Lars Emmerich is a retired Air Force pilot, best-selling author, and entrepreneur who writes about good guys with a bad streak and bad guys with a few redeeming qualities. Lars Emmerich is an entrepreneur, investor, and bitcoin miner who became interested in cryptocurrency after reading about it online. He began mining bitcoin in 2012, when the value of the currency was still relatively low. Over time, as the value of bitcoin rose, Emmerich's investment began to pay off. In 2017, he cashed in a portion of his bitcoin holdings, but still holds a significant amount of the currency. Emmerich believes that bitcoin is a solution to the problems with fiat currency, such as inflation and the loss of purchasing power. He believes that the value of bitcoin will continue to rise as more people adopt it as a form of currency.
