So a couple areas we're goingto get into as we get started
today is thinking about how younavigate account pricing and
then list prices.
Okay, so you have accountpricing that's, your pricing
directly and you have listprices.

So one of the benefits reallyit's a key benefit, if you will,
for registering for an onlineaccount is the ability to view
your personalized pricing.
Okay, your personalized pricing?
Because, as a registered user,what you do, you log in and that
gives you secure access to youraccount.
Specific pricing, so it helpsyou make more informed

purchasing decisions based onthe rates negotiated for your
organization.
Okay, so this is, if you havebuying power and you have
leveraged that buying power asyou should, you want to see the
pricing that's reflective ofthat.
This is what online accountmanagement does.
In contrast to this, if you'rean unauthenticated user, you're

only going to see list pricewhen that's available.
That's not always available atall and this can vary
significantly.
So a pro tip, really, what Iwas thinking about when I was
writing this.
What can I do or encourage youto do to make the most out of
your experience?
And it's very simple.

Pro tip log into your accountbefore you start any browsing,
even if you're not ready topurchase anything.
Ok, because if you do that, itensures that you're going to see
the most relevant pricingavailable and you're also going
to be able to see other itemsassociated with that.
That's not always available forthe basic user experience,

because if that pricing is notthere, for instance, when you
log in, you need to reach out,you need to have a conversation
with an account managementrepresentative or submit a
request for quote directly, andthis kind of expedites that
process for you.
Okay, now you may be thinkingwell, chris, I don't even have
an account, what do I do?
Don't worry.
Don't worry, if you're notregistered, you can view those

list price you know at a glimpseand those product costs, and
that's again.
That's just the beginning.
But I would encourage you tobegin the process of registering
for an account today.
Ok, because there are othervariables at play.
That if you want to be stayinginformed of the products and the
criteria, maybe you needdrawings, things like that you

need an account, and it's a veryeasy way to get started.

your orders more efficiently.

Now, one thing to consider whenyou have an online account is
the real-time productavailability and the shipping
estimates.
Okay, so having immediate and Imean at your fingertips,
immediate access, you don't haveto pick up the phone or text
somebody.
You know it's right here onyour computer of that product
availability, that's anenhancement in the procurement
process that we've leaned in onheavily.
So if you're a registered user,you can enjoy the advantage of

just viewing this real-timestock levels, not just on your
current warehouse, which isimportant, but multiple
warehouses within your region,because you may have some time a
day or two that you want to getit and we could use a transfer
truck and things like that toget you your items and material.
So it helps you make quickdecisions and plan your
purchasing based on currentinventory levels.

And if you have a situationwhere stock is limited, your
account representative canprovide estimated shipping dates
, helping you to really manageyour expectations and your
timelines even better.
Now, if you're not a registereduser, you don't have access to
this availability and it makesit very difficult to plan
effectively without that accountaccess.

Our platform's actually beenexpanding product options, which
is really cool.
We've been leaning into it.
So we're continuously evolvingto meet the diverse needs of all
the different users we have outthere.

that's closely associated orrelated product, and it's going
to ensure that you continue youroperations with the minimal
disruptions possible, and that'sall.
It's not always plug and play,but we want to give you the
considerations, the things tothink about, and usually this is
directly from the manufacturersthemselves.

So this is a proactive approachto managing product for you as
an end user that helps you stayahead of the curve, because it's
all about helping you reducethat downtime.
When those unavailable parts ormaterials are just, you can't
get your hands on them Okay.

all your purchases are vetted.
They maintain control overexpenditures and it's not.
You don't accidentally oh, Ididn't mean to buy that.
You won't have that moment withthis in place.
Ok, so if you're waiting for theorder, you can still continue
to add products or build listsfor future orders, optimizing

your time.

of your procurement toolkit andit's something that we would

love to see users utilize more,because it's just going to
streamline things so much morefor you, okay.
So, again, that quick orderform is absolutely crucial.
Now the seamless quotemanagement and approval process
has been optimized as well.
So, let's say, you'rerequesting and you're managing
quotes.
We want to put a process inplace so this fits seamlessly

into your workflow.
So, whether you're using ashopping cart or a quick order
form or even a product list,requesting a quote is really
simple and efficient.
So this online platform notonly speeds up the process, but
