are powerful.
What it will do for you is justto help you realize that
there's, like, noone-size-fits-all dynamic path.
Like do what serves you, sizefits all dynamic path.

I like to set the tone for ourtime together, even on these off
the cuff, because I find thatwe want you to commit to
listening to the show with anopen heart and mind.
And if you don't know what thedefinition of dynamic of a
person is, words such as senseof purpose, powerful, spirited,

open-minded and always becomingcovers some of the definition of
dynamic.
So let's go, let's consciouslybreathe in and breathe out.
I always like to start the showwith why I picked a certain

topic and, as I said before andif you've listened to any of our
off the cuff, it's sort ofunscripted and sort of
unpredictable.
I have a sense of what I'mgoing to talk about as a subject
and I just let it flownaturally, and very
unpredictable sometimes, becauseI just let the guidance that

I'm getting and the thoughts andthe feelings come forward
through my voice.
Come forward through my voice.
But why I picked this topic ofthese two words and the
importance of them in my life isthat it really does transform

my mindset, like I'm taking NLPright now with the course neuro
linguistic programming and howwe can reframe a lot of what we
say and do.
So it's more towards what youwant instead of what is or or
what has happened, and it's morelike in the moment and just

(02:45):
reframing those words for it tobe more aligned to your dynamic
well-being, and so I picked thetopic because I think that's
important.
It's what this dynamic showstands for.
It is about aligning with yourdynamic well-being every day.

(03:07):
So let's go.
Here's a question to ourlisteners first, that we always
put out there, though, and thatis like have you or do you or
what are your go-to words whenit is something about
transforming or aligning yourmindset or helping you move

(03:32):
forward in something Like whatwords hold the key to unlocking
this for you?
There can be many, there's manyout there.
You just have to again decidewhat serves you the best.
So these two words are since I.

They can really unlock the truepotential, aligning with your
authentic self, and by usingthese words and pairing them
with empowering affirmations,you can really consciously
choose to reaffirm your innerstrength, overcoming challenges

and manifesting your dreams anddesires.
You can even vary these wordsby adding another word to it,
but it still starts with since I.
So since I choose to, since Iallow myself, since I open up to

since I, anything as long asit's staying affirmative and
moving forward to what you want,instead of again what is or
what has happened and whatyou're bringing forward to the
now from the past.
Now from the past.

So let's just explore it alittle bit and let's talk about
it a little bit and how you canturn any situation around,
because we really want to livethat authentic, dynamic life all
the time and align with yourwell-being every day, like that
feels good.
So let's do that.
Let's look at the words since I.
So what you say after since Iis a definition of what you feel

(05:35):
yourself to be at any givenmoment.
So since I am anything that Isay I am.
We actually wrote a song onthis for the kids and their kid
dynamics, because we felt likeit's just so important to
continue to remind them theyhaven't really forgotten, but to

(05:57):
remind them along the way, ofhow important the self-talk is
to themselves, regardless ofwhat's happening around them.
How they talk to themselves isan internal thing, and it's
equally important for kids and,well, anyone of any age.
So, when you look at this,since I am anything I say I am,

(06:19):
what are you saying aboutyourself?
How are you defining yourself?
How are you breaking free fromany limited beliefs that you
might have?
We did a great blog on this,and so I am just going to refer

(06:46):
to some of the statements thatwe put in here.
One is like, since I amanything I say I am, which we've
talked about already, but thatreally embraces your uniqueness.
Acknowledge your strength anduse your positive self-talk to
overcome any self-doubt.
So when you're saying like I amconfident, I can overcome any
obstacle, that's better thansaying like I can't do it or

(07:14):
I've tried this and it's notgoing to work, but you know,
since I am whatever I can,whatever you know.
So it just gives you again thatchange of verbiage words matter
, but it's what you mean thatmatters more, and we just did

(07:36):
another blog and a post on thatand I'm sure we'll do a podcast
on it as well.
But it is about like as well.
But it is about like.
Words are just lip servicesometimes and the universe hears
everything, but it hears whatyou really mean behind

(07:56):
everything.
So pick those words afteryou've done, if needed, a little
bit of work on them, just to go.
Hey, since I am unsure right atthis moment, you can change it
around, to go, since I know Ihave the capacity to do

(08:18):
something, or learn how to dothis, or change my mind around
this, or change my words aroundthis, then I can do anything.
I say I can, and that again,part of the Kid Dynamics song is

(08:39):
since I can do anything, I sayI can.
You know it's just believing inyour capacities and watching
your potential soar.
You know I can do anything.
I say I can because it is yourbelief around it, you can do
anything that you say you can,but are you wanting to?
Are you willing to Do?
You want to?

(08:59):
You know that's the whole thing.
It's just like again.
Otherwise it's just words andit's just lip service.
So just be clear about what itis that you are saying and
meaning.
Universe needs clarity Because,again, it will always do things

(09:19):
, that it will always focus onwhat you really mean, the
feeling behind any of the words,not just a lip service that you
give it.
Another thing in our blog thatwe just talked about that I'm
remembering is you know, since Ican be, anything I want.
So the thing is is like, sinceI am, since I can do, since I

(09:44):
can be, since I will align with,since I will allow, since I'm
open to, there are all thesethings that sometimes you just
don't want to am.
You know, after what, the wordsthat you use, after that is
very defining to you andsometimes can be either huge a

(10:08):
growth and empowerment or it canbe huge limitation to your
well-being.
So, again, about any subject,you can use this, use these
words like since I allow whatfeels right to me, I welcome

(10:29):
abundance and joy in my life.
Since I allow what feels right,I attract fulfilling
experiences.
You know, you can put anythingthat you are choosing to do
behind these words and since Ithese two words, it really, like

(10:50):
I said, empowers, enriches andexpands your experiences.
It's part of our EEE principle.
It all is wrapped into one andmany great masters, or what we
would call people that we lookup to because of where they are
in their life right now, whetherit's a mentor or teacher,

(11:11):
whether it's a parent, whetherit's whatever it is.
Whoever it is that you look upto have probably used these
words or something similar tothem.
So, since I, it's a veryindividualized thing and it's a
very like it starts from within.
So it can't be like oh, sincethis person does this, then I

(11:33):
can.
No, you have to believe it.
You're looking towards them fortheir examples, but at the end
of the day, you still have tochoose what's right for you.
So I just invite you to goahead and use either the words

(11:56):
since I, or use a couple wordsthat are easy to remember, the
ones that work for you, that youreally believe in.
And if you can't start with a Iam statement or since I am, then
we've shared a few, all wrappedup into one with the Dynatools

and all that stuff, with thingsthat you can do.

think giving you these toolsbecause it's examples that I've
used in my life I don't shareanything that I haven't used
myself in my own life that canactually help.
And if you're not sure exactlywhat it is that you do want

around, something you can alwayssay, since I am open to what is
for my highest good, show me.
I mean, that's another one too,like I've had many
conversations with many of myempowered dear friends, you know

, since I show me what's next,and keeping in mind you're not
looking at the lack side of that, you're actually looking at the
excitement and moving forward.
And what is it that you wantnow?
Find your balance, do whatserves you.

(13:45):
You'll hear that a lot in ourpodcast because really, like I
said, it's an inside job and youcan learn from others, but you
always have to figure out whatworks for you.
I'll give you a quick example.
I was looking at these stuff onwebsites and social media and

(14:09):
stuff and they're like, okay,this is about food here.
And it's like, okay, well, thefood guide says you know, you
should have this many vegetables, this many fruits, this many,
this, that much, this, whatever,this many, this, that much,

(14:31):
this, whatever.
And then I found, as I wasgrowing up, that eating what
they said, you know, or grainsor this or that, it just didn't
work with my body.
Like it just didn't Some ofthose foods not all of them, of
course, but some of the thingsjust didn't work with my body.
So then I found Eat For myBlood type, so that was a little

(14:51):
bit more clearer for me as towhat it is that worked with my
body.
But even still, then I still mybody is an individualized
expression of source, and so Ihad to do testing, you know.
And here's the thing about likeallergy tests or food tests or

(15:11):
this, and that, like that canchange.
Like question to our listenersand checking in with you is that
have you ever just, have youever just ate a food and then
all of a sudden you couldn't eatit anymore, or you were
allergic to it, or you're justturned off by it, and so then

(15:35):
what I mean?
It's okay because you're, asyou change, your energy changes,
your body changes, then thingswill change for you and it's
okay.
So when I'm talking about thefood, I had to like, check on
the food.
That was right for me because,even even though it works well
with other people's body, thatdoes not mean it works well for

(15:55):
me, and so that is the statementI used to start.
All that in this story was sinceI want to be in tune with my
body more and what is best forit on its highest level, what

(16:15):
foods will work for me, and sothat was my intention around
getting clearer about what works, and then you know, you just
have to use your guide, guidancethat you get to your thoughts,
your feelings.
You know, and sometimes it'sjust like go eat this, and so I
do, because I might need it.
It might be not something thatI usually eat, but when I'm not

(16:40):
so regimented into, it has tolook a certain way because
someone else has told me it.
Then, in really following, likeI said, that guidance and that
instinct, that intuition thatyou get around, what foods serve
you, and it certainly will takesome time, but since I was open

(17:01):
to all of that, since I wasallowing this experience, it
really did help.
So that's the way I use the,since I or show me or what's
next, or what serves me best.
You know, though, again, pickthose words or pick that phrase
that really does help you inshifting a situation, in moving

(17:26):
forward to what it is that youwant.
So remember your thoughts andbeliefs, your feelings.
They shape your reality, theyshape your perspective and so,
again, use those things that aremaking you feel good, making
you find your balance and alignwith your own dynamic well-being

every day.
