I missed a big goal last month. The kind of goal that I had poured heart, energy and vision into—and when it didn’t happen, I started to spiral. I started questioning myself, my purpose, and if I’m even cut out for what I say I want.

That realization hit me around the same time I decided to go totally dark on social media for a day. No stories. Nothing. And let me tell you—after six straight years of showing up every single day, it messed with me more than I expected. Why? Because somewhere along the way, I let what felt urgent steal my time from what’s actually important.
