Robin is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Cottage Health. She is passionate about supporting the people who make up organizations and institutions - in delivering on the commitment to diversity and inclusion. Robin has expertise in cultural transformation through the development and execution of organization-wide equity & strategic planning and creating engagement opportunities for leaders & teams to leverage their capacity and ability to lead organizational change management processes. She personally believes that the sweet spot of DEI work is when you can create a bridge between the heart and the head. Lastly, Robin grew up playing tennis competitively, was a junior-ranked player in the Pacific Northwest, and was once third ranking in the region for her age group!
