The world tells us that our value increases with every luxury item we own—fancy cars, designer clothes, high-end gadgets. It teaches that consumption equals success. But that’s a lie.
As Christians, we are called to live with contentment. Without contentment, it's nearly impossible to lead a godly life. A discontent heart is always chasing after wants rather than needs. Just take a look around your home—you might find unused items collecting dust, bought out of impulse rather than necessity.
