I missed a big goal last month. The kind of goal that I had poured heart, energy and vision into—and when it didn’t happen, I started to spiral. I started questioning myself, my purpose, and if I’m even cut out for what I say I want.

Because somewhere along the way, I let what felt urgent steal my time from what’s actually important.
