Suele pensarse que la ciencia es siempre objetiva y va acumulando conocimientos sin ninguna influencia de factores sociales o políticos. Pero la historia de la ciencia muestra que no es así, que detrás de los grandes descubrimientos y proyectos científicos suele haber muchos recursos e intereses que dejan su marca en la forma de hacer ciencia- y México no ha sido la excepción. Platicamos con Adriana Minor sobre la historia de la ciencia que se practica en México y América Latina a partir de su investigación centrada en las maneras en que se han estudiado los rayos cósmicos.
