Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hello everyone and
welcome to the Dynamic Show
where we remind you to alignwith your dynamic well-being
every day.
I'm Marianna, your guide ontoday's journey.
First, thank you very much forbeing with us and know there is
(00:23):
a reason you are here for beingwith us and know there is a
reason you are here.
I mean whether our podcastresonates with you, evokes more
thought, sparks disagreement.
You know it's all part of thejourney to find your balance on
this subject.
So our unscripted andunpredictable off-the-cuff
(00:43):
recording will explore the topicand subject of are you a
reality junkie?
Yes, a reality junkie.
So I'd like to set the tone forour time together, because the
(01:05):
intention is to experience thisshow fully and dynamically.
So I ask that you bring yourattention to this now moment and
listen with an open heart andan open mind.
I'm often asked why I pick atopic and this topic was chosen
for.
Actually.
(01:26):
First of all, when I brought itacross to a few people, they
just laughed and thought it wasfunny, because they are
sometimes.
They may or may not want toadmit it, but they're very
grounded into what reality isand not realizing that that
changes all the time and we canget so grounded in reality that
(01:57):
that reality isn't even realanymore, or it becomes so real
that you get so wrapped up in ityou don't realize you do have
different choices, becauseeverything is always changing.
So we have a question for ourlisteners when do you think you
(02:19):
are on the reality scale?
Are you a full-time realityjunkie that it's just like
because you can see it, taste it, hear it, smell it?
Be it that that's your realityand that's all that there is.
Or are you on the other end ofthat, where it's like reality is
(02:40):
what I make it?
So there is two sides to thisreality, whether you're a what
is person or I know I co-createthis, so I will make my own
reality.
So let's explore this a littlebit more.
What is your reality Like?
(03:04):
In simpler terms, what is realfor you, or what do you want to
be real for you, and do you takewhat is, as that is the only
option, about something?
So a point that I do want tomake here is I mean, you live
(03:27):
and create in this physicalreality.
So you know, you use yoursenses and and you're creating
in it, you're actuallyco-creating in it.
For those that want to be clearon what is actually happening.
You're, you actually have theability to co-create on
everything.
(03:47):
Now, perception is a wholedifferent reality and and we'll
talk about that probably alittle bit later and if not, we
have lots of blogs andrecordings that talk about
perceptions.
So if it's a state of things asthey actually exist, but if
everything is constantly movingand changing which is, you know,
(04:12):
a scientific thing like energyis always in motion, how can
reality stay reality for verylong?
Think about that for a minute.
If reality is the sum of allthe moments to now, isn't the
now where your power is?
And the other point around thatis like what is real anymore?
(04:39):
We did a vehicle video on thisand we also did a blog on this,
so I'll put the links on that inour show notes.
But what is real anymore?
I think what's real is what'sreal for you.
You know, you look at all theAI stuff coming up right now and
(05:02):
how I think I mentioned it inmy vehicle video is that I
looked at this post I don't knowwhere, it was some social media
platform and I was just like,oh my god, that is so beautiful,
that is like the most amazingthing.
And then the first comment onthat below was is this real or
(05:24):
is this AI generated Because itwas so brilliant?
And then the next comment belowthat said oh, that's AI
generated, because I saw it on adifferent page as well.
So, again, what is real and whatis manufactured to look real,
(05:49):
or what is your reality which tome it always goes back to
reality is, is what you want itto be, what is real for you,
what you can be comfortable with, what you can and want to
believe and perceive and thenmake it the truth for you.
(06:14):
But and when I say but, it'smore about be open to the change
of that, because things arechanging all the time I just
wanted to ask you as theaudience it's like what is real
(06:37):
for you, or what do you want tobe real for you?
I mean, if you're that onethat's constantly creating your
reality, what do you want it tobe?
So if reality like again, is itlike a dynamic force constantly
(06:58):
shifting and evolving, how canyou confine yourself to accept a
current reality that is a truthif you don't like what you hear
?
Let's give an example on that, astory.
Well, probably two.
So one is the weather.
(07:18):
It is, you know, constantlychanging.
So it's just like oh well, itis what it is.
Is it says it's going to rainout, that's what the forecast
says, so that's going to be thereality of the day, and you
change all your plans aroundthat because that's what someone
else has said is going to bereal for today.
When it comes to the weather,it's constantly changing.
(07:41):
It again can only be a realityafter it's been manifested and
you believe that that's the wayit's supposed to be.
The other example of that couldbe with going to a doctor and
they say you know, this is yourtest results, this is this Now,
(08:01):
in that moment.
That is a fact, that's areality, that's the way it is.
But is that what you want?
Is that what you want to keep?
Do you want to believe that?
Do you want that to make it?
Do you want that to be real foryou, or do you go?
Okay, thanks for letting meknow what my body is doing right
(08:24):
now, but I'm going to make somechanges in my life and do
whatever is necessary to findthe balance again, and then that
will become my reality.
See, we sometimes hold on towhat someone else has said as oh
, this is real and it's just theway it is and then change and
(08:49):
create our whole life aroundwhat someone else has said.
Now, it doesn't have to be adoctor, it could be a dentist,
it could be a teacher, it couldbe a parent, it could be a
friend, a partner, whatever itmight be.
If that's what they're sayingand you choose to take it on
instead of going within andgoing, what do I want my reality
(09:13):
to be?
Around any subject, not just, like I said, getting one
specific subject and then youknow, know, focusing on that and
saying, well, so and so said so, that means it's true, the news
is said, so that's true.
The president or prime minister, or wherever you're at, they
(09:37):
say something is true, so itmust be reality, you know.
So, again, everything isconstantly changing.
So what's real for you is whatyou want it to be real for you.
We had this conversation a whileback and it was interesting
because it was when I wasworking and I never thought of
(10:01):
this before.
You know, I was working on theback of the plane when I was in
my flight attendant years andsomeone had gone to.
You know, we're preparing to goto the washroom and I'll never
forget this because it's reallystuck with me.
They're like oh, is this?
Is there anyone in the washroom?
(10:22):
Oh, is this, is there anyone inthe washroom?
And the other person that waswith me, my flight attendant
teammate, said oh yeah, it'sgreen, so green is go, so you
can go in.
And then the person I'll neverforget this looked at them and
said sorry, I'm colorblind, Ican't tell what color that is.
(10:45):
Yes, what was real for usthinking that they knew the
color of that and you know, andeven start, and if you think of
that, even stoplights, you knowgreen, go yellow, or sorry,
green, red, yellow is that ifyou don't know what they, if you
(11:09):
can't see them properly, thenyou would, you wouldn't know how
to proceed or stop or yield.
And I thought so what was realfor them was it was just there
was no color, and that's whythey asked.
So from that point on I waslike, of course, if someone says
(11:32):
it's is the washroom empty whenthey're coming to the back of
the plane to use it, I'm like, absolutely, yeah, we take things
for granted when other peopleare having a different reality.
People are having a differentreality.
(11:53):
It sat with me and it made memore compassionate and
understanding and just lookingat the bigger picture instead of
what's right there in front ofme.
The take home from this is whatdo I want my reality to look
like?
That is a really cool questionto ask.
What do I want my reality tolook like?
(12:13):
That is a really cool questionto ask.
And if you hear yourself sayinglike, oh, it's real, because or
it's just the way it is, or itis it is.
It is what it is, you know, again, that is that a stop.
Is that a poor me?
Is that a?
I'm a victim to this?
(12:35):
Or is this like a positivething?
Oh, it's the way it is.
I'm this, I'm that, I feel goodabout it.
So it's equally about how youwant to feel around something
too.
You know, if you're not feelinggood around something, change
the reality of it.
You have that option.
Your power is right now.
It's not in someone else'sverbiage or something outside of
(12:56):
you.
It's you and whateverconnection that you have to your
own inner guidance or inner Godor inner energy or source or
whatever you want to call it.
It's that relationship you havewith that and the reality that
you want to have unfold versuswhat is.
Again, because the second'salready gone.
It's a new second.
(13:16):
So what now?
So, again, that that questionyou can ask is like what do I
want my reality to be instead?
And instead of getting down onyourself just like, no, I'm
doing this again, that's what doI want my reality to be now?
Constant changing.
(13:39):
Constant movement meansconstant ability to change your
mind.
So what I know is real for meright now is I am so grateful
that our listeners are here.
Our audience is supportive andbeing very authentic and just
(14:04):
like, hey, you need to doanother podcast on this or that,
because the way you did thatdidn't define, because what we
say in our opening here, we, wemean it, we, you know it, it it
may you're here for a reason andit may resonate with you and
that's great.
And you're like, yeah, that'sgood, that's good, I like this.
(14:27):
It may evoke more thought andthat is even better because you
want that balance on the subject.
You may disagree and go.
What is she talking about?
Because you know reality isreality and that's just the way
it is.
They are very stop statements.
(14:47):
That's maybe when you hear that, just remember this podcast and
go.
Okay, that's a stop statement.
But does that stop statementwork for me?
Does it feel good for me?
Or is it just me saying, okay,I haven't had a chance to really
review this or look at this orspend any conscious time on what
(15:11):
I'm believing or perceivingaround this subject, whatever
that subject is, and then moveforward from there?
It's all part of the journey.
You have the power, and thepower is now to create the
reality that you want.
So if you're up for it, do it.
(15:31):
If you're not, that's all goodtoo.
This is to bring consciousawareness around.
Are you a reality junkie?
Because reality junkies.
Sometimes this is like yeah, this is real and this, this is
it.
You know it's.
It's so funny sometimes becauseI'm not a big news person, but
(15:54):
when you watch the news, it'sconstantly changing, and we did
a test on this one time a whileback, many years ago, to have
cable and go how are theybringing across this story?
Because you're trying to get tothe truth of something.
(16:16):
You're trying to get to thelike what's really happening.
But what's really happening isconstantly changing too.
So I found it fascinating thatevery channel had was saying
something different about thesame subject, and it could have
changed, you know, from day today, but it was still the same
(16:36):
core subject, about somethingAgain what is your reality?
What do you want your realityto be?
Move forward from that point.
What do I want my reality to beinstead?
And sometimes that can be lonely, sometimes that can be
(16:58):
unpopular, that you're not goingwith the social realms or
social understanding or socialacceptance on a certain subject,
but I believe in you, webelieve in you.
You can have whatever realityyou want to, and I find
sometimes, too, that the peoplethat have those unique
(17:20):
perspectives, that are willingto have the bigger overview on
something and see all sides andfind their balance, they're the
cool kids in the bunch.
We have compelling shows comingup and some potent past
recordings, so go see whatcatches your attention on our

(18:07):
