Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello everyone, this
is Marianna, creator of the
Daynamics show and your guide toremind you to align with your
own dynamic well-being every day.
Today, we are focusing on ourunscripted and unpredictable
off-the-cuff recording titledwhat is this holiday season all
(00:23):
really about?
And the New Year Hello again.
Like usual, not quite sure whatthe full, exact title will be,
but I do know that that's whatwe'll be talking about today and
it will really plant the seedsso you can become more mindful
about these topics.
(00:43):
So let's start.
We have a question for ourlisteners.
When it comes to the holidayseason, how are you Like, how
are you getting through?
(01:05):
Now, most of us know that theholiday season is usually based
around especially this time thisis December based on cultural
and religious stuff that come upfor this time of year.
But regardless of whether youhave those cultures or beliefs,
(01:28):
we tend to get into the holidayspirit.
It's when Christmas comes alongand then a new year comes along
, and new year usually bringsnew energy for what I've been
taught as a young person to know.
It's like what do you want fora new year?
(01:50):
What do you want for?
First of all?
It's like what do you want forChristmas?
So she is a young kid, whenyou're growing up, I remember
getting the Sears catalog andnow it's probably like an online
thing or what.
(02:11):
Go to Amazon or something likethat for your online catalog,
whatever means in which that youdecide, especially if you have
kids or you have a partner oryou have something.
It's so convenient now and nowthat COVID's gone through and
even though it still exists it'snot as predominant as before
(02:37):
when it's just easy to shoponline.
It's easier sometimes to justnot go out to the stores or the
malls or whatever to go oh, thisis what I want.
Or you do some research aheadof time online and then you go
out to try to find it in personto make sure that it's what you
want.
(02:59):
So how do you look at theholidays to our listeners?
How do you deal with it?
Is it a happy time?
Is it a sad time?
Is it a time of self-reflection?
Is it a time where, if you havea job, you may have some time
off, or maybe you're busierbecause it is the holidays,
(03:20):
depending on, again, what yourprofession might be or what your
situation might be, or ifyou're traveling to see family
or friends or vice versa, any ofthe holidays and I guess not
just the Christmas and NewYear's holidays, like this
recording can reflect probablyto any of the holidays.
(03:42):
Is it a joyous time for you, oris it a balance of joy and a
bit of stress?
Is it a happy time?
Is it a sad time?
What is your emotionalwell-being during these holidays
?
So there's so many things thatcome up around the holidays and
(04:04):
we note here with because wehave listeners from all across
the world, that this time of theyear means something different
for you know, different cultures, different religions, different
people, different groups, andso, although we do try to be
(04:26):
more universal in our podcast, Iam going to focus a little bit
today on this.
Off the cuff, just aroundChristmas and the new year,
there could be some concern orstress or challenge to find that
perfect gift If you do exchangegifts at that time, like for
(04:51):
Christmas, or the perfect toythat your kid or kids may want,
or what is it that you're goingto give to your partner or your
friend or your whatever, andthat, if you're one of those
people that get your shoppingdone right after Christmas, is
(05:11):
done for the following year likehats off to you, or they do it
through the year, when there'sdifferent sales perfect and then
there's those that look forwardto the new year too, because
it's again what I have beentaught is like it's like setting
(05:33):
a new vibration and if you'reinto numbers and numerology and
all that stuff, like certainnumbers add up to certain things
and holds a different vibration.
I do love numbers and we've hadsome recordings and some blogs
about numbers and numerology andthe energy it holds and what
(05:58):
universally, people have saidcertain numbers represent.
Now, I love numbers that meansomething to me, but when I look
at 2024, 2 plus 2, 4 plus the 4, so it ends up being a 8, which
is about financial security,financial prosperity.
8 is a very like, I said, fullof, like money and regardless of
(06:25):
what you think about it, justdo this test this year like,
think, okay, this is going to bemy year of financial well-being
, financial prosperity.
Things are I'm receiving thingsfrom both known and unknown
places like this is an 8, it'san 8 year, so that's what they
(06:51):
said it meant.
So let's just be influenced bythat and hold on to that and
look, look for the ways in whichprosperity, like I said, will
come to you in known and unknownways, in ways in which you can
create it to have moreprosperity, to even finding is
simple as a dime or a nickel, ora dollar bill or a hundred
(07:15):
dollar bill or whatever it mightbe, a necklace, an earring
that's worth something ofreceiving, of a card or thank
you or someone doing somethingto you or offering you something
, or set like some kind ofsession.
Like we, at the end of the yearto our active listeners, we
give away certain guidancesessions.
(07:37):
It's for those that havesubscribed to our, our podcast,
and it's it's really helped them, because sometimes people just
need an ear and sometimes peopleneed to have a very like, clear
and concise, a differentperspective.
(08:05):
We want 2024 to be the best foryou, the best year yet, and what
is your 2024 mantra?
What is your goal for 2024?
Like I know, there's probably awhole lot of it, but when you
look at 2024 and or 2024, andyou know that it's an aid, it's
(08:27):
already a based in vibrationaround financial security and
prosperity and ways to receivewhat else for you, what else for
the new year, becauseeverything is possible.
You don't have to wait until2024, but some people are just
at the end of the year, they'rea little tired, they're doing
(08:48):
whatever, they might have sometime off and they're like, okay,
this gives me a time to refocus, reset and decide how I want to
move forward.
Going forward, you know wordslike allowing more and aligning
with and accepting and affirmingand appreciating more, and all
that stuff are great things.
A lot of people grab a journaltoo and they just start being
(09:14):
more one with, aligning withtheir well-being.
Because, again, we're hereremind you always to align with
your own dynamic well-being.
If you forget or haven't been toour website or are not fully
clear about what dynamic meansas a way in which we use it in
our podcast, you know it'sdefined as capable of action and
(09:41):
open to change and developmentand progress and new experiences
and always learning andconstantly growing and positive
and attitude and full of energyand new ideas within different
interactions, always becomingmore or better or different or
(10:06):
growing, energetic, spirited,powerful vigor, advancing
yourself and evolving.
So there are a lot of wordsthere, but it's all about sort
of the essence of moving forwardall the time and people don't
look at themselves as dynamicbecause it's always been like,
(10:30):
oh, there's someone that'scoming in and they're full of
life and energy and you know, and they're growing and they're
positive in their attitude andthen they sort of you know the
essence of who they are comesthrough to everyone, and
especially when they're a groupor they're a speaker or whatever
they're like, oh, that just hasthat energy and they're dynamic
(10:51):
and whatever.
But we all are not all the time, even those things that people
call those people that otherscall dynamic or not dynamic all
the time.
My daughter's dad used to be acomedian and a speaker and, yeah
(11:12):
, they're on stage and they putthat on stage, hat on,
absolutely dynamic, you know, and then off stage they're just
like regular people again.
So some people know how tochange that really fast.
Given again, when needed, there's always this dynamic
(11:36):
energy that is yours to use.
So how are you going to use it?
So, when you're thinking ofthese holidays, when you're
thinking about being aroundfamily or friends or whatever
you're doing for the holiday, even if you're by yourself, like
, how are you going to use thisdynamic energy that is yours to
use all of this stuff, all ofthat I just shared, how are you
(11:59):
going to use it?
It's a personal thing.
I can't tell you in this wayhow to do that for you.
We have lots of blogs andrecordings that can give you
suggestions of how you can usethis dynamic energy, but that is
an individual thing.
I can say things like resetting, meditating, being out in
(12:25):
nature, listening to music, watching your favorite show,
taking a bath, reading a bookthat you like whatever it might
be that aligns you to your owndynamic well-being, because once
you're aligned, that's whatpeople don't get.
Once you're aligned, youactually attract things to you.
(12:46):
Now I do believe that there isno assertion, there's attraction
.
Always, people are like well, why was this done to me?
Or why was this?
You have to think of what areyou thinking about?
What are you feeling about, andnot only giving lip service.
So I talked to my friendyesterday and I remembered those
(13:08):
words.
You can give lip service toanything and at the end of the
day, it's really about not lipservice, it's about the vibe,
the energy that you're holding, the thoughts that you think.
Someone can say, oh, how are youdoing?
And you go.
Oh, yeah, I'm good, but you'renot good, and the energy behind
(13:31):
that is not good.
Now I get knowing affirmationsto try to change that around.
But if you're going, I am goodand you're not feeling good.
Well then you just contradictedyourself.
You sort of like you know thatplus and minus where it clears
each other out.
But when you can say and affirmthings, like you know, I affirm
(13:57):
whatever.
I accept, I am open to, Iwelcome, I embrace, I am willing
to receive, because you'realways wanting to go to where
you want to be, not where you'vebeen.
Your past is your past.
It's only made you who you areright now and really your power
(14:18):
is always in this moment and Iwill continue to say that, like
always do.
Your power to align with yourown dynamic well-being is always
in this moment.
Let that be one of the bigreminders for your holiday
season.
So if you need to take a breathonce in a while and just go,
I'm just open to this, likebeing in balance during this
(14:40):
holiday season.
I mean, I guess that's one ofour take home tools, or some of
our take home tools is find that, that verb, each, find that
mantra, find that whatever feelsgood to you, but always make it
in the affirmative.
Don't, you know, don't be goinglike I don't want things to go
(15:01):
bad.
That's not an affirmativestatement.
You're not telling the universeI don't want things to go bad,
because, whether it's a positiveor negative, the universe is
going to give it to you.
It's going to attract it to you.
Let's always make ouraffirmative statement, going
through the holidays and intothis new year, as to what do you
(15:24):
want, who do you want to be?
How do you want 2024 to be foryou?
That might change throughout,so don't worry if you have to
change it, and we wish everyonea happy holiday season.
More than just a happy holidayseason in the new year, it's
(15:46):
more about a meaningful holidayseason, an aligned holiday
season, a dynamic holiday season, but not just the holidays and
not just into the new year, butevery day.
That's what we say every day,and we have so many resources on
all of our different websitesthat we have Go research a
(16:10):
little bit.
Do what serves you, find whatserves you, and then you will be
more balanced and you will bemore excited about life.
As you are aligned, you havethe universe behind your back,
or whatever your religiousbelief or cultural belief might
be, you are supported, you areloved always and, as we close up
(16:35):
my final thoughts and recap, Ithink I just shared that, so I
won't say it again because youknow, but we do trust that what
has been shared in thisrecording today just reminds you
the importance of lining withyour own dynamic well-being.
Again, whether it's of theholidays or whether it's
mid-year, just every day isimportant, or at least being on
(17:01):
the path to it.
