• "  Every hero begins in the ordinary world, the familiar, the safe, the routine, right? And then something whispers or maybe shouts. It's a call to step out, to grow, to change."
• "Growth never waits for perfect timing. So because of that, because it's rarely convenient, right? It's often inconvenient. Many of us resist the call. At first we pretend we didn't hear it, but the call always returns louder each time until we acknowledge it."
• " The call to adventure is simply your soul asking you to wake up, pay attention, and start walking toward who you want to be."
• " Resistance is natural because change feels like death to the ego."
•  "  Many people get stuck here forever. They live a whole life refusing the call. And deep down they know it. That's where bitterness lives."

• "This stage — the ordeal stage — is messy and raw. Yes, it is. However, it's also where the deepest transformation happens. Okay? So if you are in the thick of it, remember this isn't a detour. This is the path. Every scar becomes part of your power."
