Firstly - celebrating. Celebrate your wins, celebrate what you're proud of, celebrate you!
This time of year it's so easy to move into planning and looking ahead. Culturally we are encouraged to keep moving onto the next thing, the next goal, the next achievement. So i'd like to invite you to first notice and celebrate.
Secondly - aligning with your seasons and rhthms.
Again, there is a cultural/social message that this time of the year is for certain things. BUT we exist in different parts of the world and are all experiencing different seasons of life. So my question for you is - what actions or inactions align with your current season, capacity and resourcing?
