Michelle Alston is the CEO and Founder of Mtugi Monae LLC, Mtugi Monae was created from a passion to serve the community. Michelle has been in public service for over 10 years and now serving as a social service rep in the District of Columbia government. Michelle spent four years as a Career Agent motivating, facilitating peer groups, and creating workshop topics that will empower the low-income community to find work or finish school. Michelle’s lifetime philosophy is to create and develop a solid foundation both professionally and personally. The other one is that everyone needs a plan and purpose in order not to flip-flop through life.
