or you might say
something that will help themhave a different perspective

(11:32):
about it.
That's why it's a discussionand not just an interview, and I
think about interviews.
I think, wow, going for aninterview is always not the most
comfortable thing, so why wouldI want to have that on my
podcast show?
And then there is the vehiclevideos, which I love to do as

(11:55):
well, because they have insightsand if you have not seen them,
they're on YouTube, vehiclevideos and they are where I'm
making best use of my time, whenI'm waiting in a vehicle for
someone in an appointment, waiting for someone to show up
at an airport, waiting forsomeone to pick up somewhere,

(12:17):
whatever it might be, and I'mjust using best use of my time.
I'm in a vehicle, so therecould be noises around, you know
, door slamming, people walking, cars driving by but instead of
just scrolling or doing whateverwith my phone, I rather make
best use of my time and I tendto get a lot of inspiration when
I'm in a vehicle.

(12:37):
So I don't know about you, butwhen we're traveling, I
definitely get inspiration in.
Again, I rather use that timeeffectively.
So question to our listenersback which one is your favorite.
So, right now, when we get offand I'm going to look for the

(13:03):
11th person to email us and oruse our contact form and say
specifically about the differentplaylist and which one that you
like the most and for thatspecific 11th person that has
that in the subject matter, wewill send you $50 USD that's
United States dollars, anddetails in the podcast

(13:26):
description and because anyonecould be listening to this at
any time.
Again, this is in January of2024.
And it will be listed on ourwebsite dynamic show info, who
has won.
And again, rules and guidelinessubject to change.
I just have to say that forlegal reasons, so we'll just

(13:47):
leave that alone there.
So thank you, ruel.
That brought up a lot.
So, but before we go on to theother question, we just wanted
to share an email that we didreceive.
From now and it's m a l is theway that it came through I'm
ready to express deep gratitudefor the transformation will
impact that your podcast has hadon my life.

(14:09):
I was in chaos.
I found solace in your show.
The promise of aligning withdynamic well being really
intrigued me, and from thesoothing cadence of your voice.
I love that.
That sounds delightful.
The transformational journeyhappened and began for her or I

(14:30):
guess she said me.
I'm saying it.
You know what I mean, but Iknow I'm reading it from her,
from her stuff Embracing theconcept of dynamic well being.
Every day I took intentionalsteps towards more fulfilling
life.
The show became an inspirationinspiration knowing that you
didn't always have to follow thenorm of podcasts and that you

(14:51):
offer different varieties in theshow.
Your author cover recordings aresome of my favorites, along
second with the vehicle videos.
So, whether in my car orwalking, or dynamic moments of
reflection oh, she used dynamicmoments.
That's sweet.
Oh, sorry, no, it's dynamic, quiet moments of reflection.

(15:11):
Holy, you have become mytrusted companion.
The journey is a testament tothe show's commitment to empower
individuals.
So deepest gratitude for theentire dynamic show team for
creating a space whereindividuals find guidance.
Your show is making adifference every day and for

(15:33):
that I'm truly grateful.
Well, thank you.
Thank you, mel.
You know we said when we firststarted this dynamic show that
if it helped one person alongthe way, then we would be
considering ourselves a success, and now it's just one of the

(15:59):
ones that it was a longer one.
So we wanted to share with youbecause we just wanted to let
you know that people are writingin, they are doing reviews on
the podcast and they are ratingit to five, and we do appreciate
that.
So thank you very much.
Question to our listeners in Areyou willing to rate our show

(16:22):
and leave a positive review, such as the one that we just
shared on your favorite platform?
And we also love supportingothers as well.
So let's support each other andif you have a website or if you
have a recording, a podcast, social media or something like
that, let us know when you'resending the information into us

(16:46):
and we'll go in.
And if it aligns with what westand for, by all means we will
support you back those that dorate the show or send a positive
review.
Again, your name is going intoa draw that we will have posted
for again, money, products, services or promo codes.

(17:06):
So again, thank you, thank you, thank you.
Back to the questions.
So, question for Fred 6, 7, 4,5 asks you use the words like
plant seeds, if it serves you.
Law of attraction tell a newstory.
Emotional scale who do you wantto be in power?

(17:27):
Align a lot in your recordings.
What is the significance?
Well, fred, 6, 7, 4, 5, theyare all words that follow our
principles and what we findworks best because it's your
co-creation, it's your choice.
These are just reminders to letour listeners know that they

(17:47):
are co-creating their life andthey do have choice and they do
have lots of resources to lookat there to decide what serves
them best.
Again, like we said earlier, now there's not one way to do
anything in this world, so youhave to decide what serves best
for you.

(18:07):
So, thanks for that question,fred, 6, 7, 4, 5.
And a question to our listenersIs it verbiage that we use that
sticks with you?
Like us again, or contact formon daydynamicshowinfo and let us
know for a chance to winQuestion five.

(18:28):
Georgina asks what has been yourfavorite podcast so far?
Well, that's a good question.
No particular one, but all ofthem all wrapped into one,
because I'm a different energyat different times and
everything is significant at thetime that we are recording it.
So I love the ones, though, ifI have to think back real quick,

(18:51):
is my 89 year old mom and my 25year old daughter.
They're very meaningful to mebecause they're close family
members, obviously, and the veryfact that they take the time to
have fun with me and for us tohave discussions.
That really means a lot.
That's why I love thosediscussions, so I think they
stick out for me.

(19:11):
But again, all of them meansomething differently depending
on the show.
Now there's over 40 or, sorry,50 of them now combined in all
our different playlists, sothere's lots to choose from.
So when you go on your favoriteplatform, just look at the
titles that fit for you andwhether it's the number one show
that we started or whatever, like I said, whatever verbiage,

(19:34):
whatever you need to hear atthat moment, there's lots to
choose from.
And the question to ourlisteners what has been your
favorite podcast so far?
You know the drill send it intous, chance to win.
Look forward to all yourreplies.
All right, we have sevenquestions were on number six.

(19:54):
Question six at sorry, that wasGeorgina for question five.
If I didn't say that, Iapologize, but thank you,
georgina.
Question six at HemmerH-E-M-M-E-R asks how should
listeners handle differentperspectives presented on the
show?

(20:15):
So I'm just going to refer backagain to the website that you're
here for the reason To listento what you're attracted to and
what will serve your well-being,and through the stories, again,
you can, if you like them, share them.
If you don't, then you know, decide what it is for you that
you want instead.

(20:35):
So everything has value, evenif you, if you like it, that's
great.
That's just a more alignment, more resonating with your
well-being, and if it doesn't,then that's a value as well,
because your energy and yourbalance might be off about a
certain subject and you go, ohokay, what do I want instead?
Or what do I need to clear up,or what beliefs do I want to

(20:58):
have around this, and what storydo I want to tell, and who do I
want to be around this subject?
So everything has value at themoment that it's happening.
So the different perspectives, well again, go towards your
emotions.
If it feels good, great.
If it doesn't feel good, that'sgreat too.
Maybe not in the second or themoment, but you will, after

(21:22):
you've taken that time torealign, will feel better for
you.
So perspectives areperspectives, they're
individuals, they're that ofmyself and our team, and we all
have a perspective and we allcan think and believe whatever
we want to.
It just does those beliefs andthoughts serve you and your

(21:44):
well-being every day, and that'swhat we're trying to get to for
you to align.
So thank you so much, hemmer.
And our question to ourlisteners is how do you address
different perspectives in yourlife?
You know you hear many of themin a day, so how does that work
for you and how do you deal withit?

(22:05):
Be interested to find out thatinformation again Dynamic Show
contact form or one of oursocial medias DM us and that
means direct message, and wewill put your name in a draw for
some winners.
I can't wait.
I love giving away things onour shows.
Question seven Luella asks whatcan we expect in the future

(22:29):
episodes of the Dynamic Show, maybe including more videos?
Oh, yes, yes, yes.
Exciting times are ahead, moving forward all the time and,
yes, we will be incorporatingmore videos.
What we're waiting for rightnow is to fully set up in our
new area to podcast in, but Ihadn't posted something for a

(22:49):
while, so I didn't want to waitfor that.
I wanted to get a show outthere as well.
That's why it's just the audiofor right now, but we will be
starting more with video andincorporating that on and off,
and that will give you moreoptions.
We're looking.
What do we have in the specterfuture.

(23:11):
Okay, so we're looking to tellmore meaningful stories, we are
want to connect better and whatwe're also looking forward to
because it's been in theempowerment and the how-to and
the self-care and thespirituality side as far as the

(23:33):
category, but we're looking forprobably more of a specific
niche to focus on.
We haven't quite touched that.
We know it's something to dowith dynamics and being dynamic,
but we'll figure that out andwe'll present it at some point
on the show.
You know, day dynamic showspart of the dynamic series.
So we're always becoming moreand we can't really stop

(23:58):
becoming more.
That's just a given in life.
Energy is always in motion.
So, and as Nancy askedpreviously, dynamic is explained
there more.
So we hope it resonates morewith you as far as laying the
foundation of living more of adynamic life.

(24:19):
So I hope that will help.
You know we're listening andlearning along the way about
what you guys like, about theability for us to you know,
share how we do and thedifferent options, because I
don't know if you've ever done ahuman design trait and if you

(24:40):
haven't do it, it's.
It's just you can do it online.
Just look up human design chartand you put in your birth date
and all that stuff, and I'm agenerating or manifesting
generating, manifest ormanifesting generator or
something like that, anyway.
So I like variety Basically.
I get I always liked havingdifferent things going on and

(25:01):
and that's how I move forward.
And so having these differentvariety of episodes in the
different playlists that we havereally is against the norm,
because a lot of times it's justone thing, but I don't know,
should I say that sometimes Iget bored just doing one thing.
I need to have that variety.

(25:22):
So you guys are getting thebest part of that because you're
getting that variety as well.
And again, you can look throughthe titles and you can choose
what serves you best.
So thank you, luella, for that.
And another thing that we wantto say is that we're doing this
all ourselves.

(25:43):
So if you have any suggestionsor support, we always appreciate
in our opening to receivingthat constructive support and
suggestions.
So a question for our listenerswhat do you want to see and
hear from us and our perspective?

(26:03):
Someone asked us if we werewilling to do more reviews on
certain topics or books orwhatever, and you know what?
We may move to that a littlebit.
We also might do some reactionaudios or videos as well,
because they seem to be fun.

(26:25):
Part of this new year is aboutbeing more authentic and being
having more fun, because I don'tknow if I know how to have fun,
because I'm a teacher to thecore.
I'm always trying to teach andor learn, and so sometimes I
forget to sprinkle in the fun ofthat.
That is all of our questions.

(26:48):
We want to keep this under 30minutes and if you have any more
, by all means send them on intous.
We'll put them aside.
We use the answer you directlyread away, but then the ones
that we find would be beneficialfor our listeners and
supporters to hear as an overall, then we will bring them to

(27:13):
this platform and have a newshow.
We trust what has been shared inthis recording today has
reminded you of the importanceof aligning with your own
dynamic well-being every day and, at the least on the path to it
, offering our differentperspectives along the way.

(27:35):
And thank you, thank you, thankyou for all those that brought
the questions to us, took thetime.
We look forward to all thereplies and responses that we're
going to get in our contactform or social media, the
reviews, the ratings we're soexcited about all of that.
So, thank you, thank you, thankyou in advance.
We have lots of great showscoming up and lots of great

(27:58):
podcasts from the past, so gosee what serves you Dynamics,
dynamics, showinfo anddynamicsseriescom and explore
all the great resources we have.
Oh, and I do need to add thatall materials are copyrighted
now for informational purposes.
So until we meet again, thankyou.

(28:20):
Thank you.
Not only make it a dynamic day,but I look forward to you guys
winning stuff too.
I'm so excited.
So, all is well.
Bye for now.
Make it the best 2024.
