Well, you should stop that! Just kidding....
In this episode I'm chatting about the habit of 'shoulding'. Sharing why it's a red flag in your relationship with yourself and your values and encourage you to take the opportunity to get curious and get critical of what's going on.
Of course we'll be chatting values in there and I'll be offering up a quick litmus test you can use to see if your 'shoulds' are actually taking you where you want to go.
