2025 zMAX CARS Tour Kickoff with James Pike and Chase Burrow

Episode 125 is on the scene with zMAX CARS Tour Pit Reporter, NASCAR Regional, Flo Racing and Ultra Broadcasting announcer, James Pike. James is our special co-host this week and joins us to preview the upcoming season on the CARS Tour. This season the tour visits new facilities, will have new faces in new places and other changes and we will dissect all of those plus give you insights on who may end up in Cookout Victory lane this season and hoist the championship trophy in North Wilkesboro in October.

Pike also discusses his background in the sport which has seen rise through the ranks of E-Sports to doing broadcast work at his hometown track of Bowman Gray Stadium. Pike is a student of the sport and you'll want to hear his story and his takes on the sport.

Chase Burrow joins us again this year and he will be full time on the CARS Tour this season for Sellers Racing. We discuss what he is looking forward to this season, how he's improved as a driver since his rookie year in 2022, what his team needs to do better this season after being competitive in selected races a year ago, working at his dad's fab shop, what Adam Medek has done for his career and how he became "El Dig".

We preview the opening event for the SMART Modified Tour powered by Pace-O-Matic by picking a winner from Florence Motor Speedway this weekend. We also discuss Slate Myers joining his father Burt full time this year.
