Kamala Alcantara is a UX researcher and the host of Coin Desk's Women Who Web3 Podcast, and an advocate for women in web three. She got into web three at the age of 30, after her husband showed her charts and explained the technology to her. After joining a Discord community and reading up on NFT projects, she started to make a profit, and realized the incredible potential of the decentralization of Blockchain Technology. She learned to meditate, and now hosts meditation sessions on Twitter Spaces and the Women Who Web3 Podcast. She aims to educate and empower other women to join the Web3 space and reach their goals.
