SHOW #76! Season 3, Episode 7: Welcome to the disSOLViNG fear podcast!
IN THIS EPISODE, I talk about the perks of being single!
I also discuss the benefits of shedding old habits and beliefs that aren't serving you, whether you're in a relationship or not. Let GO to GROW.
I love "LOVE" - - - In fact, the only thing I love MORE than watching two people in love, walking around holding hands and enjoying each other is: watching someone leave an unhealthy relationship. So, YES, I do encourage the single life in this episode, especially for anyone who wants to leave an unhealthy relationship. The single life also gives you extra time for friends, family, and working on goals (fitness goals, career goals, etc).
I also talk about love as MORE than just a romantic feeling between two people, but as an inspirational energy that motivates us ALL to do the things that make our hearts happy!
Share this episode with anyone in your life who is single and loving it, single and over it, or anyone who is thinking about leaving a bad relationship and becoming single. I even talk a little about Chinese Astrology, so here's a link to that NBC News Article.

In case you're curious, I am definitely single and looking for love:) Maybe I'll find "the one" before the next Valentine's Day rolls around! I certainly think we can all be happy regardless of our relationship status. I highly encourage it! Stay grateful for what you have and ready for more.

Medal of Honor: Stories of Courage
Rewarded for bravery that goes above and beyond the call of duty, the Medal of Honor is the United States’ top military decoration. The stories we tell are about the heroes who have distinguished themselves by acts of heroism and courage that have saved lives. From Judith Resnik, the second woman in space, to Daniel Daly, one of only 19 people to have received the Medal of Honor twice, these are stories about those who have done the improbable and unexpected, who have sacrificed something in the name of something much bigger than themselves. Every Wednesday on Medal of Honor, uncover what their experiences tell us about the nature of sacrifice, why people put their lives in danger for others, and what happens after you’ve become a hero. Special thanks to series creator Dan McGinn, to the Congressional Medal of Honor Society and Adam Plumpton. Medal of Honor begins on May 28.
