EP.15 - Encouraging The Growth of Women, Small Business Owners, and Young Adults

The Dynamic Business Leaders Podcast presents Pamela Rogan as this week's guest.

Pamela is an award-winning marketing & communications guru, business leader, advocate, and mentor. She is recognized by her clients and colleague for her natural leadership ability, team-building skills, and commitment to “Blue Sky” thinking, where ideas can be shared collaboratively without fear of being judged.

Pamela successfully ran two New York City advertising agencies and turned around a third before launching Rogan Marketing and Communications (RMC) in 2010. RMC is a full-service outsourced firm where they perform the role of a marketing department for their clients. They also manage individual projects such as strategic consulting, website design & development, newsletters & blogs, graphic design, and full-service event planning.

Pamela's volunteer efforts include encouraging the growth of women, small business owners, and young adults who display entrepreneurial leanings while continuously educating herself to best foster diversity to stimulate growth, education, and employment. 
Some of her efforts and service include:

• Governing Board for Athena PowerLink, an organization that helps propel women-owned, 2nd stage businesses (10+ Years). 
• President of the National Association of Women Business Owners Orlando (NAWBO) (4+ Years) and one of the founders of the successful Business Plan Competition where two winners received $20K in cash & prizes; SCORE Orlando used the model she created to launch their Biz program.
• Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board (4 years) and was the chair for their 2018 business conference. 

In 2019, Pamela was awarded the coveted i4 Business Magazine 2019 Women's Inspired Leadership Award for "Spirit of Mentorship."  Pamela is also a proud graduate of the UCF Business Incubator Program.
